Walked into family dollar and had my purse on me and was gonna buy a snack cup for my son and get my dad something and this employee comes out of nowhere and starts accusing me of stealing and looked thru my bag and banned me from the store permanently.. horrible experience

The store was very clean, and the young lady at the register was very kind and did her job very well! In fact when I brought back the shopping cart, she thanked me, and she was keeping herself busy sweeping the floors. That might not seem like a big deal (sweeping the floors) however it shows that the employee is invested in her duties 110%. It's hard to find employees these days, that when they have downtime, they keep working.! Kudos to my local family Dollar store, for hiring good employees that care not only about the customer but also the store.

It’s a bit ridiculous that this store has a sign on its door saying customers must wear face coverings yet the employee who was waiting on me wasn’t! Why am I expected to wear one when your employees don’t!!! And I saw her walk through the store not wearing one! I wear one in a hot kitchen for 8 hours while working!! It must be nice to do just not have to follow the rules!!!!!!!!! Really glad you guys care about your customers!

Do not go to this family dollar!! I was in here with 2 kids asked a question I was seriously curious about and the manager I believe to be named Luv Coleman started screaming at me In the store saying she won't let me get my stuff and when I said I would call corporate she said she's the manager go ahead nothing will happen. I got my stuff and went to the parking lot. A customer went outside and asked if I'm ok. Said she had never seen nothing like that. I will keep contacting corporate until something is done about that. I get being desperate for employees but that was uncalled for.

The caisher worked there yesterday has poorly attuide with customers change the attuide or I report it to manger I don’t deal with people like that she worker and treat people nice or fine a new job

Family Dollar at Pullman Center has an AWESOME staff who is always willing to help you and always friendly to everyone & they have awesome deals.. Definitely one of my favorite stopres!!! They go out of their way to make sure you are happy 😊😊

Very good store, their freezer section is well stocked if you're out and on your way home before 9PM you can pick up a meal to microwave for a few dollars only thing bad is they need to show one of their employees how to lock the bathroom door when they are using it

Great store when your in need of a quick gift if you forgot something at the big store handy little store that carries alot of different things from food to gifts and everyday essentials

Website and phone number all say it's open and at 12:35 waited till 1pm still not open. No sign on door to explain. Waste of time guess it's off to Wal mart.

Not a fan of the smart coupons...always have to check receipt....either doesn't take the coupon or it's wrong amount
