Love this place. The staff and manager are always super helpful. They know my dog and are always happy to see him. They go out of their way to check treat ingredients for me because my dog has allergies. Love the fact that if you're a member, a bath is free after you buy so many. Love a store that gives back to loyal patrons.

Whoever came up with the idea for a dog wash is a freaking genius! We took our black lab there tonight. Giving her a bath at home is a nightmare. For $10 they provide everything from shampoo (several selections), aprons, towels, a dryer and even a treat. Well worth every penny! I have a bad back so having the tub at waist level was great. And being able to leave a tub full of fur and not having to clean up afterwards was awesome! We did have a little trouble getting our dog to use the steps to get in and out of the tub, so luckily my husband was there to lift her. The only thing I think should be improved would be for the employee to know the products and recommend specific shampoos based on the skin and fur conditions of the dog being bathed. Also as a first time bather, a little guidance would have been helpful. We figured out everything for the most part and the employee was able to answer the couple questions that we did have. Overall a positive experience as our dog tolerated both the washing and the drying much better then we thought she would. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Stopped by the store today to pick up cat food for my foster cats and kittens. The staff was extremely personable and helpful! The young woman on staff today thoroughly explained the differences in the dry cat food brands and quality. The young man helped me carry my bags to my car.DEFINITELY going back to this location. A VERY pleasant experience all around and would highly recommend.

GREAT Pet Store!!! Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly & very helpful!! Not like other chain stores that just hire kids that want some money in their pockets. This store can be a little pricey but I think it's worth it. They have self service shampoo stations for Your dogs, cats up for adoption, mugs, picture frames, toys, a bakery, Etc. They have really cute doggy Christmas cookies, I gave them out for the Holidays & everyone thought they were great, dogs loved them too 😉 lol. They have a rewards program, so You can save some money.

Very nice place to get my pet related items. People are always very friendly. There are washing stations for your pets. There are groomers for your dogs nails twice a month. They have cats that are up for adoption so you should definitely check them out when you go.

This location is best suited for owners of dogs and cats.. The website led me to believe they had more for other pets too, but the selection was minimal. They had some betta fish and a few small tanks for them. But I wouldn't consider this a great pet store. The staff was friendly. They did have a cat there that could be adopted from a local agency and grooming facilities.

Very small store. Looks more expensive than other stores for pet items. I don't know about grooming service, but price seemed reasonable. Will buy my pet related things at the next door Giant.

Love the idea of dog wash tubs, however, the staff does not clean them after each use and I usually have to clean out the fur left from previous dogs that were bathed that day. It's pretty gross.

Been to several Pet Valu that are closer to the Philadelphia area and something is always wrong with the hair dryers, but these worked great, the attachment was still in place and the bathing stations were clean.

The guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable about all the products and the prices are fair. They have a lot of cool stuff that the bigger stores don't, and they groom dogs!!!!

My go to dog wash. $10 n u do it yourself. A little dirty in the sinks compared to the usual cleanliness inside that store.

Great dog wash 10 dollars includes shampoo towels treats,. Prices here for pet supplies are pricey. 2x compared to similar items on Amazon.

Walked into the store was never welcomed or asked if I needed help. Just talked to each other like I was not in the store. Decided after some time to just leave. I will shop at pet smart for now on.
