The owners of Trendi Paws are one of the most caring, authentic, and true animal lover's in the business that I have ever met. They strive hard to know & educate themselves on all the products they sell and will only sell products in the market that hold the best interests you can give your beloved pets for their health and wellness! If you ever have any questions on what types of food and supplements would be good for your pets particular health issues, they are ready to serve with an educated answer, and if they don't have an answer, they will research it out to give you the best advice. Trendi Paws has quality products in terms of food, supplements, pet treats & most importantly to me, a wide variety of organic food choices. I absolutely love the fact that the owners will not stock a product that they know would be unhealthy for your pet, just to make a buck off of it! That's what I call integrity and because of that they will always have my business. They also have a wonderful array of toys and other necessities. I'm so glad to have Trendi Paws out here in the Pocono area! They rock!

I like to shop local and support small businesses whenever possible. I first checked out Trendi Pawz about 4 months ago. They only carry good quality pet food, treats and accessories. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend stopping in and picking their brain about the differences between foods that are higher quality and foods that you may think are ok, GMO free, Grain free and even raw diets. Yes better food is a bit more money, but you get out what you put in. They also have social gatherings about once per month which you bring your dog in to socialize with other dogs and they have snacks for both the dogs and people.

The people here are knowledgeable about their food and pets. They welcome you with a smile Everytime and can answer any questions or concerns you may have. The pricing is reasonable, but the quality of the food exceeds expectations. If you want your dog to be healthy, then you came to the right store.

These guys are absolutely amazing. I stopped in on Sunday pretty upset because our American Bulldog has been battling a severe skin allergy for about a year now. We have tried everything our vet recommended, endless expensive medications, shampoos, topicals, you name it. Even tried natural supplements with no luck. Tried different chain store foods. Still awful. Every time a medication was finished, his problem came back even worse than it was before. I was at wits end with being unable to help him. Christina helped me, and I even showed her pictures of his severe reaction to an unknown allergy, most likely food related was my guess. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She confidently recommended Acana wild mackerel singles formula for my boy and an Alaskan fish oil supplement. Let me tell you, in two days my boy’s skin already shows improvement. ALREADY! The bright red, inflamed, itchy, and sore wounds are looking more pink than bright red, and he’s a little bit happier than he was. To top it off, their prices are competitive - I cannot get this food cheaper online anywhere. It’s pricey for dog food, but in the long run so much cheaper than all of the medications, vet bills, and supplements. I am one very happy customer and will be picking up the larger size bag of food later on this week. I can not recommend this store enough. They are absolutely nothing like the big chains and they REALLY know their stuff. Check them out! Trust me, you won’t be sorry! I wish I could post pictures with my review because you wouldn’t believe the difference this has made for our boy (and me!). Thanks so much Trendi Paws!!!!!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - HORRIBLE POLICY - DON'T BUY ANYTHING BECAUSE YOU CANNOT RETURN IT FOR YOUR MONEY BACK.Went to get my new puppy a harness yesterday afternoon. My puppy is 4 1/2 pounds. The smallest harness they had cost $25.99. I spoke with the sales person and asked him if they had anything cheaper. His response was "Everything in this store is expensive." I told him I wasn't sure if it would fit the puppy. He said NOTHING.It turned out that the harness did not fit my puppy. I went to return it today, not even 24 hours later. The SAME employee was there. He asked if I had the receipt and I said I didn't think I did. He said he couldn't return it for full price without the receipt. This, I do NOT understand as everything I purchase in that store gets associated with my name. But ok, this is policy in most stores. So I look through my purse and find the receipt. The employee then tells me that he will only give me store credit. I told him I didn't even have the item for 24 hours and I produced the receipt. I needed the money to get another harness. He states it's store policy.If it were store policy, why didn't he tell me this when I was unsure about paying so much money for a harness that I wasn't sure would fit my puppy and there was a chance I would return it!!!They have lost a customer!

As a first time in this store, I was blown away at the amount of knowledge and items in this store. Everything from organic dog food, to supplements, to dog collars. They have it. Very nice staff!

Great selection of healthy food for dogs! Friendly and helpful staff! They carried the large bag of dog food to my truck! Highly recommended!

I like this place its cool.. the only problem i have is why the groomer never there who im mad bc i called before i went in bc someone on phone told me "come tomorrow" the groomer will be in then so i like ok cool *** tomorrow here i go in and someone asked me what i need i like im here for my dog grooming and they like 🤔🤔 the groomer not here so who i talk to over the phone then 😧😧 less to say i went somewhere else smh *get more groomers!!!*

Horrible people who commit tax evasion by paying their employee's under the table and only sell food not made in America which is no better than food you buy in a normal pet store. Only difference is that trendi pawz are ridiculously way overpriced!
