DG is our go-to place being so close and convenient with a great variety of anything. Today, I let the new manager know that my little girl accidentally dropped and broke a small figurine. He wouldn’t let me pay for it and asked if we had glue at home to fix it and let her take it home. He also helped to ensure I had all of the current coupons and that the sale items scanned correctly. The cashier was also very helpful and talked to my little girl while I checked out.

It's nice having this Dollar Store close by but the problem is trying to check out. At times it can be SO SLOW! Two check out lines, often only one is open. If there are 3 or more people in line I put anything I picked up to buy down and leave. I'm not waiting 30+ minutes to check out. I can hit the Dollar Store in The Greater Butler Mart and get back in less time than it sometimes takes to get checked out at this Dollar Store.

The employees and management are very disrespectful here. They are very arrogant and argumentative and treat you like trash when you have questions about their products. I highly suggest people not to shop here. One of the worst stores i have ever went too.

This places employees are so helpful at helping the customer find things. Packing their purchases greeting and keeping store clean. Will tecomend to everyone because their merchandise is good. Prices are decent. Their food products are fresh aswell. Their well stocked when customers need it. I shop with dollar general all the time.

The cashiers r always friendly and helpful. The store offers a lot of necessities at lower prices than most nearby stores. Thier house brand snacks and cookies r pretty good. What I don't like r the digital coupons. My phone can never open the app in the store which means u have to clip the coupons prior to going shopping and put them into your virtual acct. Often, when I stop here it's a spur of the moment thing. This really annoys me. They should use phone #'s like other stores or even a loyalty card. I hope they change this in the future. With that said, I do recommend them; particularly if u r on a budget or just like to save money.

Some of these stores are better than others. I guess it depends on the people working there. One experience that I had was : I got in line behind a lady and the lady checking her out asked her to wait one minute, because she had coins laying all over the countertop trying to separate this to put in her cash register . No other cashier open, but there was another lady behind the counter that did not offer to help. By this time there was 2 more people behind me. I layed my stuff down and walked out. There is no call in this at all when there is more than on register.

I LOVE Dollar General! They are like a mini Walmart. If I don't have time or don't feel like going to Walmart or Target, I know I can go here and find what I need about 95% of the time, or at least find something to get me by until I can get to Walmart or Target. Also, they are really stepping up their home decor game. I got sooo many decorations for Christmas at an amazing price. I just can't express how much I love this store!! And 99% of the time, the customer service is perfect!

Has gone threw staff since they have opened. Some staff seem like they have no disire to be there nor care to be there manager had an attitude. Dont use the bathrooms they are.discusting looks like they haven been cleaned in months. Ive seem truck stop bathrooms in better shape. Maybe instead of rolling eyes and sitting in the office they could grab some bleach off the shelves and.clean that nasty bathroom.

I mean its a dollar store. They are always quite convenient. Usually has what i need and products are usually what they seem and are. Just gotta watch for the occasional few products that are bad. Dont ever buy chicken noodle soup from them thats all lol

Bad the poor cashier was working as fast as she could the line was backed up in to the middle of the store and she called for help 3 times and finally tge women came and was very ignorant cause she bothered her to help bad part about it she was tge manager. Need better managers there who want to help there employees

This location is always cleaned and stocked to it's best ability. The store manager and other staff do a great job. This is the on by Walmart in Butler, PA.

Hadn't shoped here before, received a mixer as a gift . Had to return it . They were VERY nice & didn't give me a hard time at all .They were MOST kind to me. So now I pop in now & then .
