The staff was pleasant and helpful. They listened to our concerns and then proceeded to examine our fur baby. They explained things every step and explained why they recommended what they wanted to do and explained very well the treatment. They also answered every question we asked and even showed us the xrays and explained them as well. I would very highly recommend Dr Andrei and his staff. 5 out of 5 stars for sure

I'm new to the area & didnt have an established vet. My 8 yr old Chihuahua was having a dental problem & they got me in the day I called. Had surgery the next day. Every one is super sweet & caring. Dr Kasarda is awesome. I've found my new vet for all my dogs!

No disrespect to other vets in the Centre region but this office is really great. Their pricing is reasonable and the veterinarian seems like he is actually there to help pets. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment.

We’ve been taking our frenchies to Brookville ever since our breeder recommended them. Dr. Woods is amazing. I will always bring my dogs to her. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped us through major allergies and other frenchie specialities!

I called in to schedule a beak and nail trim for my bird as they're closer than our regular vet. The doctor was honest and said he wasn't too familiar with birds but that they'd do what they could. 3 of his nails got clipped too short, so we didn't get a full nail trim. I wish they would have lightly dremel them, but I didn't want to ask as I felt horrible about my bird already. The beak dremel went smoother. The doctor was friendly. He's probably a great vet - just not for handling birds yet. I wish they'd told me on the phone when I scheduled that the doctor wasn't very familiar with birds.

I love taking my cats to this office. They are very kind and compassionate to work with and help me carry my cats in the carrier as I’m disabled. Dr. Kasarda is very thorough and very concerned about the most helpful way for the owner to give medicines to the pet so that the pet receives the best treatment. Prices are very reasonable. I’ve referred people here can’t say enough about how wonderful they are to work with.

We lost our kitten (Caesar) this week...and the staff was not only helpful with our decision to let him go, but they were with us every step of the way. Caesar loved the staff but Josie was his favorite and she put us at ease when we said goodbye. We will be recommending this vet hospital to everyone and returning when it's our time to help another fur baby find a forever home!

I don't usually leave reviews but, I highly recommend this office. Staff was awesome. Friendly, caring, and very compassionate. You can tell they love your animals just as much as you do. The veterinarian was honest, thoughtful, and straight to the point. Prices were extremely fair compared to our current vet office. The Brookeville office made such a first impression that we will be making the hour drive to bring all our animals here from here on out compared to the 15min drive to our current veterinarian office.5 stars. Amazing.

I have been taking my dog here for a few years. They are great, my dog accidentally got shot during target practice and they took care of him quickly and got him stitched up. I travel 20 minutes away to come here but it's totally worth it! They also have a loyalty program where if you purchase it, you only have to pay a dollar for appointments.

The staff there were very nice, and they were quick to get me an appointment. The reason for my 3 star rating is that on their website they claim to work with exotic pets (ferrets were listed as one of them) I brought in my ferret for suspected adrenal disease. The veterinarian we spoke with flat out said "I have very little experience with ferrets" proceeded to do an ear swab to check for mites and do a basic exam. and then told me he couldn't give me a confident diagnosis and my best option was to find another vet that had more experience with ferrets. He gave me a refferal to another "specialist". To end my experience here I was charged $96 dollars for the exam which ultimately lead to, my ferret has a brown discharge in her ears and has alopecia. And they they don't have enough knowledge and experience to help my ferret find someone else.

My gosh, what a genuine honest kind vet!!! I'm always blown away by my experience at this office. I was concerned about a change in the appearance my chicken's comb. Reading things on line it could have been parasites, mites, dehydration. I called and they took down all my concerns, asked me questions I never thought of, called me back, got me an appointment quickly. We arrived, the doctor took one look at her, examined her, and assured us she was just fine and didn't charge us a dime! It encourages me that if I think my animal is sick I don't have to be scared to bring them in worrying about what they might try and get out of me. They just genuinely have care and empathy for all our furry (and feathery!) friends. 10/10 recommend

Very caring with my fur baby. The Veterinarian was so gentle with my dog. They did tests on my dog and did find out what was wrong with him. The vet takes the time to talk to you and explains everything. The office is very clean and no smell of pets. A + 10 for me... here are some pictures of my dog.

Amazing people who shows they care about each and every one of our pets. The technician Josie has to be one of the most compassionate and sweetest person I have ever met. She made me feel better and told me step by step everything that my little dog went through. She told me in a way that was so caring and sensitive, that I felt 100 times better when I left. 100 percent recommend!

Our regular vet recommended them for a surgery on my puppy. They were very professional & explained everything before & after his surgery. Everyone I came in contact with was very sweet & caring. It's a further drive for me, but I definitely want to switch them to be our regular vet from now on. (They made that big of an impression on me)
