We have been dealing with Solomon-Brownsville for approximately 12 years and with the same salesman—the awesome Philip “Stu” Stewart. Stu is not your average salesman; he’s not pushy and will give you his expertise opinion on the vehicle best for you and your wallet. While at our latest visit, he was paged and interrupted at least a dozen times but he did not rush us and answered every question we asked. He is very personable and though we only see him about every three years he remembers we’re campers, hubby fishes, etc. This are traits that keep us coming back to Solomon and Jeep/RAM.

Can't believe all these positive reviews. Must be friend or family. I'll just say if u want to give ur vehicle away for nothing go here. Can't believe they gave up 30900 cash for 3000 in extra trade allowance I was asking for. So if I like playing the ole car buying game go here. If not go elsewhere. You decide. I did.

This dealership is almost an hour away from my house, I’m surrounded by 5+ other local CDJR dealers with-in 15 minutes. I will continue to drive an hour back to Solomon for all my future purchases. The drive is worth the experience. I walked in, after having a horrible experience earlier that day at a local dealer, with my guard high. I was IMMEDIATELY greeted by Stu and asked how we were and what we were looking for, as my guard was up I immediately told him I wanted to skip the games and get right to numbers as I had two vehicles in mind, it wasn’t a dire need but my interest was high. Stu was very straight forward, honest and understanding. We worked numbers and agreed on a price. While Stu was finishing everything up to send to finance he found and locked us into another discount program! How awesome is that?! Our monthly payment dropped almost $100 from the originally agreed amount. How many other salesmen would’ve been honest and upfront with that upon agreeing on a set amount?! Any other dealer would’ve pocketed the profit. When I asked Stu why he was so open about as I thought he was joking with me, he said something that will stick with me forever “some sales and dealers are focused on short term and getting your money now, I want to be transparent and I want you to come back long term for many more vehicles in your future” that eased my mine tremendously after dealing with a horrible dealer earlier that day. Never felt pressured, never felt stressed or annoyed that I was being played. Stu gave me nothing but facts when it came to numbers all the way to the motors in the truck and allowed me to make my decisions based off my needs as a buyer rather then pushing something I didn’t need. Finance was a breeze, Jon was super friendly , was not pushy at all with the added extras that most dealers force down your throat at the end. Was super personable and genuinely great to work with. Walked out same day with our 2024 Ram 1500 bighorn crew cab. Can’t thank these guys enough for making this deal happen and easing my mind. Forever will be a Solomon family group customer.

After driving junk for almost a year, trying to save money and not paying high interest and monthly payments due to our current economy debacle, I finally had to purchase a vehicle. I researched so many different kinds of vehicles at many different dealerships and After test driving a couple different types of Jeeps at Solomons, I made the decision to accept the stellar offer on a very cool Jeep Renegade. Nick was wonderful and very helpful and Mike Nath made the way for me to have a reliable new vehicle. I now have peace of mind knowing that I have an affordable, safe, and reliable vehicle for my family, which is priceless in my opinion. We have been repeat customers of Solomon Dodge and they always treat us well. The service department is also staffed with knowledgeable and helpful professionals. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, it is worth the drive to Solomons in Brownsville.

Although I did not purchase my ride from this CHARPER, thank goodness it was in the family of dealerships. Close to home, but more importantly, my service was exceptional! Seriously, they went above and beyond normal customer service. They fixed my Bronco Badlands just months after a purchase from another CHarper dealership. They have won my loyalty. Highly recommend purchasing & servicing from this dealership! 5 stars 🌟

Just purchased a 2015 Buick Encore AWD from them yesterday. The price was amazing for the quality, how new it was, and all the features. It was in beautiful condition and their guys did an amazing job detailing the inside of the car, the engine, and the wheels were brand new. I could tell that they take pride in their reputation and only supplied the best cars on their lot. This was the first car I ever purchased myself and I was so nervous. “Stu” was the salesman I worked with and he made the process painless. He was laid back and not at all like the stereotypical salesman. Due to their reputation, they also have good connections when it comes to banks and financing. He was able to suggest my price plan and negotiated a low monthly payment, for a young adult like myself whose just starting off. The whole process was painless and 0 stress. I would highly recommend taking a look at this place or at least continue to check their inventory online. They said they sell around 100 cars a month so definitely take a trip out ASAP if you see something you like! I will definitely look to them for any of my future car needs. 🤗

