Love the work environment, love the atmosphere of the people and music. The chicken bacon swiss is the best, no topping that!Edit: 2024-Place has changed a lot! I stopped working here but I still believe this place has integrity and tries their absolute best in everything they do. Also, the chicken bacon swiss is still the best.

Stopped here to pick up dinner being a single father this happens. More than i like ,so I got a French dip and a curly fries with side cheddar Instantly I noticed I was missing my Ajou and then I noticed I didn’t receive my side of cheddar cheese. The fries also appeared to be cooked in old oil I spend a lot at Arby’s and was highly disappointed

Had Classic cheesesteak sandwich. Sorry, did not like it at all. Too much creamy whatever it was. I had one tiny piece of red pepper. It was all small pieces of beef and creamy whatever. Couldn't finish it.

Went here on a Friday night to grab some dinner the drive thru was busy so I figured I'd just go inside. Apparently they don't take orders inside because after standing there for like 10-15 minutes being ignored by crew, and a manager I just left, and went over to Mcdonalds where I was immediately greeted, my order was taken, had a nice joke with the girl running the register, and got out with my food in under 5 minutes which includes them making my quarter pounder with cheese fresh on the grill. I never thought I'd be praising Mcdonalds over Arbys ever in my life, but here we are.

I placed a doordaah order with arbys at Clearview at quarter till 11. Arbys confirmed the order and prepared it. When my 1st dasher arrived at the store they didn't give it to her. The second dasher arrives and they told him they were closed and that they didn't even prepare the order. My dasher said they were very rude to him also. I think that this is very unprofessional. Why did they confirm the order and prepare it just 2 throw it away? If you don't want to make orders close to closing time then don't confirm it or prepare it. AND DONT BE RUDE TO DOORDASHERS! I will not be ordering anything again through arby's.

Honestly, for being short 2 ppl that day, and having a full counter (we ate in) and overflowing drive thru, the place was clean, organized and the staff was polite as could be. Sure, it took a few extra minutes to get our food; but it was hot and fresh and tasted great. The staff was on top of everything, even the little things like making sure everyone had thier sauces and whatever.I would definitely eat here again

Got some regular Arby's roast beef sandwiches and some fries for the family. Got it to go and everything was really good. Workers were super nice and the restaurant was clean. Got some jamocha shakes also that were very good. Happy with the visit.

I would give my experience a zero star if I was able to on 5/27/21 at 10 pm my family decided to food. What we thought was going to be a pleasant experience turned out very uncomfortable. We went to order and the guy working clearly had a issue while welcoming us but we let it slide but then we told him out order he said "Jesus christ" In a very nasty way then we told him we are not ordering when we pulled out he stared us down! We will not be coming here again no one should feel uncomfortable going to a business while it is still open getting food.

Customer service is something that this place needs major improvement on. Not only that, but it was very clear that the evening manager had issues managing her crew. Nobody seemed to follow her lead. Very disrespectful cashier, I had coupons and I was told that they don't accept Arbys coupons after a certain time of the day. Really ? Food was good though...the cooks seem to know what they were doing so I give them an A+ !! Chances are unlikely that ill return to this location though.

This particular Arby's, and the crew working that day, was exactly what you want from a restaurant. Clean, fast, correct and everything working. Kudos to the staff that day. That's the kind of service that keeps people coming back.

I love the Classic Beef & Cheddar sandwich. It is such a terrific change from burgers and chicken sandwiches. We have even made special trips just for the change. The staff have always been patient and helpful. Keep up the good work.

Love arbys always good. Haven't been here for awhile. Looks like they have added some new items to the menu, which is always good and i am so happy they got the crinkle cut fries back hopefully it is a permanent thing. Not sure which one I am reviewing here i had to go to two different locations. Apparently the one in town in Butler closes at 7? And the one by the mall 12. So guess if you are looking to eat later go to the Clearview mall. I will save you the gas money and hassle on the other one.

Mmmmm beef and cheddar. When you have the family pack coupon it's a fantastic deal, jamocha shake is a favorite (and low caffeine for anyone that might need that info) love the new crinkle fries, used to love the curly but my taste buds have changed and I just don't enjoy those as much

We went through the drive thru, before we started our order we stated that we had coupons. We placed our order and we were given our total. Got to the window handed the lady our coupons and card to pay. Not one coupon came off of our order!!!! Needless to say we won't be going back anytime soon

They have decent fast food. The roast beef sandwiches are the same that they have had forever. We like the smokehouse sandwich because the flavor but they even made it smaller than it used to be. It’s OK for a change of pace

It is an excellent place to relax and enjoy a clean and friendly atmosphere. The food is great . It reminds me of the classic Fashioned American dishes, with Breakfast all day long. It feels as if walking.in, you can expect to receive the comfort food that, gives you peace.

Excited to try the new sandwich, the BBQ rib. Very dry, it need some sauce! A little tough to chew. Will I try it again, maybe! I might give it another chance and will ask for extra sauce.

I love Arby's Greek Gyros. Whether you pronounce this heero or Ji-Ro they are very good fast food...actually they are just good period. I was pleasantly shocked the first time I got one. Plus they still have their classic roast beef and horsey sauce. Oh Happy hour is between 2 &5pm. Go then. Lots of items for $1 (my fav is snack size chocolate shake) and watch for coupons in the sales papers, in my area they come on Wed. Lots of 2 for 1 deals

Excellent Food Awesome People.I have been eating at this Arby's for several years. The food is always good and the staff is very friendly. The managers seem to be very engaged with customers and associates. I would recommend this place to anyone going inside or the drive thru.Thank You,
