A very pleasant experience shopping at Boscov's.The store catches your eye when you walk by the entrance. I wasn't planning on shopping at Boscov's, but seeing the jewerly and candy at the entrance caught my eye. I was looking in the mall for gifts and the store had a lot to choose from.I enjoyed the second floor with the candy choices for Easter. It was busy by the stand, but there was a lot to look at while I waited. I did not know the store had a small candy area, but it was a pleasant surprise.The second floor was easy to get to with the escalators.The prices were very reasonable.The staff were helpful and helped look for the items.They did not have the sizes in shirts, I was looking for, but that's everywhere finding clothing.I will be back soon to do more shopping.

This is a wonderful store. It is neat, clean, and the workers are friendly. The clothing brands they carry are all have great selections. If you are looking for a purse you should be able to find one there; it’s like a sea of purses. They also have a great shoe department. Other than food, they have it all! I love the feel of the big department store. Oh, and when they have a sale it is a good one. Great place to shop!

The service was terrible at Boscovs yesterday. I asked for a certain size of shoes and I had to wait over 15 minutes for the sales person to come back. She then returns with the wrong size,so I told her that wasn't the size that I needed and she proceeded to tell me that I didn't ask for the right size and won't go back to get me the size that I needed. Her attitude was terrible and she was very rude. I won't be going there again. When you worry more about your physical appearance and ignore customers then I think that you shouldn't be working there.

Store is clean and bright. Sales people courteous and friendly. Stay near cash registers which is appreciated. Prices still too high! As a senior citizen, can't afford to shop here much.

I’m from FL and we don’t have Boscov’s down there so I love my annual trip to PA to get my trip to Boscov’s in. They have great clothes for great pricing. I got a beautiful dress for 19.99 and another one for 9.99. You can’t bet there prices and quality. Love this store. Wish we had them down south.

Boscov's is an old fashion department store that holds onto values those of us seasoned shoppers find valuable. They have many of the brands you you would expect to see in a " slightly" upscale department store, at prices you will be happy to see. We live out west, but I have lived in the midwest and northeast for decades previously. Everytime we visit family in the NE Pittsburgh area, we make the trip to Boscov's in Butler. The concept of the Treasure hunt is alive and well here. The sales they run, discounts in virtually every department, and the extensive candy counter on the second floor always have us purchasing things we had no idea we needed. Their return policy seems very flexible as in the rare instances that we needed to return an item, it was always accommodated. What other store, could you buy an evening gown, then head upstairs to "The Auditorium" for a made for TV item you saw on a late night infomercial. My mother is elderly, and loves it when we're in town as she looks forward to her trips to Boscov's. Her only complaint is they only have one restroom, and it's on the second floor. One of the challenges as we get older I suppose.

Incredible and very beautiful store. Boscov’s is one of the main reasons the Clearview Mall keeps going! The candy shop here is very nice, lots of cosmetics for the ladies , and nice selection for the kiddo’s. If you’re ever in the area make sure you stop here. Tons of clothing selections. Just basically anything you could think of. Also you can enter from either outside the mall or from inside past the food court.

I love Bosco’s candy counter. Tony was awesome! I asked him, “What’s the minimum on the chocolate candy?” Tony quipped, “Ten pounds!” Bosco’s is lucky to have him, very nice person. I did some nice Christmas shopping there and found what I was looking for.

We used Boscovs many times in the last few years when we were running out of options. The first time, my daughter didn't get her home coming dress. We waited till the last day holding out hope, but it didn't come. Thank God we found a nice dress and a pair of heals for under $100.00. I've used it for last-minute birthday gifts, and I believe I could shop for every person on my Christmas list and get them gifts they would really love. Like the purse, I got my mom there last year. This time, we were lastminute shopping for my daughters to get outfits for their senior pictures the following day. They found more outfits than they actually needed, but I was glad they found some clothes they liked. We also picked up a tie for my daughters boyfriend for homecoming. Great store with lots of quality items.

Was at Boscov yesterday. Had a 15% coupon and also had gift cards. Was told that I was not permitted to use the gift cards with the coupon. Told the salesperson that I was going to put the balance on my charge. Said it didn't matter that you can't use gift cards with coupons. Everyone in line was also not aware of this. I have already used gift cards with coupons and put the balance on my charge, but said this is a new policy. Called the store and the manager I talked to wasn't sure of the policy (sad isn't it?) So why tell people to get you gift cards, if you are going to be penalized for using them? Think I will be shopping at Kohl's from now on.

I couldn't have asked for a greater shopping experience in the Butler Boscov's store tonight. I had about 45 minutes to shop for a suit for my son, before the closing of the store for the night. I walked in, met a wonderfulemployee named Dave in the suits department. His knowledge of suits, sizing, and what I needed and asked for, was just incredible. Within a half hour, I had paid for, and walked out of the store with a very inexpensive, black sharp suit. Thank you Dave, you really made it a great experience.

I love this store. I purchased several men's shorts and a couple of tee shirts. Boscov has a large selection of both shorts and shirts. The pricing was great. There were items priced to fit anyone's budget. This is my go-to store. I have in the past purchased outdoor furniture, living room furniture. Only 2 of many items that I have purchased.Great store with great selections of all kinds of items.
