I was walking my dog, Ash, past DD and REALLY wanted a donut. Not knowing how to go about that with my little dog in tow. The employees were welcoming, helpful and friendly to me AND MY DOG!! . I got myself a French crueller and my dog a donut hole. They put his in a little cup with whipped cream and honestly just made our entire morning. My dog literally skipped home! I can't thank them enough. Neither can Ash!I know where we're going from now on!!

Food is excellent and the staff is friendly. I took my baby in there and they gave her free donut holes. The coffee is great and the service is excellent. The only down fall is, the people that hang there at time's, seem to be up to no good. I've seen drug dealing in the parking lot, while I was inside.Kid-friendliness: I would watch your kids here, there are bad people lurking around this place. Just be mindful of others.

Very clean and friendly and alert staff ! Pleasantly surprised! Oddly designed drive thru though, and too small of a parking lot which is a hazard for customers, and no handicapped close to the door parking which is a downfall and disappointment to see bc handicapped customers should always have priority especially when it comes to accessibility in/out or parking spots even, so to make their experience a good one and allowing them to have a pleasant experience and allowing them to forget that their "different", this parking set up and lack of accessibility in/out of the facility is a reason for folks to never shop here, and this reason alone would prevent them from being able to even access the store unless they're forced to go thru the drivethru and some people don't drive ! So other than that hindering certain folks from enjoying their experience here I rate this spot a 4/5 I wish they'd take this issue into consideration regarding a possible remodel and a different layout of the store / parking as to accommodate disabled customers more accurately and courteously 🙂🙃

First and foremost this location with a drive thru is very convenient. Second, they are generally pretty good drinks.But I will say this..Their employees are not nice or friendly... In fact they are downright rude sometimes. "How are you doing" or "Have a great day" goes a long way in customer service!Also... One point in time their espresso/steamer machine was down for 2 weeks straight. That's a major issue when your in the business of coffee/lattes/espresso.

Asked for french cruller they said they had fresh ones. So I decided to get a dozen when I was originally going to have one or two. My donuts had 5 nats on them one still alive. I didn't go back to complain I don't trust them making anything for me. Those bugs we're not hard to see on a lightly glazed. I won't get a beverage either. There's usually crackheads hanging outside more times than not. They need new management n staff

Worst! Came for coffee and ended up loosing thousands of dollars. The worker tried handing me 4 large coffees on a flimsy cup holder through the drive thru and ended up spilling coffee and whip cream all over the interior of my vehicle ruining my interior, $500 worth of new clothes, $1,100 iPhone, $500 key fob to my vehicle, and the list goes on. Then acted like it was a big deal to remake my drinks and on top of it all over charged me. Never again.

Good coffee, service. Hard to see the prices and items till your at the register. have to be let into the bathrooms, because of people making a mess but everytime i use it its completely destroyed. the difference in hours with the drive through should be posted, you have to clean your own table most times. i find the employees friendly and too busy. they work hard to keep up. not managed well at all!!!

Edit: January, 2021 They have made improvements since 2 years ago. The staff is more friendly and my drinks haven't been wrong. The only thing now is still a problem from before. They're equipment is constantly breaking at this location. This is entirely not they're fault. And multiple employees have told me that they have told people about the machines but don't replace them. So a lot of the time I can't get a drink at all because the machine is broken. Sometimes the food machine is broken as well. I hope they can update they're machines to make a better experience for customers. I would still recommend the one near Walmart up the road. As a better option.

It doesn’t matter how many times you say “plain bagel, no cream cheese” they put cream cheese on it. I don’t understand why this is a hard thing but it’s a recurring thing so it must be difficult. I understand being busy in a morning rush but I’m literally asking them to do a step less…

I usually go to the other DD in Butler so this my first visit to this one. There was a line went I went in and they didn't have the new waffle sandwich which is advertised all over the place! Strange. I got a bagel with egg, which wasn't very hot. They didn't have any napkins in the holder. The cashier was nice though.The coffee was hot and good. They did have gluten free brownies which the other location was out of, the other day.

Sourdough breakfast sandwich was awful. Two tiny slices of bacon and two eggs all piled on one side of the sandwich. Ordered 10 count assorted munchkins, but received 6 glaze and 4 blueberry. Could have been much more variety.. there are only stars on this review because the sprinkle donuts I got were delicious, as usual. Everything else was absolutely awful.

the bathroom is always accessible and clean and even with covid-19 restrictions and signs asking people to please keep the store property smoke free have made it a wonderful difference and there is always space with chargers and Wi-Fi hookups and amazing coffee with amazing service. for a chain store it has certainly drawn it's weekly local retiree crew that enjoy nothing more than sitting and talking with the people of their town and a most jovial way. the people and the atmosphere and the coffee leaves nothing to be desired.

This particular Dunkin' Donuts has good coffee and decent donuts but the staff is not that great most of the time. They could use better training or maybe just new people with a better attitude need to be hired. It definitely is not the entire staff.. just some of them. They aren't rude or anything but they aren't the nicest either. I think someone needs to post a sign or paint arrows on the pavement of the parking lot because it is obviously a one way but people drive both directions and I've personally almost been hit many times by someone going the wrong way in the parking lot.

Since this horrible Pandemic, there staff have been very welcoming. So polite, and so patient. You would think it would be opposite, but not at all. I was having a horrible day, and after my daughter and me left, we left with smiles. Ty for being great

I like to order my stuff on the Dunkin’ app, and run in and grab it. They are SO FAST. And my donut is always fresh like it was just made an hour ago. My order is always right and the staff rocks at having it done so quickly because I have a tendency to order it like literally one minute before I get there. who wants to wait in line right? Have fun with that.

I had a great experience. There was only one person working when I went in and even though there was a line, the guy working didn't seem frustrated or irritated which is a response you often get other places when working short staffed. I really appreciated the excellent service and kind man working today during my visit.

Stopped in to grab a sweet treat for a friend having a rough day. I asked if they had a coffee roll left and was told no. I asked for a different kind and was told they dont have any donuts at this time. Now it was an hour before closing so I certainly did NOT expect a wide variety but none at all. Imagine going to subway and being told they have no bread or to pizza hut and told they have no crust. You're a donut shop! How do you have zero donuts. I gave them a few stars because my drink is usually made correctly and the donuts are ok. Donut connection was WAY better though.

I go to this location a few times a week because they are open early each day and are within walking distance. But because they treat their staff horribly, they cannot hold a reasonable amount of employees, causing them to close their lobby to foot traffic. And you may NOT go through the drive thru on foot. So now I must wait for coffee until Cummings opens, but the silver lining is Cummings coffee is worlds above Dunkin.It just proves that the mom n pop shop is always the better way to spend your money.
