I ordered from the catering online. Easy to navigate. When i picked up my order which was 8 large hoagie trays I was greeted by friendly workers. They helped me load the cart, get swift checkout and loaded my truck carefully. Thanked me for choosing their store. I haven't seen that kind of customer service in years. The food was amazing and freshly sliced that morning. I will travel an hour again to shop here. Top rate service and quality. Great job.

One of the most pleasant shopping experiences Ever. The employees were all very polite and smiling. It was so nice to see a place so clean and comfortable. I have never seen a shop rite this amazing.

Largest shoprite in the world its pretty hugh to say come if your fancy a drive the one east Stroudsburg, pa and Windsor, nj and give you almost same experience just in a slightly smaller space I was still expecting to be a little bigger it was my first time here . I did enjoy the entrance with decorations of cows and plants gave a modern day farm look . True to it for shoprite entrance of course lined with plethora good before you get in the store still a good marketing stun by the way .when you go in you can feel the size of the store along with Hugh wine selection . I would like to have Seen different type of fruit and vegetables fr different places ( Stroudsburg store has a better cheese selection) . All and all the store was good enough except for the cheesy barbecue grill display for them being the largest store that should have been better than thar and can you believe they didn't have glass bottle of milk there really big disappointment. For those of you who love milk in a glass bottle run over to Stroudsburg store they have it in regular , 2% even 1% and chocolate too, but still come to broadheadsville it still will make your day ..

I love ShopRite and get everything there for 20 years now starting off with the old one but wow this afternoon I went to customer service, they are getting worse by the day, waiting with only 3 customer infront of me, I thought courtesy will closed, waiting for 47 mins before getting help, brand new person with No help. Very very terrible, getting worse by the day, as my husband mention the other day he had to leave without being helped.

The world's largest ShopRite is big. They have everything you need to make your own tasty meals. Don't want to cook? There's a Chinese bar and a grill. You can also get subs at the deli. The fresh seafood is always good. The staff there is super helpful. The place is bright and clean. Love ShopRite of Brodheadsville.

This is a great place to shop... and to eat. They have a huge selection of food for ypur shopping needs. Everything you want or need. The food bar has a lot of things for you to eat on the spot. Get some food and go to the 2nd floor to eat in the lounge. It is clean, lots of space, has a fireplace and tv. Parking is great... a lot of spots. Everyone that works there is nice, friendly and helpful.

First time making a review with help from my granddaughter. She saw the two reviews about that mean Pharmacist and how she treats those without insurance and said I need to share my story. I’m elderly and do not have prescription insurance. I’m healthy and do not fill prescriptions often. The Pharmacy lady Lynne was her name made me feel awful. My doctor has me on new medication and it was sent on the computer to shop rite. I went to pick it up and was told it wasn’t filled because I didn’t have insurance on their file. I said I’m aware that I hadn’t had prescription insurance for a number of years. She huffed at me saying how busy she was but dears there was only one other person waiting and about seven other employees behind counter. Still I apologized and asked how long wait would be to fill it now that I was there she said “I told you I’m super busy plus I can’t see when you had this medication before.” I told her had not that it was new and that’s when she told me I was making it easier for her to turn it down. My granddaughter was confused asked what that meant and was told that they can choose to not fill things. She asked why they would do that and if she should have the doctor call again and the pharmacist lady said no I don’t have time now and will not later. This is when I decided I was embarrassed enough and simply left. Luckily my granddaughter was able to have CVS call get my info then easily filled for me. They assured me my prescription was normal and they could not begin to guess why Shop rite had issue. Thank you for reading my story. Hope this helps others.

Very disapointed with the food at the hot bar, ribs had no taste of barbeque, cheese lasagnea had no cheese, veggies were overcooked, pirogies were listed with cheese and bacon, no bacon, a little of some mushy cheese...I spent $22 and got a bad taste.Never again eat there!

They sell lots of cheese products! I’ll buy them all! 🤩 🧀🧀🧀🧀 They also sell aloe vera drinks. I think they only sell coconut 🥥 🥥 and tamarind flavored drinks from FOCO brand. No other flavors like pennywort, soursop or mangosteen. I also love the going to the buffet every day. Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum, delicioso! Furthermore, cashier Kaitlyn is very friendly! 😊 A majority of the markets I go to, no one has ever thanked me for helping bag groceries.