Long story short, I got this car around October 2020. The customer experience was pretty good and I would rate it 4-5 stars, the buying process was pretty simple so I will also rate that 4-5 stars. Now, as for getting what I paid for, I rate it 3 stars and boarder line deception on either the dealers part or the previous owner of the car. I have no way of knowing who did it but the pictures speak for themselves.Long story short, some body covered up rust on the rocker panel by painting over it. Whenever the car was on the lot the rust and paint damage was NOT visable like this, want to know why? Because someone who is slick painted over it to hide it.The way the rust got exposed was because a month after getting the car I went to a car wash and the paint came right off due to the rust underneath making the cover up paint weak.When I realized someone hid the rust, I wasn't happy to say the least. I understand I was getting a used car with scratches and some interior wear, but hiding rust is UNACCEPTABLE whoever did it. The car was 100% NOT like this on their lot because I have the pictures of it on their lot and they also had the pictures of this car on their website and the rust was covered up in the pictures and in person to where no normal person would have known the paint had rust under it.I didn't bother calling them because I assumed they would give me the excuse "you bought as is" or "should have had someone look at it" or better yet try to convince me to buy a new car from them.The car has been 100% reliable and no issues so I am happy about that, but the hidden rust that was painted over I am not happy about.I accepted that I got screwed and moved on and will just buy a different car a year from now, I learned a lesson and when people ask where I got my car I let them know and I also let them know how rust was painted over it.For all I known they maybe would have made it right but I doubt it, and by now they would have probably told me "if you told us sooner we could have did something but it's too late now"The main reason I can't recommend this place is because I feel like I paid for something that was not visible to my eyes and looked completely different on the lot.Now I have to go get the rust checked out and see if it's fixable or even worth it.I love the car other wise but this really ruined my experience and would make me hesitate to ever want to buy a car here again simply because that means any car could have rust with paint that looks normal applied over it. No average person is going to know the difference.If it wasn't for this, I would have given the place 4-5 stars minimum. So now if the rust is fixable I will be paying into the car even more to fix it or I will have to accept I got screwed and save up for a year and buy a different car or keep it as my drive until it dies car.Again, car was NOT looking like that on the lot, I had before and after pics and their own website had pictures of the rust painted over, this is why people have a hard time trusting where they can buy carsSo to be fair, I did not contact them, but it's because I assumed they wouldn't do anything about it which is realistic in this world. I would have recommended this place if I never experienced seeing this, since I have now when people ask me about my car I always have to mention how someone covered up rust with paint and I got screwed with it.Would you trust buying a car again from a place where you just got a car that looked fine paint wise then a month later you find out rust was painted over? How do you know your next car isn't the same? Now if they would have fixed the issue I wouldn't even complain or fault them. I get all my service done on my Jeep at this location. Service Manager Joyce Hampton is always a welcome sight. She always has the answers you need and if she doesn't she will promptly find out the answers and immediately get back to you. My experiences there are always easy and painless because of her knowledge and great attitude. Every dealership could benefit from a Service Manager like Joyce Hampton. Keep up the great work!

called in on 03/28/24 to inquire on the price Stock number P4568was told it was a fresh trade and that he didn't know what the price would be and he would ask his manger he asked where I was from when I said Michigan he didn't seem the pleased and told me they were located in PA which I already knew on 4/2/24 I have yet to receive a call back with a price. Complete turn off

Had a terrible experience at a dealership in Pittsburgh area on Monday. Found a truck at Solomon on Tuesday that I was interested in. Spoke with Nick explaining what I had just went through and he did an excellent job making sure my experience was better this time around. Finance manager was excellent too. Love the truck, but honestly the service made the deal. I’ll definitely consider them first the next time around. And this was a 100 mile drive one way for me to do business.

