This store was a nice store to shop in and was surprised with the putting green and driving range.Both were small, but it's nice to have an area to try out the clubs.A wide range of items from sporting equipment, clothing, bikes etc.I was very impressed with the golf and fishing areas. They had a lot of brands and items in both areas.I didn't see very many staff, the staff I did see were helping customers.A lot of parking and easy to find the store.The negative would be the price, the price seemed higher than other stores, but I'm not from the area, so it might be the area.Very nice store and you can find almost anything here.

Do not even bother with this place. I have bought several handguns and never had a problem, pics always came back within minutes every single time. The first person we approached for help, apparently the guy the other reviews are talking about, was extremely rude. So i walked away from him and found another person that had no clue what they were doing. Submitted the bg check and after 3 days of calling and being told my bg check was still pending I finally got ahold of someone that said their bg check system has been down since the day after mine was submitted and they'll have to call sometime to find out what's going on with it?!..way to make that sale guys..no wonder your store is always empty.

Ok place get the right price . Dave the bigger older hair guy he needs fix his attuide problem he complains way to much bout returns and giving money back he’s lazy and slow I had get mean get my money back next time he flips out and swears around my gf I will call manager and corporate and tell them bout your attuide I am long time customer I will report you I about had enough ur fast with other customers and when we come threw u complain and give us hard time and make us waste our wile owner needs see this

Will never be going back to this store. I went to buy soccer cleats and the guy that I had asked to help me was horrible. Completely rude and had no customer service what so ever. I couldn’t even open my mouth to ask him a question before he was literally talking over me thinking he knew what I was gonna say and didn’t help me what so ever. I will be retuning my purchase and NEVER shopping here again.

Went into exchange a pair of pants that were too big for a smaller size and she said I had to pay the difference which was an up charge. Tags still on pants and I had the receipt. I have never had to do that. I kept the larger size. This is ridiculous!

Asked for help locating an item, staff was rude and just told us they didn't know where the items were located. Thats half your job. Selection is okay for somethings and terrible for other things. Also most of their merchandise is over priced. Staffs attitude is all I need to make sure I won't be returning.

0 ⭐️’s. Bought steel toed boots at Dunham’s 7 days ago. They were on sale for $130.00. The seams started to unravel on day 5 of wearing them. We took them back to exchange. We knew we couldn’t get a refund because I couldn’t find the receipt. We were happy to see the same cashier who (other than being too detailed and forthright with his families business) was pleasant and chatty last Saturday. He even made a comment that it was nice that we wanted to listen, “Most people ask how I am, but don’t want to hear the answer. This was nice.”Today, he was not so pleasant, or helpful. In fact, he felt the need to chastise us repeatedly for not having a receipt. I’m sure it is an inconvenience, and I absolutely should have saved the receipt, but the scolding was a bit extensive. When he finally rang up the “exchange”, he only credited us $89.00. He said that at some point it must have been that price. When I questioned it, he made more “and that’s why you keep the receipt” comments. It was a very frustrating experience.

I enjoyed being able to shop without someone right up my rear trying to sell me something but.... when I actually DID have a question, there was nobody to be found. Eh! It was almost time to close in full disclosure so....I overall liked the quality products and prices aren't bad.

Associates were nice. But definitely confused as to what was on sale and what wasnt.. I went in and was looking at a gun safe with a sale tag directly on it and they told me that was the incorrect model and that they didn't have the correct one. Needless to say they were wrong.. ammo seems to be over priced. And yes I get it COVID19 however I can find the same box of 9mm ammo elsewhere for about 10 bucks less.

Becoming a rather annoying place to shop because of lack of checkout personal. One person at checkout and has no desire to get people on their way in a speedy way. Bought 3 items...all the same thing....they had 3 different prices on them....barcodes rang differently on each item and paid higher price for one item because price tag matched barcode and checkout wouldn't change price of that item to match price on two others that were identical items ....Shouldn't have to go into a store and expect negligence at such a high level? They promote lower prices but in reality I find everything I go to purchase cheaper at other places!

They had a good deal on shotgun ammo. 12 gauge #6 for $4 after rebate. I grabbed a bunch off the shelf and checked out. When I go to fill out the rebate I realized that half the boxes are the higher velocity rounds which were not on sale and cost $12.99 and are not eligible for the rebate. I'm not really pleased that they had them together on the shelf under the sale price. Of course ammo is non-returnable so I cannot take it back. Its a good lesson for me to pay better attention at the cash register.

Lucky for me, the display models are the size I need. This makes trying on shoes easy, especially when there was no one around to help me.Unlucky for the store, I found some shoes I wanted but couldn’t find anyone to help me. Waited 10 minutes, no one appeared. Left without a purchase.

Was there today and there was only one register in the whole store open..2 employees standing there but working on one register. While I was waiting the rude cashier told me to stand on the other side of the customer they were waiting on instead of where I was standing for some unknown reason. So I browsed Amazon..found the exact hoodie that I was ready to purchase at your store for $10 less and free shipping!Ya definitely lost a customer today

Every time we go there the checkout takes forever. I also went to return an item but they wouldn't do it because I didn't have my original credit card and they wouldn't issue store credit. I had to have my credit card replaced because the magnetic stripe didn't work

Most of the time the store has what I need. They have a very unknowledgeable staff who isn't able to truly offer me any guidence in my shopping experience. On more than one occasion I have witnessed cashiers in the front complaining about management, their jobs, and things they have got disciplined for. Their prices have also seemed to increase I used to be able to shop here and truly get good value my most recent trip I found myself leaving without a single in store purchase rather I bought the 3 items I was after on Amazon for a far less price the biggest savings being I paid $59 for the exact same pair of Adidas Bounce golf shoes that were listed for $99 in Dunham's. Really disappointed in this store.

This store is bigger than most of the Dunham's I've been in. There is pretty much something for everyone here. The clothing is pretty decent and make sure you show them your AAA Membership card to save money! Also take your coupons if you have them. If you want their coupons then sign up when you're checking out. It's quick. Have fun there too. Play with stuff, they don't seem to mind. Enjoy

Ok so there is a lot of people relying on places like these to make a living. They employ several Americans. This store is the exact reason why retail stores are going out of business. We went in there to look at the wee go bicycle attachment that was $140 after finding one on amazon for $74. We thought that maybe it was a different one than the one offered on amazon. It was identical. We asked if they would price match considering the extreme difference in price and we were told by the manager that they do not price match and he offered us 10% off. So my point is how can you blame anyone for shopping online when you can literally spend half the money. Furthermore how do you advertise “Big Brands Low Prices” when you can walk though that store and find almost everything they have online for a cheaper price. And a lot of them significantly cheaper. Absolute greed!!!

Great prices and I always buy my kids sports gear here. They also offer a 10-20% off coupon with no minimum purchase. Dave, who has worked for Dunham"s for years, is so nice to deal with.

First times visiting this location. Store was clean and lighting was good. Shelves were stocked. The one gentleman, an employee, I had dealt with was friendly you and helpful. Seemed knowledgeable about items and was helpful

This is the only Dunham store out of 3 stops that prioritized my offloading process over their normal work duties. I was really in a rush to make a pickup appointment and they met me at the door the second I pulled up and had me unloaded in under 10 mins.

Zero stars if I could. Waited 20 mins for someone to help us get a pair of golf shoes from the back so we could try them on. We just left without getting any help. We won’t be coming back here. Save yourself some time and just go to Dick’s.