Worse ShopRite in the world. Had employee standing outside on Christmas Eve denying people entry before the store closed. Will never shop at this store again. I watched the guy deny several people then allow some lady to go right in. Been shopping there for years and will never spend a penny again. Merry Christmas ya’ll!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible in every way. Made a home delivery order that never got delivered. Had a hard time getting a refund with no reasons or answers to why there was an issue in the 1st place. Stopped shopping here tried to do it again and now back to Weiss.

My first time shopping was this past Saturday and what an amazing store. I do have to give a shout out to the amazing cashier I had, Donna. She is such a wonderful person! I didn't have a club card and she went above and beyond to get me one. The bagger who was there, I believe his name was Chris was just a delight and even offered up some of his favorites yummies for me to try next time I come in. 10/10!!

Wow other reviews weren't lying! Apparently Lynn the Pharmacist hates people without insurance especially if you are also new patient. Said regular patients/customers get priority and refused to order stock for my valid script and also refused to call my doctor. To me this screams that she's lying about stock! How gross for a working class town.

The size of this store can make your jaw drop for sure. I really like the deli area and pre made food section where you can find just about anything you could want! And they are not just a grocery store...they even had yoga classes. I particularly liked on Super Bowl Sunday they had a wing bar to go!

Do not use this pharmacy. I repeat do not use this pharmacy especially if you don’t have major insurance. I was told today by the lead female pharmacist that this location and I quote “tells people we’re out of stock rather then dealing with people with no insurance!” We use good rx but that’s enough for this woman to embarrass, accuse and be all rude! Director of ShopRite pharmacies and I are having a chat tomorrow about this lady. You don’t tell somebody who needs their medication for neurological disease that you’re out of stock when you actually have it horrible who are you to Doctor or god?EDITED UPDATE: The response below is hilarious. The store manager and manager Tom have had my phone number since the day this occurred and they haven’t called not once. The owner office at Wakefern is also a joke but it’s ok. This story is heading to the local paper and news stations. Lynn should never touch anyone’s meds again with her view thoughts. She also refused to speak to my doctor just like the other guy on here!

Went tonight to do shopping. Employees in Deli were very unfriendly. Refused to acknowledge anyone waiting, just stood there. One person was slicing in such slow motion slicing once then stop to put on scale, this continues to the point the gentleman said I’ll be back in a minute, maybe you’ll be done by then.There was a line gathering, waiting and everyone just ended up walking away because no one was waiting on anyone. Very disappointed on how we were treated by just ignoring us.

A few friends invited us to catch up with them for breakfast and told us about the buffet. We agreed and had a wonderful time. The buffet wasn’t over crowded, there was ample food options and everything was delicious. We really enjoyed our time there. We are looking forward to another breakfast buffet here soon!

Every time we visit PA from Maine, we stop here at least once. The in house smoked meats are awesome. Great selection, happy staffing. Best grocery store, hands down.

Excellent stopped by the deli for some cold cuts and the deli person was friendly and got my food cut and wrapped in a flash. The store was crowded with holiday shoppers but the shelves were stocked and also getting new stock. The price card/digital saving prices were great.

The man (white, reddish hair, obese) who was at the door made an incredibly sexist and condescending comment to my group about women when we came in ("they want rights now") and he was not at all kidding. He was also carrying an unsecured gun which was intimidating and totally unnecessary.The actual grocery store was clean, well stocked, and great to shop in.. but none of us will ever come back because of that man.

Great prices, but seem to have problems with keeping stock on the shelves! 1 instance of many: 8 varieties of juice, but although the shelves were stocked front to back, it only contained 3 of the 8 varieties!???? ~ also, in the past 3 months, have got items home to find razor slices in the packaging/wrappers of the food in at least a dozen items & avoided buying (left on shelf) many others razor damaged items to get stale and hard! Presumably occurring as cases of stock were opened by a careles employee who didn't realize box tape can be easily breached by a pen tip poke! I never knew Jack the ripper worked at stocking shelves!
