9/10 times I go here, an item is forgotten. They are not large orders. A chicken tender meal, and a side. 2 things! If this is happening to me every time I order then how many times is it happening.I go through drive through for a reason and always have to go into the store to get what I ordered.My sauce had a hole in it as well so couldn’t use that.When I went in 3 of the employees just looked at me and didn’t ask what I needed. (All very young). An older lady finally came up from mopping and asked how she could help.You have a bunch of lazy teenagers working for you.The one thing you always have going for you is a very clean establishment. The food is always good. Just never get the right items. Ever.

I just left the 356 Dairy Queen in butler pa and the girl that took my order and my friends order and ran out cards was not friendly and had a very sour attitude like she hated her job or maybe she feels she’s better then us, I’m not sure but I think I’m gonna just stick to buying my ice cream at the store with the rest of my groceries. She was skinny, long dark hair, medium size nose and had a deeper not squeaky girl voice and she had green and white acrylics. Couldn’t get her name for she was messing around with her co workers and never offered a receipt to me.

Ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard. We watch the girl put a hole thru the side of the cup with the blender and lost half the ice cream out the side. Instead of making a new one she used a 2nd cup over the one with the hole and added a bit of plain vanilla ice cream to fill in. it was the drive thru so i didnt see her put the ruined in the bag. Shotty service and eating ice cream and paper to boot.

Great iced cream but they should really stick to what they're good at. The burgers are made from the cheapest patties available (I recognize the flavor from a case I'd bought from Sam's many years ago). They must have found that case in the garbage and served it. Furthermore, Not sure if it was the sauce on the spicy Burger or what but it tasted like rotten tomatoes. I got some iced cream just to get the bad taste out of my mouth.

I ordered 2 cakes and both cakes were the wrong colors. I even called to confirm the orders the day before. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix it they just acted like it was no big deal. Then I went through the drive through to order food and they were absolutely rude. I ordered the chicken strips and 2 cheeseburgers. The chicken strips were dry and the cheeseburgers were cold. Extremely disappointed with the service I received on Saturday.

Love Dairy Queen ice cream, especially the chocolate soft serve. I sometimes even make a strawberry or pineapple Sunday with it. Staff here is always friendly.

Fries were ice cold and not fresh. The chicken tenders weren't cooked right. Only thing good was the ice cream which they don't flip the blizzards like they're supposed to.

I understand we are in a pandemic but this was disappointing to say the least. My blizzard was soup, the inside had no air on so you are sweaty just waiting in line to make your order (could also be the reason my blizzard was dripping as they handed to me) and the outside seating was covered in ants. I wish I could give a better review but this was not a positive experience and I will not recommend this location to others.

Ice Cream treats are the best on a hot day. But that drivethru way to tight. Need to take out that Bush or tree and put in more pavement. The line already carry out to the main busy road which is NOT safe!

I ordered 2 pumpkin pie blizzards and there was only 4 pie pieces on top and no pumpkin flavor. I was only able to eat the whipped cream on top. A waste of my money and if my time. Thanks a lot. They also never flipped any of them because they were already melting not the first time this happened there. Would really appreciate something to make up for this very upset

They screw up orders and then argue with you when you catch it. I order a chocolate milkshake made with chocolate ice cream and I got vanilla ice cream mix with chocolate all I could taste is the vanilla. I went thru the drive thru. Very rude.
