Timely response. Family owned and very helpful.Our fence was initially installed by DogWatch by the previous homeowner. The fence had a break in the line in 3 areas and they were able to fix it within an hour or so.No forceful training. Answered questions and returned a second time at no charge to help us in our training. Appreciated their engagement with our rescue dog and taking their time. Highly recommend.

They are wonderful! Came out 15 years after installing my fence to help me with a challenging new puppy 🐕 stood by their lifetime guarantee on the collar and less than $100 later...we had a brand new collar and peace of mind. We are enjoying our pup again and she has full run off the yard within our Dogwatch fence. They worked with her to refresh her training and make sure she would stay in the yard safely .This company is kind , caring and professional. Highly recommend.

I've used DogWatch of Pgh twice from new with one time a replacement of the wire. This most recent install at new house they had to coordinate with driveway contractors and did a great job. I got home, put the collar on and it worked perfectly. Very happy. TY

The installer’s were on time and went over the layout that I wanted. Did a very professional job and were done in a timely manner. Later John came out and worked with our 96 lb German Shepherd/Coonhound Sydney for about an hour and a half. He explained step by step what he was doing and what we should do & expect. Very friendly and informative. Sydney took to him immediately! Since we used to live back a private lane on 2 acres she really didn’t understand cars, sidewalks, roads & cats. Barks and wants to see everyone, so I was skeptical. In a week and a half she only got a shock 5 times. Now she has her “freedom” back and very rarely gets corrected. Happy dog..happy Mom & Dad. Well worth it! 🐾❤️🐾❤️

Dogwatch of Pittsburgh installed our fence last year and it has been awesome. Our little golden learned quickly her boundaries and really enjoys her freedom. Neighbors love it also as they know they can walk around the block and not have Dakota running out to them. She still barks to say "hi". Greatest investment to be made for your pouch and yourself. Love, love the underground fence.

Last year we purchased an 8 week old Westie. Since winter was not too far off I decided to look into an invisible fence. Got a few quotes and went with DogWatch based on reviews and my conversation with them. Good choice. They installed fence and as part of service helped us acclimate the dogs (we also have an older maltipoo) to the boundaries. Our Westie goes out on her own now. Good thing on those frosty mornings! And they are there if you have any issues. Even better their website is chock full of info so you can generally troubleshoot yourself. I would highly recommend them. They don’t try to sell you the most expensive choices but tailor it to your needs.

After our 8 mo Aussie puppy started wandering to our neighbor’s houses we decided to get a fence. We chose to use this company because of their location and down to earth, honest vibe. I felt very confident as soon as we started talking on the phone.We had a great experience! Very smooth and timely installation. Very flexible and kind family. Now we have zero stress when letting our dog out. We have a large backyard so he is able to safely run around a two acre space to do his business and get some exercise while we tend to our kids, make meals etc. Such a relief for us! We have had our DogWatch fence for well over 10+ years and it is one of the greatest purchases we have ever made. We have trained 6 dogs on it so far. With the training that DogWatch provides as part of the installation, all our dogs picked up on it very easily. They love it, it gives them such freedom. We had to replace one of the collars after 10+ years or so of use, and DogWatch quickly sent us a replacement at no charge other than shipping. No issues at all with the fence after all these years. As we approach our two year anniversary from when we had DogWatch of Greater Pittsburgh install the electric fence to keep our dog in the yard. It has done just that ever day. And we couldn't be happier about allowing our dog to roam the yard as he pleases. He knows the limits and does not go beyond. We highly recommend DogWatch of Greater Pittsburgh knowing what a disaster a DIY installed fence looks like. Our neighbor gave a best effort trying to do so but wasn't able to make his fence keep his dog in his yard. Which in turn allows their dog to come in our yard and cause trouble in a lot of different situations. Sometimes both dogs growl and bark at each other. We also get concerned when we have our grandkids playing in the yard. Let alone their dog being able to attack us any time we are outside. I highly recommend these guys for putting in your invisible fence. We have a large yard that is a veritable obstacle course and requiring a tremendous amount of bushwhacking to get the fence put in where we wanted it to be. I was almost afraid to ask them to go through the back part of our yard and they didn't even flinch! Not only that, but they graciously came back and adjusted our line a few weeks later when we realized we were cutting off a part of our driveway we needed Townsend to go. The entire process from scheduling to having him trained was quick and painless (literally and figuratively) and we are so happy we listened to our friends and called them!

We had an absolutely great experience with Dogwatch! It was fast and easy to schedule ,have them come out for a consult, and the installation. Susan was wonderful! she was very helpful and knowledgeable! She also was great with my 2 mini dachs. She made training so easy to understand. Now that we have had the fence for a few months it has been one of the best investments we have purchased for our dogs! My experience with DogWatch was fantastic! The installation was easy and the installers did everything they could to give my dogs (2 Labs and a1 Chihuahua) all the space they could in the lawn. The trainer came after the installation and walked us through the whole set up. Training the dogs is easy and the dogs love their outside time.

My husband and I got a fence installed for our dog a little over a week ago. We are pleased with every part of the process. My husband called three company’s that day and was very impressed with the way Jack explained everything to him and spent the time talking to him. We immediately had a good feeling about them and wanted to purchase through dog watch. We got a scheduled appointment pretty quickly to our surprise. The day we were to get it installed the weather was awful (rainy AND bitter cold). Much to our surprise Jack still showed up and installed our fence. The process didn’t take long at all and once Jack was finished he did the initial training with my husband and I and our little pup Bentley. He was SO GREAT with Bentley and taught us all so much! Bentley caught on quickly and the fence is working GREAT for him. I am so happy we had Jack as our installer and trainer. He was super friendly not only to us but also with our pride and joy Bentley. 110% recommend dog watch if your looking for a good quality invisible fence at a reasonable price.

Jack and team did a great job from planning through installation and training. Everyone was extremely professional and the installation done very neatly. From start to finish, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My dogs are loving their new yard. 10 months in and my dogs are still loving their yard. Outstanding service and company! I highly recommend DOG Watch for many reasons, but the owner, Jack, is by far the number one reason. He is so professional and friendly with customer and pets, super thorough, and knowledgeable. My 7mos basset hound responded so well to the training and Jack. I was so pleased. We have had our fence for 5 years and have had absolutely no problems with it or any of the equipment at all. You'd be making a mistake to go with any other company.
