We had the BEST experience with Chance at the Brookville, PA Verizon store!! He went above and beyond helping us as we needed two phones and a tablet, as well as a service upgrade. Chance was patient with our questions and knew what we wanted and needed before we did. He seamlessly helped others that came in the store as well as kept us on track. Our transaction went smoothly and painlessly! We would definitely recommend Chance to anyone looking for info or help with purchases.

Jason White was finominal with his listening and understanding . He helped me get a new phone that fit me perfectly, as my phone went black.I appreciate all he did for me and for my family to stay connected through some difficult times. Jason and Chance were very thorough when explaining phone options and plans and also were very helpful when they saw that my phone was bulging and screen turned black. I thought I lost everything from my contacts to my pictures which were of my new preemie grandson. I was so upset. Chance was great at keeping me calm and so helpful with my decision making. Both of these gentlemen are great at what they do. I left today with no tears but a big smile and relieved that there are still caring people loving their jobs.A BIG THANK YOU to both Chance and Jason from the Brookville Verizon store.Thank you so much.I also want to add that Jason and Chance took the time to show and explain the new features on new phone, verses the old phone. Very helpful! Jason's patience and customer service is the best I have ever received from Verizon.We have been loyal customers for many years and were actually thinking of changing carriers. Jason's actions today proved to us that there is still excellent service out there from people who really care and enjoy their job.We are approximately 2 hrs from the Brookville store, however my husband has made the decision to come back to that store to update his phone and plan within the next month. All due to the above and beyond care and service we received today.

IDC where my post appears the more places the better. There's 2 Jason's that works there the Jason selling you something is very smooth talker appears professional. But the Jason that's there when ur back with a issue is totally opposite. When the salesman that was helping me on my return didn't know a whole lot on transfer data and got jason on the phone I could her him very well even when salesman would try stepping farther back and he's slot but not professional at all. But anyways Jason removed my card from my old phone when I went there originally and I thought it went into my new phone just to come to find out not it didn't and it also didn't go back into my old phone. And when I go to discuss it Jason and salesman look like a deer in ur headlights and go from there wasn't a card(lie) to it was just the sim card another lie, to what do you want we'll give you a card if that's what you want. Well think about this memory card, sims card, wife activated that phone when new and said memory card no question it has two slots for card ok so where did it go? I

Worked with amber today for hours an she never once gave up! The hours was due to a mess up she didn’t do but she fixed it ! Due to Verizon online they messed my account up an she helped me fix it an get really great deals She never lost hope she was amazing. I’ll forever go in when she’s working because the customer service I received from her was amazing she explained my bill , broke it all down so I understood what I was actually paying for. Couldn’t ask for better service 🖤

Verizon deals are cons. I traded in a I phone that was in excellent condition to upgrade to an I phone 15 after receiving an email to get $820 off. While at the store it turned out they would only give me $300 off. I was disappointed but went through with the trade. A month later I found out I purchased an I Phone 13 not a 15 and financed the $300 for 3 years. Being a senior citizen and not tech savvy I made it perfectly clear I only pay in full. Now I’m stuck with staying with a company that lied and cheated me for 3 years or paying off my so called discount. What to do? Meantime they make a profit off my traded in I phone and I’m screwed.
