Tractor Supply is a amazing store. They have the low prices of the warehouse stores without the need to navigate a monster sized building. They have tools, livestock, work and casual clothes plus feed and all kinds of supplies for outdoor projects. I have been coming here for years and will continue doing so. The help is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.Highly recommended.

Purchased a new trailer went to pick it up lights did not work was told they were going to fix them they called and said that the wiring was spliced back together I said I was not taking a new trailer with spliced wires was called a second time and was told that the trailer was completely revisited went to pick it up and the wires were spliced together very poor business tactics

It's always great to see Rick and Caroline. It's awesome to see more people finally working and keeping things stocked. I wish the 4 rose bushes and wisteria would have not been dead that I purchased in the spring. Also wish Corporate would better secure my account and neighbors rewards from a thieving ex wife that has obtained my information. Still trying to straighten this out and secure after 6 months.

Always friendly and helpful, which is pretty rare nowadays (sad). Well stocked and great supply of EVERYTHING. I recently started buying my tools there: Sockets, some power tools, flashlights etc. Decent prices and they have a good supply. I would much rather support businesses in Brodheadsville, than to drive to a box store 20 plus minutes away. Fast in, fast out.

I called right as the store opened this morning because I wanted a little space heater for my office and hoped to grab it on my way in. I spoke with Caroline and she had it all ready for me at checkout when I got there. The lady at check out was awesome as well. And even walking in, there was a gentleman outside on a fork lift who took a moment to ask if I needed assistance. I am so pleased with my first ever trip here and I will definitely be back!

Dana was an absolutely pleasure!! I had a problem with entering an online order and she walked me through it, very patiently and pleasantly, and then told me she was going to pull everything so it's ready for when my daughter and her boyfriend get there to pick it up. I called the store and I was told they will match the price of an item, I make sure I give them details information and where the price was coming from. One of the website was Amazon and I was told they do not match Amazon, then I give them a different website with a lower price and I was told yes they will matched. I drove 45 minutes to buy the item then at the store I was confronted that they will not match the price. I give the name of the person spoke to and that I asked to make sure not to drive the 45 minutes and with out any consideration I was told NO. Very disappointed on the outcome and I wish they will teach all their employees how their polices on matching price works.

Kudos to TSC for having Karen on staff there!! She was extremely helpful to me and actually loaded my truck with 10 40lb bags of pellets while I was in check-out line! Customer svs like that is very hard to find these days and she is truly a gem!!

I like the store and and I go there all the time for whatever I need because they usually have it. They have a great selection of Carhartt apparel and a really good feed section. The one employee Vinny always goes out of way to help me with what I need and is always super friendly and nice. The only complaint I have is their men's boot selection is pretty bad, a lot of the boots look mostly the same and there isn't really to much of a variety.

Had an amazing experience here. Was visiting family over Thanksgiving and came from Virginia. The car ride was very hard on my puppy, so we were desperate for something to ease his discomfort on the way back. Vets wouldn’t see us. Luckily the Tractor Supply had some over the counter items for dog motion sickness/anxiety and the service here was IMPECCABLE! Both ladies who stopped by to see if we needed any help were so friendly and helpful. It’s a shame this location is so far from us or we’d shop here more often!

Stopped in to buy wool hats for the family on a Sunday..asked cashier for help 2 times..waited 20 minutes for help. Store was very empty.. finaly walked out.. with both nothing and a bad taste in my mouth. Have shopped at this location many times and always find staff non caring, are they emulating the management?

They don't keep track of their inventory. Invariably, they're out of stock on something I need. I wanted to buy 40' of 1/4" tubing. They only had 10' & wanted $4.10 for it. I went to Lowe's & bought 2-20' rolls for $3.08 ea. That means I paid $1.54 for 10' @ Lowe's instead of $4.10 @ TS.

Sometimes it's hard to get help with things you need, and sometimes the lines take a long time. In general, though, the staff is pretty friendly and they make you feel welcome. Plus, not one chicken I've ever bought from them has been ill or died.. hooray!

Store is well stocked - Parking: Excellant and access is easy off and on Rt 209. Bathrooms: Okay, Staff: Pleasant and Helpful. There are things here you can't get a Ace down the street. Nice place to drop by

I bought 28 gallons of propane, but was charged for 2.8. When I, in my honesty, went back to pay the extra $70, the woman who charged me didn't say a word. No "thank you" or anything. Is it worth being honest and honorable anymore?

Good selection but the store is physically to small. Forget walking around with a baby stroller or even a cart. Aisles blocked by merchandise. And aisles are barely wide enough for a shopping cart.

I've had to ask for adjustments to my CC the last two times I've purchased at this TS. The trip before these two, I checked my receipt when I got home and saw out of 2 identical bags of grain, they charged me the sale price on one and the regular price for the other. Don't know if it's b/c they are clearly understaffed or mgmt lacks the ability to assure they can match what is in their POS system with what is marked on the shelf/sale price in their flier. While a couple bucks here and there won't break me, it's not good business practice to promote something on sale and then not honor your offer. And it's also a major turn off to have one register open and folks lined up like it's Black Friday.

I was walking around trying to find something and a lady who worked there came up to me and asked if I needed help looking for something. I politely said no but thank you. She asked again but in an aggravated tone and I again politely said no. She then rudely said "okay well the cameras are watching just so you know". I was looking for a certain bucket and I wanted to do it in my own. Why did she have to have the need to point out there are cameras. I found the bucket, PAYED, then left. Never again will I go to that store. Wish I could give them no stars.

Always loved tractor supply at this location when they first opened. They have become sloppy and the store is messier than I ever remembered it. There is always a line to check out and it is always more than just a few people. I went there on the weekend and there were only two cashiers and about 15 people on each line. Why do they even have more cash registers if they are never open? Also went to get a tractor battery and the only one they had left was leaking acid due to a crack in the plastic case. Dog food I use is cheaper at ACE Hardware down the road about 1 mile. I think we may not be going here anymore.

good store & staffwoodpecker suet had only 90%. happened more then once.toll free # is total BS tried to sell me worthless cable TV told them I'm calling about a TS defective product. the moron women aske 2nd time if I want cable TV I said no again she then hung up!
