What a great place. I just recently got back into the world of cigars so I stopped in Butler Cigars. Matt the owner was super helpful and very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. I got some cigars off him the first day and went back a few days later to pickup the humidor he ordered for me. I wound up talking to him and some of his other customers for almost 2 hours. Great place with great people. This will absolutely be my new place!

To sum up my first visit here in one word..unbelievable. I am brand new to the cigar world and was a little nervous going in but the guy that was there over the weekends was outside sweeping off the front. He asked if I was going inside and when I said I was and that I was new he dropped what he was doing and said he'd show me around. The knowledge level that guy had was nothing less than astonishing. He was able to explain things and help me understand how and what and why to pick good cigars and was able to make suggestions after asking what I liked. The cigars I got were awesome and I am going back there today. I highly recommend whatever your knowledge level that you check this place out. Super chill environment and he and the other guys there made it feel welcoming. Not at all what I expected and I can't believe I kept passing this place and not going in. I will be frequently stopping here often and will buy cigars here exclusively. I usually smoke from a pipe though and wish I could get pipe tobacco here as well but they don't carry that anymore. Anyway I am supremely impressed and highly recommend going here for sure.

This cigar shop was fantastic. Eric (the guy managing the shop when my friends and I came up to butler), was fantastic, super knowledgeable and went out if his way to help us pick out the cigars we wanted. The lounge was super comfortable and clean. Definitely a place to check out. The cigar selection was also really good. It will be my go to place when i'm in the area.

Had a nice experience when going into this shop. Laid back, with an awesome selection of sticks of all ranges. Some harder to find stuff so worth the trip from the city. Awesome dog too!
