Once I made the decision to update our old water softener I called Culligan. I had a new system installed within a week. The salesperson who came was efficient and very knowledgeable about the systems and the technician who installed it was quick and friendly.

Great customer service! Since beginning move here, they've been a company who's run a tight ship and know what they're doing and speak about. Still have a plant to be inspected, but don't believe it's a worst case situation after a 3yrs. They're trusted and haven't done the delivery option for water yet. Step by step, getting home in order.

Frequently fails to deliver new tanks which has already resulted in us having to replace a hot water tank early due to excess residue in the tank from unfiltered water. Every time they fail to deliver a tank we call and get some excuse as to why they won't credit our bill literally blaming us for their failure to provide the service they're charging us for! We're always home and they always have access to deliver, but literally just never show up some months.

Only 1 technician to service equipment. And the scheduler for the tech doesn’t know the times the tech has available (they can’t give a window of time). I need to take an entire day off of work . This is the second time this has happened to me. Absolutely impossible to schedule an appt. My water smells like iron and tastes salty. The manager is supposed to call me. We will see where this goes.

Happy to have been a customer of Culligan of Brookville for at least 15 years. We use their bottled water for ourselves, our pets, and for my childcare kids and love the convenience and high quality of the bottled water and cold water dispenser. Have received pleasant, knowledgeable assistance anytime I've called their office and delivery has always been super dependable, too!

Horrible company. Please, for the love of god, listen to all the reviews about this company. It is, by far, the worst company you will ever deal with.Prior to going with Culligan they sent a sales rep to my house to discuss everything. She tells me absolutely everything is covered with this service. It’s literally a no hassle, care free services (as it should be for water filters you pay $80 per month for.) she says they will put me on a 3 month rotation to have my softener tank filled. Awesome. I’m not a cheap person, I am absolutely 100% willing to pay top dollar for solid services, which is why I went with Culligan.So fast forward a few weeks after the purchase. The technician shows up to fill the water softener system and informs me none of the products were even functioning. We have a laugh, whatever, it is what it is. I paid for the 2 weeks without it working but no biggie. He comes a few days later and installs new units. Great.Now 3 months goes by...no ones comes to fill the softener tank. Another month goes by so I call to ask why no one has shown up to put Softener in and the lady informs me I’m only on a once per year cycle (which is funny because I only signed a 6 month contract. So how exactly does that makes sense?) I tel the lady on the phone it needs to be done... I pay $80 per month for this service, so send someone.So Culligan sends someone a few weeks later. The guy shows up, I tell him my story. He laughs and says he’s never heard of anyone being on a one year rotation. He does his thing, puts softener in and checks my system to make sure everything is good to go. Let me say, he was the only positive part of this company I’ve experienced. He seemed to be very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.So a couple days later I get a $120 bill in the mail for a couple bags of salt!! As you can imagine, I’m absolutely livid. All of this should have been covered. Then to charge me around $12 per bag of salt? Wow. It costs about $5 per bag at Walmart.I called and spoke to a lady who didn’t care to hear anything I had to say. Thus, my experience with Culligan will be ending. They’ve lost a customer who would have been content paying their fees every single month with not many questions asked. I’m not 100% sure what to do about a new filter system. I’m either calling Hughes water services (from what I’m hearing, they have great customer service and a great reputation) or I’ll go to Lowe’s and purchase my own system. What really gets me is I paid these people more money than what it would have cost to purchase my own unit and yet here we are.I’ll reiterate, please guys do NOT give this company the time of the day. They have a horrible reputation amongst the community for a reason. Listen to what people with experience have to say.

We had a water system installed yesterday, our tech was Seth Williams...I cannot say enough good about this young man, he was prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and gave us great instructions. He cleaned up after the install and even tolerated our golden retriever trying to steal his tools. I would highly recommend this young man for your tech!!!

