I had the best experience yesterday when I left my wallet on the counter of Customer Service. If it wasn't for Kathy Doshik, and Jayne Pagandli at store #1209, and quick thinking, i would have been in terrible trouble. (I hope I spelled their names right). I called the store, and they said that they had my wallet in the safe. I offered a "tip" out of gratitude, but Miss Jayne said it was company policy not to accept any gratuities. Maybe I can ask if these two women would get some kind of bonus for being exceptional at their job. Thank you ladies.....

I was really impressed with my deli and hot foods order we had on 4/15/2023. We ordered 2 large sandwich rings that were done very well and very meaty! When they say serves 16 they aren't kidding. The chicken tender are HUGE and so well done! Our Mac and Cheese was restaurant quality. We were very impressed! Our guests asked who catered the event and for once, we proudly said where. Thank you for quality, quantity, good service and good prices!

They have a good selection of produce. The meat dept is always nice and they keep it stalked. If anything I would have to complain about the cashier's up front. They are never happy and never smiling it's like they hate being there. I had a cashier name Sarah. She was just rude as can be. You can clearly tell she hates her job. She was rude to the people she works with also. Very rude to them. I'm surprised anyone can work with that lady!

Only go when I have to get prescriptions. This giant eagle doesn't stock alot of items and is dirty. They are often out of things. They also allow people with dogs in, not service animals. It's ok in a pinch but we prefer better giant eagle in new castle or cranberry.

I must say, Kyle is the fastest cashier I’ve ever seen. Betty, Brenda, Rose, Sheryl, and the tall man who’s in the bakery- kind ppl as well!

I usually shop here to get groceries because of quality. The employees are very friendly for the most part. Not a fan of some of the deli packaged meals not the best quality taste most of them so I only stick to the ones that do taste good. Prefer this location over the one by the mall has better quantity.

Every single time I stop in here, there is a problem. Items ring up wrong, cashiers are rude or there is an issue at the deli. Very often it happens that sale tags are not taken down, so something rings up the wrong price, and then whoever comes out of the office to fix it acts like it is my fault. There are a few baggers here who will not be quiet, just yammering on and on about randomly weird things when you are trying to pay. I have even had a few give me a hard time because I brought my own bags. Also, to avoid them, I try using the self checkers, and nine times out of ten there is an issue, so you have to wait for someone to come and help you. God forbid they have to lump over and press some buttons on the monitor! I truly have had such bad experiences here, and they are insanely expensive anyway. Will not be back after shopping here for many years. It is just not worth the hassle.

When we first moved back here over five years ago this store was fantastic. The selection has gradually diminished to a cheap big box store. Not all but a lot of GE products suck. They grow by the week cheese and sandwich meats particularly have really suffered. The management needs to listen

Bought a marble , butter cream icing cake for my wife’s bday it was stale. Not sure how long they left it sit and decided to sell it but this cake had to of sat out for 2 days.

I went to pick up my meds. When I had called at 11am to refill, I told them I would be there at 3 to get them. I got there at 4 and they weren't even started to fill!Other times I told them DO NOT fill if only partial & I always stay in the store so call or page me if any questions. COUNTLESS times they would fill partialI finally spoke my mind and NEVER went back to that pharmacy.I love the new one I go to! They call with ANY question even if its small. They mail my meds to me which is fantastic bc I don't have a car and finding transportation isn't easy for my.Screw giant eagle pharmacy 100%!!!!

Dec. 31, 2018My sister and I were shopping there today. We are not familiar with this store as we both live out of the area. The staff members were very pleasant and very helpful to us on a busy day! We are very appreciative of there kindness and helping us find the needed items that we needed. Pleasant, supportive team members! Thank you all! Happy New Year! Blessings to you all in 2019!

The employees are nice and many courteous. There managers leave a lot to be desire as I was passed 3 of them with my hands full and they had no baskets and they all decided looking at me while I was looking for a particular item instead of helping would be more entertaining. A cart was too big and they didnt have any small item carts left either. They need to other stock on smaller carts or baskets because otherwise it becomes very inconvenient and this is not the first or second time either at this location.

Giant Eagle is a great store! Prices are reasonable and the staff is always so nice. I use WIC for formula and when I go elsewhere to use my checks, I get rude looks and short tempers but at Giant Eagle the cashiers are always friendly and they don't treat me like I'm an inconvenience to them. Plus you just can't beat it when they have the meat sales!!

This is a large Giant Eagle with a bigger selection that my local one at Clearview, though not as great as Cranberry.Loads of parking. Often a long checkout line when I'm there.

Weekdays between 3-6 pm is a nightmare. Long lines. 15 registers and only 5 running. Lines back up into aisles. Moraine Point Giant Eagle in Butler. Yes hire some more help. You make plenty. Fix your self check out scanners also. Walmarts are way better.

I work near this G. Eagle so that's why I stopped there. My favorite G. Eagle is in 7 fields Pa. Staff at 7 fields are friendly. Here at Butler they're not as friendly. I had a bad experience at this Butler location about 6 months ago where one of the cashier's was rude to me.

They have Marburger. Very nice selection pf cheeses. Several different Simply juice flavors. Fresh seafood, nice meat dept. and wide range of groceries. I love this store. I don't like needing a store card to check out. It would be nice to not have that anymore. Overall, my first stop for groceries. Great store.

The store is fairly easy to navigate. They have plenty of the basics a few items I can't find in other stores. Not all of the prices were listed clearly. Checkout went smoothly and the staff was polite and friendly.

Always clean and ppl wear their masks. Tho I'm vaccinated now I fully appreciate it and gladly still wear mine! Very nice staff, always fast and have mostly what I need.Id love it if they'd get the Tate's butter crunch cookies back in.... I miss them lol

This is not our regular giant eagle but the service far exceeds our regular one. They have many more registers open with baggers on everyone making checkout faster with shorter lines. The store is neat, clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful.
