Overall enjoy this sheetz! Good location and pit stop for long drive (air for tires, gas, bathrooms, etc.) My experience on 12/26/23 however, was not good from the food department. That sandwich was unbearable for my husband to eat, I’ve never seen a sandwich so slimy before! I’ve also never had a chai that dark before… when I questioned it — lady said it was normal and that I could add milk to it. Even after adding more milk, it was still very dark and the taste was off. I’m usually not picky with craft drinks but that chai almost resemble coffee (which I dont drink). The whole time I drank that, I was questioning what I was drinking, with each sip.

Convenient location. Clean, lot of pumps available. Easy to get in and out.Think their food is overpriced. Got the PB Fudge milkshake, was kind of expecting a larger size for the price, was $5.50 for 16oz shake. Got 4 hasbrowns for $3. Can get better hashbrowns and more at other fast food chains.

1st and last stop at this Sheetz. As for the MTO the food and drinks were great. Let me say there should be a different rating for them vs the rest of the store. The cashier Sharon was absolutely rude and bothered that I even asked for a sheetz card. She got so annoyed she asked the woman behind me to provide the card when I explained sandwiches wrang up wrong and she got mad and said because you don't have a sheetz card. I explained I asked for one and she said I already told you I don't have them. Then I pulled a manager aside who was doing floor inventory and never spoke to anyone either and she also acted bothered until I spoke up and told her that her cashier was rude! I use to work at a Sheetz and we all spoke to ALL the customers that came in. My lord if you hate your job in customer service go somewhere else. This was a sad disappointment for SHEETZ. I always loved working there. For the MTO team team today 11/13 at 957 AM THANK you for at least letting me leave a 2 star that should of been 10 for your food and service!

Great Sheetz! It was very clean, and the staff were all very kind. In addition to great gas prices, Sheetz also has tons of snack and food options. Definitely my go-to gas station!

Well I don't have much to say About Sheetz cause I don't go there much but I always buy my frenchy his hot dogs with nacho cheese and I must say I really don't know how they can get any less cheese. There's so little cheese I have to try finding it under the hot dog to show him or he won't eat them. I understand save cost cut back but now come on put a little cheese on them for crying out load.

I'll start with this would have been a one and a half star but you either get one or two. On my travels through town we stopped at this Sheetz for a restroom and some MTO. I'll start by saying the MTO was top notch but sadly that's where it ended. My co worker happened to use the restroom around 8:32am and to his surprise the fella next to him was getting his rocks off. How do we know? The shadow from the perfectly placed light right above guys stall told the story. We have a video for proof. Anyways as a person headed to work we kept a clear head and walked up to a lady cop from the local PD who happened to be in the store. Long story short your fair game to do as you please behind a locked stall. Now to the store manager, she said that is a more common occurrence then one would think. So thank you to the respected store team and local PD for keeping our children and their them / they's safe from a public bathroom where that should be the least of their worries and in a community staple. Highly disappointed in the way it was handled so if your not down with that being your child next time then I would steer clear.

Stopped into sheetz on my trip from the Midwest to the east coast.. the gas station was legit, restrooms relatively clean, even had special handsoap for health professionals. Pretty slick since two of the people in my car are health professionals. I didn’t lose my debit card there, but I did find my phone in my trunk.. weird. Would have given 5 stars but sheetz customers were rude and bumped into me and my child 3 times.

I drove two miles to get two hot dogs 🌭 for my elderly wife. Ordered them with ketchup and relish. Drove two miles back home to discover one had ketchup and the other one had ketchup and mustard. Granted it was only $1 order but man..

This was your typical sheetz with a little bit of everything in the store and plenty of gas pumps out front. They have added better coffee machines which grind your beans to make sure your coffee is very fresh and this particular store has added some self-service registers to make checking out a lot easier.

I just wanted to say that the Brookville Sheetz is the cleanest Sheetz I have ever been in! The staff was so friendly and I made sure to tell them what a great job they were doing because I was so pleased with the cleanliness of the whole place but especially the bathroom! The food was quick and great and again, the staff was so great! All very polite and grateful for the compliment. The woman at the register said they really take pride in their store and I told her that it clearly was shown!! Thank you so much for great Customer Service Brookville!!!!

Dirtiest Sheetz I've ever been in. Litter on floors. Women's restroom had no toilet paper, stall doors didn't close properly, garbage bins over flowing, obviously no one has come in to inspect all day. Coffee area had dirty cups, creamer everywhere, and at least one empty coffee maker. Shame that the 2 yacking employees across from coffee area and restrooms couldn't make an effort to do their jobs. On a bright spot woman at register was very pleasant and noted my complaint,.

I ordered a meatball hoagie. It had way to much sauce on it and less meatball than any other sheetz When I opened the wrapper the sauce was all over the bun. And not one single napkin in the bag. And I was hungry too. Ended up going to the Arby's, right up the road. That's probably where I'll go when I'm in Brookville.

Whoever was working the MTO station on June 26th at 5 pm shouldn't be allowed to. The sub I ordered was maybe the worst thing ive had in a while. The sauce wasnt even on yhe sub, it was all over the inside of the wrapper and bun. Seriously it looked like someone assembled it with their feet. If this is acceptable for Sheetz then you have permanently lost a customer. I'll just go to Get-Go next door.

Newly renovated and they did a great job. Food and service are both fast and great. They have a large selection of food and drinks. They are usually busy through out the day and there isn't a lot of parking, but that is not their fault. Every time we are in town we stop in. I would highly recommend.

Although all staff were wearing masks they do not enforce customers wearing them... and a lot of customers aren’t wearing them. Be warned when you go inside if you’re not comfortable. Food is decent, but cups lid wasn’t put on securely and the drink spilled when carrying it.

Will you get in and out quickly? Not really, but a convenience store that has food of this quality has earned the right to take a little extra time. We don't have Sheetz back home, and that's a pity. They'd be my go-to stop for gas, road eats, and beverages.

I was just there and ordered off the MTO menu. It took 30 minutes for the food to be done and the chicken sliders were cold and the cup of curly fries was only half filled. I was not offered any compensation.

If I could give minus stars I would!! The man emptying the trash outside was RUDE!! My small children do not wear masks and he had the nerve to say "they can't read"......Some people have medical conditions that don't allow them to wear masks. Also you have no clue what is the reason.. So mind your own business!! He should be fired for trying to bully a small child!! He didn't have the balls to say it to an adult.

Convenient location off of I-80.Clean public restrooms.Great selection of beverages and snacks.Quick MTO station.Generally the cheapest gas in the area.This location is generally pretty busy.They have inside and outside dining/seating areas.Free WiFi.

Stopped by for a hot chocolate/coffee mix. Discovered bits of plastic while drinking it . . . DISGUSTING to say the least! Appeared to be ends of wrapper bag or similar. Won't be back!!!