We bought a complete water system for our Cooksburg cabin from Culligan Water Conditioning of Brookville PA. The sales rep was very helpful and patient in spite of my many calls and emails concerning changes to the original plan. The technician arrived on time and completed the installation smoothly and in short order. The system seems to be trouble free and is producing the clean, softened water we had hoped to get. When I call the office, the staff is always courteous, helpful and patient with my questions. I recommend them highly.

This place has the WORST customer service ever!!!!! My tank has been broken and leaking for over 3 months. We requested a repair man, he doesn't show up when we ask, just at times convenient for him. Called repeatedly to straighten this mess-after almost 3 months of failed attempts.. they can take the conditioner out of my house- I just cancelled I will replace it with one from another vendor that is happy to service the customer. Once more note.. Once again, I was promised service last Thursday by the office manager.. the repair man showed up on Friday.. no one was home. A day too late.....Just called to cancel.. got hung up on three times, then put on hold. Unreal...you are chasing customers out your door people... get with it!

I had a problem with my water conditioner recently and called for service. The service man arrived promptly the same day and after trying to clean out the flow valve told me I would need a couple hundred dollar part which I agreed to. However shortly he told me it was just plugged and he was able to fix the problem with just a service call. A lot of companies would have taken the money.

Culligan as a company might be OK but the dealer in Brookfield is not good to work with. The salesman told my wife the “rental” payment goes to paying off the unit, which it doesn’t. A very small part might but they will not tell us in writing no matter how many time we ask. I call to request a payoff amount so I do not have to deal with the local office and the sent a written note saying it is about “$2,000” and to let us know if we want the official payoff... The one we just asked for. Of course we do. That is what we asked for.

I'm old school with many situations, especially with how we treat others. Customer service at Culligan in Brookville has been a GREAT experience for me. I wasn't even scoffed at by anyone since COVID-19 began. Believe me, there are a lot of companies that have declined greatly in customer support kindness but not Brookville Culligan and the technicians.

This company is absolutely horrible to deal with from the beginning the salesperson came to my camp tested the water and sold us a system that they couldn’t even install , we went with a seasonal tank option that didn’t even solve the iron issue . They dropped the tanks off at my request this past March . I was never even at my camp to hook anything up and they sent me a 800 dollar bill because their tanks froze . I was told that when the tanks are delivered they are empty so no need to worry about weather until I hook them up . The office manager is very ignorant and rude to deal withDon’t use this company they have horrible customer service and no one knows what the other person is doing

After being screwed over by culligan I went with a company out of tionesta. They are cheaper, their tanks clean my water better, and their customer service is excellent. Culligan completely fails in customer service!! Plus don't even expect them to properly maintain their tanks! Wouldn't recommend them to anybody!

Excellent service! First, they did an great job replumbing the water system. Second, they show up when they say they are going to. Third, the serviceman even called when he couldn't get the basement door to close to ask what to do! He didnt just leave it open. I was very pleased. We now have nice clean water with nothing to worry about. Very pleased with Culligan of Brookville.

My 75 year old grandmother purchased salt and then asked for help loading five 40-pound bags of salt into her vehicle, which they’ve always done in the past with no issue. She was told that Culligan no longer loads the salt into your vehicle for you (not COVID-related, just a new policy). Disappointing that a business would have this type of customer service in a community with so many elderly residents.

We have been using Culligan for many years at our camp. The water used to be orange and have an awful rotten egg smell. Every 2 months you come and change our filter and the water in our camp is crystal clear and no smell at all. We really appreciate your fantastic service.

It’s unfortunate that Culligan of Brookville no longer loads bags of salt into the vehicles of their elderly and/or physically limited customers from the loading dock at the Brookville location. Not at all an empathetic way to treat your elderly and physically limited customers. I messaged several days ago and have not received a response to this change in service.

our osmosis system didn't have very much pressure. When your tech came out he changed the filters and fixed the pressure . Now we have twice as much pressure. Thank you very much
