I find that they are extremely willing to work with me and my dog. Bonnie is an older springer and gets very nervous and anxious. She is not good with other dogs. They are always able to work with her and she looks great when we return. We have never had to interact with another animal when we pick her up or leave her yet. They are always polite to us and very kind to Bonnie.
