With multiple new business going in or being updated generating more traffic in the plaza. Not mention how many bad accidents happen in front of the Plaza I would think revamping the horrid parking lot would be a priority. One entrance has being causing damage on vehicles ever since I can remember. If you go to the light to turn in good luck finding where the curb stops and starts. Then when you finally get in the place you can barely see the lines to park. Some rows are one way, some 2 way then repeat to try and get out.

Stay away from McDonald's sloppy work poor management, Becareful who makes your subs at subway 1 individual rude and can't make a sub worth if his life depended on it. Butler Hot dog shoppe great place to eat, good food good prices

It's okay. Certain places are great. The Dog House is the only one that I can think of right now. Ohhh, Subway is good!

Great little plaza unlike the rite aid they had my meds that other places did not! I will continue to go there! Definitely recommend!

As the saying goes " your helpful hardware store " . When you enter , your greeted with a welcome and an offer to help you locate what your looking for. This kind of customer service doesn't exist anywhere else.The verity of items available for home , garden, and RV supplies makes this a one stop shopping experience.

Great service and very helpful people working the store. I needed to do an order over the phone as I didn't have a local store. Not only did they make sure they had their hands on the product, but they also had it at the cashier waiting for me!

Went to mac bid bought a $40 cart got home and half the parts were missing seems like prices are up and quality is dropping there

Stopped at Ace and bought some zombie flamingos and a purple and orange color changing spider web to add to my Halloween decorations. Then, I went to Dollar General and bought 2 bags of orange chicken and rice for dinner, and catfood for my 17 year old cat Jeffery. Then i stopped at McDonald's for some 🍟

Great place to get what you need for your house. So much better than the big box stores their personal help is so refreshing. Well lit makes you feel safe. Some of the parking lot was paved recently but still has some pretty bad potholes in places..

For the ladies, if hardware stores aren't in your wheelhouse, perhaps you don't need a new saw blade...If in the area, I strongly recommend stopping. Lots of super cute outdoor decor, flags, bird feeders, don't even get me started on the paints especially the stains. Did you know that there are stain formulations that don't require the details of stripping and sanding. Stop in , the staff are great

The mill & sewer authority make it a smelly place occasionally. Pot holes in the large parking area are so destructive. Vendors are fine

At ace hardware we shopped. Employees super kind. We was just walking around looking .....never even realizing they closed at 7( we thought 9pm) employees so nice never once tried 2 push us out door. They patiently waited on us...we apologize to them employees we held up. We out of towners and just assumed 9pm like our store at home. 5stars on kindness definitely!

There is quite a variety of types of business here, but with mac discount taking 2 stores now, traffic is heavy and the condition of the parking lot is rough. Some of the stores feel a little shady, but some are great.

I just started going back to the McDonald's here since the Grand opening July 25th!!! Love it while everything is brand new and clean as possible!!! Go every morning for my sausage McMuffin and hash brown that I used to get at the other Butler McDonald's every day for the last 6 months or more. I'm hooked on McDonald's breakfast lol

Ray was my sales associate recently. She was wonderful! I was getting paper coupons in the mail still & she was able to help me through the lengthy process to sign up for the app & link my card so that my coupons will always be on my phone instead of at home on my counter! After a short chat we realized we are new neighbors & we now bump into each other in the neighborhood as well as in the store 😊

Greater Butler Mall is a small place with a verity of stores to choose from 😀. There is ample parking spaces available, handicap accessible ♿ entrance, and parking lot.Each store has it's own entrance. A good place to go to in a pinch 👍.
