Jolie, Theresa, and the rest of the I Love Dogs crew have been amazing with grooming of our two golden retrievers! We’ve been taking them for about a year now. Our pups smell and feel clean longer than previous groomers in the past, and the team listens to my request for a “golden cut” and the blending is wonderful. I love that they have weekend hours, and are always so polite and friendly when I come in. One pup is a therapy dog and used to slip and slide all over the hospital floors, but Jolie really manicures his paws and he hasn’t slipped since! They also go swimming all summer and are covered in matted fur spots from the creeks, and the team works through all of it without having to shave them. Would definitely recommend! Theresa and Jolie take such good care of my doodles. They have curly coats and are prone to matting and ‘I Love Dogs’ gives them the best treatment and special attention. My dogs are perfectly groomed after each visit. I would recommend for any breed but especially curly coated dogs.

There's no place that spends the time and effort these folks do. After being blow off by everyone I called, thank goodness I found I Love Dogs. They spent HOURS getting my big boy cleaner, healthier and happier than he's ever been. Frankly it's embarrassing how much undercoat they got out of him. It's no easy task, and they were fantastic. Responsive, friendly, honest good people worthy of repeat business. And pickup/delivery? Yeah, they do that... so no waiting around for the mobile groomer to get back to you! This place is great.

In comparison to pet smart and many local groomers, I Love Dogs is the greatest place ever! My family and I started coming here 5 years ago and over the years these wonderful people haven't only lived up to our every expectation but they also went over the top and developed a relationship with us. They treat any dog like their own and rest in peace to Robert Pelletier who started this company and obviously ran his family like he ran his business which would be amazingly. His skill is most definitely in the blood because his daughter and wife keep our smile strong with the great work they do every time. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants their dog to not just have a groomer, but a 2nd family who never fail to give your pup a mini vacation and an amazing experience.

We have been using I Love Dogs for THIRTY years for all 6 of our dogs. Every time they look beautiful and they treat our dogs with the care as if they were their own. Their ability to groom different breeds correctly is impressive. We have had a golden retriever, a Shih Tzu, bichons, and a cockapoo. I would trust them to groom any dog to the breeds’ standard. This was our first time going to I Love Dogs for my dog Roger’s grooming services. Roger is a 90 pound, 3 year old bernedoodle pup, and he has always hated the blow dryer. Hated it so much, that other groomers have had to call us half way through to tell us that they can’t finish cutting him, because he doesn’t tolerate the drying process! However, when I shared this with Theresa at I Love Dogs, she said it wouldn’t be a problem - and it wasn’t! They were able to groom Rog in 3.5 hours (record time for him!), were able to dry him without issue, and he looks simply amazing. All of his mattes are gone, and his fur looks beautiful. I’m most appreciative that they were able to manage my boy’s anxiety. When I came to pick him up, he seemed happier than I ever have seen him after a groom. He was not shaking or anxious, but looked like his normal, sweet-but-rambunctious self! Highly recommend I Love Dogs - we will definitely be back!!

We recently moved to Bryn Mawr from San Francisco and we did a lot of research on dog groomers in the area. Based on reviews from several sources, I Love Dogs Grooming seemed to be the best choice. In this case, the research truly paid off as we can state unequivocally Bob and Theresa are the best dog groomers we have ever encountered. We have two poodle mixes, one very large and one small and it is tricky to get their hair cut short, without looking like shorn sheep. They returned to us as clean, soft and handsome as they've ever been. Bob and Theresa are exceptionally talented groomers who truly love dogs. We are so glad that we found them!

I brought my recently adopted three-year-old Standard Poodle for grroming. She was a breeder dog, not very socialized and somewhat nervous. Bob now.handled her superbly and made her feel at ease. Her grooming results were spectacular. I used a few other groomers in the area with previous Poodles, but will only trust my girl to I Love Dogs Pet Grooming

I moved to the Bryn Mawr area three months ago and was not able to get my Maltese a pet grooming appointment anywhere due to Covid. I kept calling around until I was able to get an appointment with I Love Dogs. By this time my Maltese was a matted mess to say the least and Theresa and Bob at I Love Dogs did an absolutely fabulous job. Not only were they extremely professional but handled a fussy Maltese with kindness and such carel. I was so happy they took their time and did such an expert job on her. I am definitely going back!

I have a cairn terrier and this is for the first time his hair looks amazing after real professional trimming and haircut. The place is not as fancy as some grooming stations in the area but at I Love Dogs they are doing far better job. I would definitely recommend this place!

The folks at I Love Dogs were very helpful when my car got stuck on a snowbank and went above and beyond to help me out. In addition, they groomed my dog perfectly and were able to remove some of the matted hair the built up behind her ears. I highly recommend them for dog grooming.

This place was amazing. We have a puppy who was really matted but I didn't want him shaved. Bob was so kind and professional. He first spent a lot of time with me to understand what I wanted and how the process works. When I went to pickup Cooper, I couldn't believe how amazing he looked. Bob and Theresa do a great job on our Golden Doodle. They take pride in the quality of their work, are accommodating on schedule and provide a happy experience for our dog. He starts a happy whine about a mile a from the shop.
