This store/manager was extremely pleasant, kind, helpful and prepared when I scheduled a time to meet with him in regards to helping out the local school district. He went above and beyond to help our PTO apply for a grant and was also willing to give of his time and service to help some of our staff purchase Christmas gifts for students in need. Kevin provided an excellent experience and we are grateful for his dedication and willingness to help the community reach their goals.

Be careful if you order online for store pickup. They say they will txt, call, or email you when your order is ready. But they dont. Its best to just go in and stand at the register so they cant forget you. Also they do a poor job assembling things. Some nuts are very loose and others are so tight i cant get them loose, others are already stripped. I would have been better off just picking up the box and building it myself. Dont trust minimum wage emplyees to care about your hundreds of dollars purchase the way you would... or at all.Edit*I forgot to meantion the rudest cashier ive ever met, and a supervisor who couldnt care less about my expierence.

My experience was not present in this store. I went in there with my Father for Christmas shopping and two workers were following us and were acting like we didn’t know. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I walked out and had my dad fishing Christmas shopping.

I went in looking for a pair of running shoes. I have wide feet, so my choices were a bit limited. The store associate wasn't able to find the shoe I wanted in my size, but she did find a reasonable alternative that checked all the boxes I asked for.Though it cost a little more than the pair I had in mind, I am very satisfied with my experience.

When you're looking for tennis shoes? Looked around for 10 minutes open some boxes people in the other hour that worked there looked at me and never came over and asked me if I needed any. Help so I went home and ordered I'm on Amazon.

Amazing customer service in the golf section. The guy who was there was amazing and super helpful. I thought a new driver was going to improve my game, turns out a little adjustment to my stance and grip was all I needed. This guy was a pro and a truly honest one. Doesn't push you buy new, just wants to help.

The staff were extremely helpful when I bought my kayak! They gave me a lot of advice and helped me pick out the right sizes for accessories (paddle, life vest). They were busy but still took time to help me. The only downside was that they didn't have many small sized (200cm) paddles, I took the last one. My sister might have bought her kayak tonight as well if they had everything she needed. It's a new store packed with goods so more size variety would be nice. Overall, a great experience!

My husband needed a pair of black ultraboost shoes because he's on his feet all day at work. They are hard to find, but the manager at the Butler store located a pair at a store in Georgia and had them shipped. He went above and beyond to help us and it is greatly appreciated.

After spending 1.5 hours talking to customer service, they were unable to offer any solution as to how to order from their site. Don't waste your time like i did. Choose a different company.

The two guys that helped me were absolutely wonderful, they did so much more that necessary and im so greatful. The rest of the staff.. one yelled at my kid, 2 acted like i was bothering them, another had no business working in sporting goods store as she seemed clueless. I hate that there is always a light in the store that blinks..i have seizures and what may seem like a small issue can be very dangerous. The store itself was clean and usually has a decent selection. Prices are about average.

Paul back with the guns and archery was amazing! I came in a couple days ago looking for a bow because I am a new hunter and he pointed me in the right direction.. I came back in tonight and he helped me get it all set up and answered every question I had! Very knowledgeable and nice man!

The staff are very helpful. The prices are higher than some other retail locations, but they have a good selection. It would be nice to see a better selection for smaller kids so that it's easier to get them interested in sports earlier.

Incredibly poor merchandising. Had $40 gloves on a $16 rail. Had $16 soccer gloves on $50 spot. Went and looked at lacrosse sticks and saw a $140 lacrosse stick on an $80 rail, which had been there for 5 days, since it was there the last time I was in the store. This store is incredibly difficult to shop.

Dont go here for worms. Both containers i purchased had frozen dead worms. A waste of $10, my gas and my time, and a big disappointment for my son upon arriving to the lake. Yeah I should have probably checked the bait, but so should the employees daily. I came here because they were open till 9, when others were closed... never again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Dick's Sporting Goods in Butler. The staff was very helpful and friendly and knew their products. The exercise tennis shoes I bought seem very comfortable and stable. They had stylish as well as plain exercise pants. One clerk said, Come back again! and I will.

Very rude staff. I came into the store looking for a particular item. As I was leaving, the cashier and another girl were LAUGHING about the fact I couldn't find this item. The cashier was so condescending too. Kept saying "You should have called, you should have called". I live an hour away. I drove down here, not just for this item at the store, but for other things in the area. Regardless, to LAUGH at a customer as they are walking out of the store is uncalled for and the cashiers attitude - no thank you.The selection of softball equipment sucks too - for a big sporting goods store, you'd think you'd have a big selection. I'll stick with Dunhams!

We went to look at fish finders and they didn't have any on display. The clerk went in the back room and brought out 4 that were boxed with security bands on them so all we could do was read the box. When you're going to spend that much money on a piece of equipment you should be able to see how it works.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bought my son's football cleats and school shoes at Ducks Sporting Goods in Butler Pa. Visited here after Dunham's Sporting Goods. They price matched and accepted a coupon that I didn't realize had expired.

Store does not stock many needed sizes, styles limited. Clerks not knowledgeable about differences in styles on hand. Very pleasant/polite but not jumping to help either. Received many "hmmm, I dont know" answers with no follow up with trying to find answers. Very disappointing for such a new store.

I brought in a bike to get new tires and tuned up on May 8th. they told me that they would call me in a week and let me know about it. Its now June 3rd and there hasn't been any work done on it at all. I've come in 3 times in the last couple weeks and they keep telling me the same thing "they'll call me in a couple days". the sales associates always seem about as confused about it as I am. I'm about ready to give up on this place and take the bike to somewhere where they actually know what they're doing and don't make their customers jump through hoops to get a very simple service done.

Love the selection. The process are tough to swallow though. I'm not sure that they are any higher than similar stores, but they are ALL high in my opinion. Good store to shop at, if money is no object.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will never be purchasing anything from this company again. When we had an issue with an order they were not cooperative in any way, many of the associates we dealt with in the phone were rude, combative and unhelpful.

Went for work shoes. They had a nice selection and good prices. Wasn't too crowded and the staff was friendly and helpful. Will stop back when I need shoes or sporting goods.
