All one stars, the mall lists that it is open till 7:00pm and auntie Anne’s site says they are open till 7… wrong you will walk in at 6:25 to treat your kids to a quick snack you promised them all day after they attended dance class nearby to find the place is closed all lights off, all registers closed while which ever employee is still there packed up and waiting till whatever time they are allowed to clock out… no wonder our mall is failing with work ethic like that. Change the hours to better represent your quality of employees

Food is decent but overpriced. Having said that, a group of friends and I heard an employee telling a minor girl working that she wasn't allowed to have her paycheck because Cheryl the manager would fire that employee for handing out a paycheck before Friday. Legally cannot withhold a paycheck for any reason under any circumstances. Will direct the minor to the appropriate reporting agency for PA. How unfortunate that our next generation is being lied to because they're young and gullible, using coercing tactics to threaten an employee's job.

Absolutely disgusted with the way my family and I were treated by the staff here at Auntie Anne’s. Even the manager of all people was so nasty towards us. We wanted 3 pretzels. I don’t know what was so hard to comprehend that’s all we wanted but apparently it was so hard to the point the manager and a worker started saying “I can’t do this” and “I’m done” and just shook her head. I don’t recommend going here unless you want to be treated like garbage.

Can't ever find this location open anymore. They are never there until their hours say they will be. Massively disappointing. Photo is just after 6:30PM on Wed, May 24, 2023. Not a soul in sight. Mall security says they've been gone awhile already.

Always loved Auntie Anne's pretzels but the customer service there now is awful. The girl is always rude and or on her phone! I ordered 3 pretzels- the girl gave me the wrong kind on 1 of them so I politely let her know...she charged me to get the correct one that I had originally ordered and then slammed it down on the counter

I ordered two Original soft pretzels. They tasted good, but one pretzel had very little butter, and the other pretzel had too much butter. The employee was nice but could have worked a little faster.

Employee was rude, on her phone which just looks lazy. A little before an hour before close and she said they didn't have various different things we tried to order and said she wouldn't make more. Maybe it's policy and truthful, maybe she's just lazy. I'll never know. But her overall attitude was just enough to make me unsatisfied with the experience. If that's policy not to make more food, then auntie annes needs to have it posted somewhere.

the older woman who rung me out was rude, and the younger girl there in the past wasn’t particularly friendly either. Got a cinnamon pretzel that wasn’t fully baked, ended up throwing it away. Save your money folks

One of the employees was at the cashier on her phone, I waited for several minutes before she looked at me, looked back down at her phone, hit a button and then finally put it away. She then very slowly fulfilled my order. The other employee was in the corner of the store talking to friends (she had seen me walk to the cashier and not said anything, and continued talking to her friends).

Employee had us wait for food that was in the oven. Upon waiting 10 minutes for the food it comes out burnt. Then she leaves for 20 minutes. Not satisfied, will not be returning.

I ordered a "fresh" pretzel today at the Clearview Mall. The woman brings it over & says " do uou want it or not? . I said well ok, Ill take it. It was the hardest soft pretzel I e ever had. It landed in the trash.

My mother went out with her mother and sisters to celebrate their mother Friday (May 10th 2019) and what should have been a nice evening with each other turned bad once one of the employees working that night physically assaulted my mother as well as called her disable among several other horrible names too. My mother did nothing more then ask her for a pretzel with no salt or her money back and some how this employee decided that she was going to attack my mother. I'm very disgusted at what my mother was put through, She is a good women and there was no reason for what happened to her. The other employee tried to tell us that we misunderstood the whole situation and that it was truly my mother that was wrong because she is 50ish(?), but no matter what no employee should ever toss coin/money at a customer chest and/or call them horrible names.

My bf and I stood in line to order. The older lady took there order and served them while on the phone. We were next and stood patiently since she was on the phone. She then proceeded to tell us they were closed after taking someone's order. She said she'd be open in 5 minutes. She was rude about it but we waited. She took more people's orders so we assumed they were open. She denied us service AGAIN. I dont complain but this was the rudest thing that's happened to me by a worker.

"AUNTIE ANNE'S" Pretzels are the BEST & TASTIEST Pretzels made ANYWHERE! We used to stop at the ROSS PARK MALL to SHOP & We would stop by "AUNTIE ANNE'S" to Purchase some of Their TASTY TREATS, but They Somehow changed Their Recipe. Now, The "AUNTIE ANNE'S" location at CLEARVIEW MALL on Rte 8 in BUTLER is Our New Destination to Buy Pretzels. Those Pretzels are DOWNRIGHT DELICIOUS & They have become a Habit Forming TASTY TREAT TO EAT! They have DIFFERENT Flavors to choose from & They sometimes will give You a SAMPLE to make Your DIFFICULT CHOICE an EASY CHOICE to make. However You look at it, "AUNTIE ANNE'S" is DEFINITELY an EASY Choice to make as far as DELICIOUS DESTINATIONS Go.🇺🇸

Great products. Absolutely horrible prices. There is no reason products made from flour and water should cost that much. If you shop here, you have no right to complain about any other price.
