My husband and I went in and ordered a blizzard and a hot fudge Sunday. Blizzard was not mixed, all of the toppings were on top. My hot fudge Sunday consisted of some ice cream and a squirt of hot fudge. I asked the server for some strawberry and was given an attitude and he just about snatched it out of my hand. I thought a hot fudge Sunday consistef of sauce, nuts, whipped cream. The service was terrible and the attitude was not warranted. We will not be going back there again.

The ice cream is inconsistent and never mixed thoroughly. We asked for extra Oreo tonight and got less than normal. When my husband tried to address it the employee was extremely rude. We’ve had so many bad experiences at the brookville dq that we won’t be back. I have written in to the company before because of blizzards that only had stuff in the top and not halfway down and never heard back. We decided to give it another try and it’s worse. At least back at the beginning the staff was friendly.

We stop here probably once a wk and get the same things every time, tonight a older lady repeated my order wrong and I repeated it so it would be correct she didn't seem happy about that when she gave me my total. I pulled up to get my food and my med. Sunday was almost flat. I asked are you sure this is a medium? She looked at the bottom and said yes i said but it's flat Where's the ice-cream it's always stacked up swirly every time I've got it here she said well it shouldn't be some people get overzealous making them and left it like that! Rediclous! She sucks! How is this the 1st time it's ever been so terrible and she could see i wasn't happy_she didnt care! Rediclous! The old dq was so much better they didn't act like her and all the times we come here she's the 1st time I have had a terrible experience! They don't even ever have a busy line of customers to be busy to run off customers that do spend their money here! And FYI the manager made mine last wk and was great, he must be overzealous too lol

They decorated a beautiful sheet cake, but totally forgot the fudge which is definitely one of the best parts. Super disappointing.I’ve also gotten multiple blizzards and the bottom half is always plain vanilla ice cream, barely any mixing. Again, a major bummer.

I was not impressed. The restaurant was very nice but the service was terrible. We walked in and 4 employees were just standing around talking to each other, ignoring us. They looked at us and didn't even acknowledge us or say hello and they would be with us in a minute. All the employees looked and acted like they hated their job and that we were bothering them. I won't go back there

Don't be deceived by older reviews. The old dairy queen was good.. the new one is awful. Just like everyone says you wait for a long time and the come size is different every time. Got a large once that barely filled the INSIDE of the cone... I'm not joking. Go to one of the other fast food places in Brookville. Any of them outshine this new dairy queen

This is NOT the old Dairy Queen. This new place is terrible!!!! Burger was ICE Cold... like it just came out of the refrigerator. Fries were cold and soggy. Blizzard was all cookie dough and no ice cream. there was even cookie dough in the bottom of my friends cotton candy blizzard! If I could give it negative stars I would.... as to the reply... why would I go to dq's main site and contact them. That's all your link does is take you to a contact form. I'm not changing my review. It was the truth.

Gave them a handful of chances but I'm going to have to stop going. I haven't gotten an order right once. Even messed up just one chili cheese dog. On my last order they said they didn't have the toast for the basket but said they couldn't substitute or lower the price at all. I got them to agree to throw in more fries. When I got my order I didn't even have enough fries for what was on the order. Not a big fan of being charged for items that they can't sell. Never going again.

This location started out with pretty slow service but the food was good. A lot of brand new staff who were just learning so I get it. Fast forward now this location is on point!! Fast friendly service and food is still good.

I constantly wait in drive thru for average 20 min just to make it to pick up window. I got a chicken strip basket last night and it came with gravy that was written on lid OLD. How nasty. Now I know why when I eat there I experience stomach issues. Very bad place to eat probably end up with food poisoning....

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes to get 1 small milkshake. Freaking ridiculous!!! Cars lined up to the entrance waiting.
