Have been eating here for 20 years and it’s the best local pizza joint and six pack shop and much more and has gotten better in recent years. Not sure what these low star reviews are about. I like the food, I like the service and the portion sizes are more than generous. The owner is a shrewd businessman and they offer daily specials. I’ve had very few problems here (as opposed to chains and other local restaurants), and whenever I’ve had they have fixed. I am now editing my review left previously. It’s been many months sense ordering and I want to say how much improvement has been shown! Ordered today a steak salad in a bread bowl and 10 whole wings and everything was amazing! The service received was pleasant and friendly! Food was delicious and done exactly as ordered! Back to 5 star review based off the 1 star review. Also want to add that the staff was all new staff from the last time that caused us to quit ordering and i wanted to let it be known publicly sense our last experiences was very public causing low ratings. I feel like the business listened to customers and implemented changes! Pictures do no just even tho they do look amazing the food was incredible!

Twice delivered a pizza late. First time by 20 minutes. This most recent order, a full 1 hour behind schedule. Needless to say, cold pizza isn't as enjoyable.They were at least respectful and apologetic when I called, but correcting this error would have been appreciated rather than delivery of cold food.

If I could give this place no stars I would . The people there are rude, ignorant, I'm a Walmart delivery driver I'm a contractor they order all the sodas from Walmart in Brownsville instead of a vender expect one person to bring in all their sodas that packed our vehicles from the bottom to the top. When you ask for help no 9ne wants to help. But they they won't tip you either way. You don't order like that and not tip your driver if you expect to get your things without asking for help. Plus their pizza is overpriced.

People were nice, that's about it. Upon entering the building, the seating area is a mess and clustered with a large oven? In the way, I didn't even know where the counter was. I got up there, and the counter was dusty and dirty... not to mention the appearance of where the food is made, grime running down the walls, vents on the back wall looked nasty, this is where the food is prepped, and cooked, even though pizza is made here didn't smell like pizza. The pizza it's self, extremely greasy, which you get that sometimes so this isn't a big deal, but all we tasted was cheese, cheese and cheese, barely any sauce, and and the pepperoni was just placed on the outside of the pizza. The place has potential being the only pizza place in the area, but they are missing it with subpar cleanliness and quality.

I have ordered from Georgios several times because unfortunately they are the only place that seems to deliver to my area. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!! Every time we have ordered they take forever to deliver our food. A few nights ago we placed an order and it took over 3 HOURS for our food to get here. I called and spoke to the manager 3 different times that night. She asked that I call in our next order and ask for her so that she could issue us a discount. Also the OWNER said he would refund the price of the 2 liters we ordered because they were not the kind we ordered and never refunded the money. I CALLED TONIGHT TO PLACE ANOTHER ORDER AND THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THE DISCOUNT BECAUSE WE DID NOT SEND BACK THE FOOD FROM THE OTHER NIGHT! The manager offered me the discount while she was still cooking the food. IT WAS A DISCOUNT OFF OUR NEXT ORDER BECAUSE OF THE POOR SERVICE!!!! Please don't bother wasting your time and money. This business is NOT WORTH IT!!!

Food is good if you can get it when it’s hot...it has legit been 3 hours and 15 minutes since I’ve placed my order. And all it was for was a large pepperoni pizza that’s it. And to top it off! I ONLY live 11 minutes away!! ELEVEN MINUTES! It should not have taken no 3 hours to get this pizza an hour tops not no 3! Thank you for your pizza though! Well I guess when it gets here considering I’m legit STILL waiting for it! 3 hours and now 17 minutes in!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had to in order to give my review. They used to be really good. The last few times I ordered they was terrible and I'm not just talking about the food.the service is terrible too. They have messed up my order the last 3 times I ordered. It took them 2 and 1/2 hours to deliver my food last time. This time was an hour and a half. When it got here I had to heat everything back up. I didnt realize they just dropped off the food and you make it yourself. They didn't bring our pop last time or this time. Our French fries were supposed to be a large and we got a small and we had to reheat the cheese. When we called to tell them the mistakes they acted like we had no right to call. Don't order from them or you will regret it like I do. The only only reason I gave them another chace was because everyone else was closed. We spend like 50$ per order and it won't be going to them anymore.