I purchased a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica I located it online and emailed the dealership and scheduled an appointment. Super easy process. Our salesman Travis had it pulled out front and ready for a test drive. Everybody was very friendly and accommodating. Paperwork was easy and the smoothest buying process I've ever had. I purchased my suv here in February and my salesman was awesome. And I'm in love with my truck! I have no issues at all. For that reason I wanted to continue to keep my service here for any services for my vehicle. Today I came to get a oil change and I had my 2 kids with me. Mrs.Norma seen my 4yo was thirsty so she came outside with a drink from the machine for him. That was so thoughtful and sweet of her. She also made sure we were taken care of.Thank you Mrs.Norma! This place makes you feel welcome and not just a "sale".

Very happy with my brand new 2020 jeep compass. I got a very good deal on it, and couldn't be more pleased. I want to thank Mike Nath, and Rodney for their assistance, kindness, and consistent emails, communication and services to make this possible, after my jeep renegade (2nd picture) was crashed and totalled by jim shorkey cdjr of north huntingon. They were awful, couldn't beat solomon's deal, and were ot helpful at all.

Just purchased a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica from Solomon. First of all the car was very well priced! Other dealers had the same car & same model, with more miles priced higher! Secondly, and most importantly, my salesperson Phil Stewart was amazing. He was very attentive, honest....yes I said HONEST... and very helpful through the entire process. He did not hide anything and there was ZERO pressure. He made the car buying experience what it should be.... pleasant and fun. I’ve purchased a brand new car off them in the past and that was a wonderful experience!!!I just purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee off them and my salesman Phil was a super pleasure to deal with!!! I was not the easiest to finance since my wife and I have been all cash our lives but the finance gentleman Roger was able to get us a reasonable rate and he also was a pleasure to deal with!!After a “check engine” light came on after 100 miles I called Phil and he had service contact me ASAP. I delt with Chris who greeted me at the service door soon as I pulled up and that whole experience was wonderful!! Turned out to be a thermostat which Chris took care of for my family free of charge👌😇I highly recommend Solomon Auto group!! I’ve felt with both locations and not are wonderful and I’m not the easiest customer lol:) My family appreciates the Jeep😎👍👍

I would like to say how awesome Solomon Auto Group is! When I purchased my Jeep Wagoneer there, Jason and the sales team went above to help make my purchase a wonderful one! They answered all my questions I had. Although I never owned a Jeep before, they assisted me in the perfect choice! I would also like to say Joyce and the staff in the service department are awesome! I waited several months before posting a review to be sure it wasn’t an emotional response and was warranted. Please read:I brought my 2021 Ram 3500 Laramie in for a check engine light. I explained to the tech that the oil, fuel filters and crankcase filters had all been changed by another dealership within 500 miles. After 2 days they called to tell me they wouldn’t work with the warranty company (a warranty company sold by RAM dealership) and then charged $146.92 on 3/29/2023 for diagnostics. Their diagnosis? Change fuel filters and oil. I explained, again, that was just performed by another dealership and was an incorrect diagnosis… they insisted on the bill. The money is not the point, it’s that they do not listen and charge for indisputably bad/incorrect service. Not trustworthy. Go somewhere else. There are plenty of better, more reputable service departments.

Scheduled recall service online and over $300 of services were added. At first I was rudely told they don't have any IT issues and it was my fault. After some convincing, Jason Solomon was able to resolve the issue. But as a business man myself I would have liked to see the issue be looked into further instead of being accused of "telling him how to run his business". I was however charged $100 to check 2 fuses.

I had an excellent experience at Solomon Jeep. The best pet of the experience was the salesman Mike Pupek. Mike is very knowledgeable about the Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland that we purchased. Mike was polite and respectful and followed up on our purchase to make sure everything exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Solomon Jeep and Mike as a salesman.

My wife and I were very pleased with our overall experience at Solomon Chrysler. Nick Connors who was our salesman greated us both with the utmost respect and honesty with our purchase of a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid.We also drove 2 and half hours to take advantage of the best available price on our purchase as well.The reason we drove the distance to purchase the mini van, is that we wanted to meet NIck one, on one due to his personall detication to make our buying experience a special one. Jon as well in the financial department at the dealership was very professional while explaining all of the numbers we needed ro go over to finalize the deal. It would be a pleasant experience for anyone looking for an opportunity to be treated like you are actually a person instead of a number. Old school is the phrase I was looking for. Give the team at Solomon a chance to earn your trust and get a great deal on a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep. Selection was very good as well.
