Took my girl for her first grooming yesterday. When I got her back I could tell her face was overly cut. I was trying to be nice and not complain not like it can be glued back on. Well for the rest of the day she seemed traumatized so I didn't want to inspect her. I did notice her ears were not cleaned. Today I was cuddling her and saw under her eye was cut I was not informed of that. I now will be learning dog grooming and doing her myself. It is ashame to pay $75 thinking your baby is in good hands and they get traumatized. Thanks for hurting my puppy. Will never be back there for grooming

I called the store and the lady name Ronnie! Very nice to me. Also her other employees I forgot their name very helpful and patient and very nice! My daughter leopard gecko fell through a hold and she very sad and i suprise her with a new one. and the lady that help, show me the gecko leopard. Very nice explaining everything to me. I forgot her name. This my favorite store now!!! Thanks again and my daughter is happy now!!! ❤️❤️

Went in to make a purchase a few days ago and the cashier was at best RUDE to me. I walked out and placed my order with Chewy when I got home. Not only did I spend less but got free shipping. I will not be back to Pet Smart.

Always a pleasure having lady's nails trimmed here 😊 staff is so friendly and helpful, they take her back quickly even when jam packed full of grooms. No issues thus far. It's always clean and well kept too, a big plus!

This is a very well managed PetSmart...4 associates spoke to me unprompted to see If I needed assistance. Great customer service cannot be underrated. I highly recommend this store for all of your pet's needs. Friendly and helpful will always get my business.

Went to the store thinking I had to clean my entire 60 gallon tank due to terrible Algae and water quality. Brian approached me and walked me through the process of cleaning my tank WITHOUT dumping all the water out. He was VERY knowlegable and knew exactly what to do. 45 minutes later and no back ache my tank looks Fantastic again. Thanks Brian for your great customer service. I will be back to this store again.

When my cat wants his favorite treats, he can get them quickly on any day.This PetSmart has all the things I want for my cat when needed.OAN: this particular day all the dogs in the store were super aggressive....luckily I have no need to ever bring my cat inside! I take him to a Feline ONLY friendly store for ALL type of services.

my dog had been getting groomed there multiple times I bought in his updated shot records and they denied my dog. they denied him because there was no expiration date on his rabies shot even though he had just got it a week prior. They were making it seem like I wasn't trying to provide them proper paperwork which they accepted this same paperwork when I first was bringing my dog in. One groomer claimed to work with the spca and when I went to the spca a day later they said they have never heard of that pertaining to grooming and rabies exp. date... but the staff were rude to me and proceeded to complain about my dogs hair I walked out the store and paid to have a mobile groomer come the next day no complaints... I'm happy to not be using them anymore those 3 women were trash and one of them claimed to be the manager

Pet smart is such a wonderful store (to the customer side, I can't speak for employees because I don't know them) from the wide variety of pet foods and supplies to the live animals such as reptiles and hamsters and the addition events, this is a truley great place for our pets.

I used the grooming services for my Siberian Husky. When I went to pick him up, his hair wasn't blown out or he wasn't de-shedded. I know huskies have a lot of hair, but I comb out more hair with a dog brush than he received through the grooming service. The Store itself meets the needs of me and my husky

I love the way the ladies here do my baby nails we have been coming here since they opened but every other time we come it's a problem either their saying we're not on the appointment list which i always make a appointment. Yesterday I had a appointment for 4:30 I got there at 3:20, 2 ladies just looked at me and smiled and 1 man walked past me into the grooming area and never asked did I need help. When he walked pass for the 2nd time I asked him was there any1 available to check us in. He asked what time was our appointment and then told me they were short staff and that no1 could do nails until 5:30 or 6:30, I said thank you and went next door to the market. When I came back in at 5:25 they checked a lady in and took her dog right to the back for grooming. When i asked her what time was her appointment she said 5:30, and they told me they could do my dog nails after they finished the 5:30 appointment. My thing here is I'm a nurse so I definitely understand how it is to work short, but my God be more professional about it. If you had to push my appointment back then you push every1 after me appointment back instead of making me wait until your finished with some1 who appointment was scheduled after mine. Needless to say i will never be back. I will take the drive to Glen mills petsmart where we been going b4 brookhaven location opened.

When it comes to my pet needs I always come to this specific Pet Smart. The staff is really need, they stay stocked up on food and supplies. The store is always clean and the groomers are so nice and make your pets feel welcomed. I've been coming here since they opened.

I lost my receipt for a carrier I got only a few weeks ago but they were able to look up the receipt and the funds went towards getting a bigger carrier for my pet. This is my go to store and I recommend it for any pet parents in the area

I had am Application for two weeks they said to me in brookhaven PA I will hear from the very fast i called 4 times and email 1 and stopped at pet smart two times nothing i gave them my cellphone number and email and they never call 3 people i had on Application to ask about me no calls very very Disappointed so now no Cat I'm 55 and not happy with Forgotten cats now today I get a text telling me we can help you with cat don't ever get any from Forgotten Cat they don't Care its a runaround

I never had a problem here or any other location. Sometimes they have what I'm looking for and sometimes they don't. The staff is usually nice & knowledgeable. I like PetSmart period. I like that you can receive the online price for items you purchase in the stores. I like receiving different coupons and discounts. The app is also good to have. You can play the game to receive more coupons. I have used almost all of there services except the trainings & hotel/daycare (my dog breed can't attend).

Normally would give a higher review, but after going there two separate times in a week for medication for a cat I am extremely frustrated. They keep the medication locked up and ask you to bring the card up when your ready to pay. Completely understandable until when you get up there and they don't have the medicine in stock. It's a simple solution if you get 5 in stock put 5 cards out prevents frustrated customers and would help the store know when to restock.

Great employees, very kind and helpful. Good selection. They have most of what your looking for. However, I couldn't find the Blue Buffalo Chicken Jerky. They do have the treats separated from that actual food but, they only had the cookies. Granted, there is a lot of food for dogs and you can't carry everything. But, Blue is one of the more highly regarded brands. I did get a bed from there and I ended up falling asleep on it for a little bit once I got it home! Lol! I'm happy with it and so is my Border Collie, Ziggy.

It's a new store so I wasn't sure what to expect. My expectations were happily blown. The grooming station is top notch and our puppy so enjoyed the experience, whenever we go into the store, he drags me right there. Beyond that, been in a once or twice a week, different cashiers, different workers and every single one of them, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