So where do I start? Food got to me within 45 minutes so no complaint there. I ordered a whole phylly sub and the bread was so soggy it dissolved the wrapper it came in. My sons ham sub looked like a blind person put it together. My cinnamon sticks were rock hard and when I put them in microwave for ten seconds to soften them, they were like rubber. The only thing that wasn't screwed up was my husband's Philly wedge. $42 later I was super disappointed in the food. I will definitely not be ordering from here again as I was not happy at all. The delivery lady was nice so I gave her a $5 tip that I later regretted when trying to eat the food. Don't waste your money people

Although delivery takes much longer then it should our food was well worth the wait we are fairly new to the area and have trouble finding place that deliver to our location and even tho our food took too long to come when it did it was hot and omg so darn good. We have tried many place and hands down your guys are so good. You have won our belly's and business.

Just tried ordering and the woman who answered seem high on drugs. She couldn’t make complete sentences and we had to talk very slow for her to understand. We just hung up because I don’t want her makeup food that my family would be eating. They make great food but they need all new people.

Good food,good people,decent prices. UPDATE!!!!! What the hell happened to this place????!!!! The foods still good,but if they tell you your food will be ready in an hour,strap in for the long haul,cause ever since they changed to new owner/s any time we’ve ordered food it has NEVER EVER EVER been ready when they say it’s supposed to be!!!! So just prepare yourself and if it’s a Friday or Saturday,then forget about the time they tell you, add anywhere from a half hour to an hour!!!!

Placed an order at 845pm received a call at 10 and after saying hello i get “do you want your pizza or what?” I proceeded to say yeah I understand you guys are busy it’s no big deal. The pizza did not arrive until 1230. Pizza was strange tasting which leads me to assume they did something to it and there delivery driver sat outside my house until 1am for some reason. Tried to give them another chance but the guy on the phone cops an attitude if you place an order past 9. Better off going to any other pizza company

Pathetic excuse of a restaurant. Placed order at 5pm to have delivery for dinner. Most normal restaurants for delivery say takes about 45 minutes to an hour. Called in lady took our order and explained that our food would be the first one to be delivery well that was a bold face lie, around 6:30PM well over an hour called back to check on order and said that our pizza still wasn't done and would be in a few minutes unacceptable how long does it take to make a small cheese pizza well for Georgio's I guess it takes them a few days finally after after two hours called back to cancel order the lady working the phone had audacity to get rude at us as if we inconvenienced her. Don't take it out on use cause you never went to elementary school and learn the basic element of telling time. Just a heads up order from somewhere else you'll get it much faster than this place can ever promise you & you won't get shouted at for asking if the order is on the way cause most restaurant are happy to have returning customers but not this place.

We go here every year for my nieces dance competition and me and the whole family eats there. Very reasonable too! We fed 8 people for around $50 and still had a lot to take home. This is a must go to. Wonderful people that work there too.

My wife and I used to refer to goergio’s as dirty good but to be honest they’ve been cleaning the places up. To a lot of these reviews saying that say service is bad they need to step back and look at the big picture. It good food at a great price. They’re subs are huge if you get a hole it can easily feed two or three people and it like 9 bucks. It’s not the the classiest place around but if that’s what you want go someplace else and pay more. It’s also a great place to people watch while you want on your food in the parking lot.lol Oh yeah the pep rolls from the butcher shop guess who makes them!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. 2 hours for our food. Missing 3 items. Ordered Mac n cheese. They didn’t even bother to tell me they no longer have Mac n cheese just replaced it with whatever they wanted. French fries are soggy and nothing tasted good !!! Do not recommend.

Only gave a 1star cause I had to... My husband ordered are food at 730 asked for delivery was told an hour wait so asked if we could pick it up instead and was told 15 to 20 mins my husband got there was told his order wasn't ready but they would get right on it for the person who took the order put it in for delivery and not pick up so my husband was fine with that was told are pizzas were coming out anyways and then it would be the stromboli going in next 830 and still no food he asked again and was again told the stromboli wasn't done it's 900 an he is sitting at the pizza shop still waiting along with many other unhappy customers. Will not be ordering here anymore!

Usually great food past 3 times I've ordered the food has been nasty. Last night I ordered there Pittsburgh Wedge . The flat bread was rock hard. My husband ordered there BBQ ham sub. It was nasty too. He said ham tasted bad. One bite and threw it out

This place is terrible. You can expect to wait an additional 30-40 minutes upon arrival for your food, but they have you pay when you arrive so than your stuck until it’s convenient for them to finish your food. It’s dirty. They smoke and drink around your food. I’d give 0 stars if it was an option. Save yourself the time.

I would give Georgio's food a good solid 4. It's not the cleanest place in the world. What you get is large portions of homemade style food at a fair price. Very good customer service from Hometown type Folk. And most of all cold beer for takeout
