Paul, the sales associate, is so knowledgeable and friendly and truly helps guide you through the decision making process specified to your needs. The installation was seamless and the final product is so beautiful. Our installer was kind and courteous as well. I recommend Norman carpet to anyone looking for the real deal - they are the best of the best!

Bob Spano was incredibly patient as I was choosing my new master bedroom carpet. He came out to my house twice and order at least 20 different samples for me. Additionally, he did not push the more expensive carpet or try to oversell, which I really appreciated. The installation went very smoothly and my new carpet looks great!

The experience we had was a great one from start to finish. Our sales rep, Amy assisted us with many modern options. She had samples sent to our home. They came out to measure and we were show layouts for different areas of interest. We started with the stair runner. The installers cut and bind at our home which ensures the best fit. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process. We can’t wait to get some additional runners.

The entire experience from initial selections (working with Heather), receiving and reviewing samples, and final selection to installation (including removal and disposal of old carpet and moving and replacing furniture) was very pleasant and professional. Norman's carpet has a great selection & very fair pricing. My wife & I converted a home into an airbnb. Paul Jablonski spent a lot of time consulting with us. He was awesome with listening to our needs, coming up with color choices. He recommended a commercial grade carpet that hides stains. He also did a great job with recommending binding of carpet on stairs-instead of complete carpet. We'll be using Paul on our next Airbnb plus hardwood flooring for our mother's home. Thanks, Paul

I knew I wanted Antelope print carpet for my stairs and hallway. Who knew there were tons of Antelope prints! Faced with too many choices, I'm just not good at pulling the trigger. Norman Carpets had lots of options and Amy helped me pick exactly what I needed. She took into consideration my budget, my particular application, the traffic in my house, she even looked at pictures of my existing rooms to see which colors and prints would look best. She kept in touch with me when she had new ideas to run by me and sent me samples. The outcome was GREAT! See photos. The installation was very smooth and professional. Need flooring? Go to Norman's! Norman Carpet One installed wool carpeting on my front and back stairs in my home and we love it! The entire experience had excellent customer service. Kate showed me a large variety of carpet and ordered samples. She also showed me examples of what certain borders could look like. Installation was fast. They did an all-around beautiful job and we are so happy.

We had an excellent & easy experience using Paul @ Norman Carpets for replacing carpet in our house. We told Paul what we thought we wanted color/design-wise. When he came to measure he brought some samples. We picked one of those, the price was affordable and never even stepped foot in the store. Scheduling & installation was quick & seamless. Ordered my carpet with Paul and it came in just as I finished painting (Perfect timing), the installers were fantastic, took great care and time in making sure the seams were perfect. I had a request with where I wanted some of the bedroom seams and they made it look great. The hall was supposed to have a seam, but the installer figured a way to install with no seam. Fantastic work, I have a carpet cleaning business and always recommend Paul/Norman carpet.

We had a fantastic customer service experience with Norman Carpet. We had new carpet installed in our basement but less than a year later we weren't pleased with how it was performing. After speaking with Julie she was able to process a full credit to reselect a new carpet. Julie was extremely helpful in picking out new options and ordering samples. Once we placed our order the carpet arrived quickly and the install team did a wonderful job installing it. They even stayed late to ensure it was completed in one visit. We would absolutely recommend Norman Carpet and will be returning for any of our future flooring needs.
