Pharmacy can't get my prescription delivery set-up correctly. The selection and quality of there products is top notch, but seemingly expensive. But those reward points and bonus cash add up nicely. All of the employees are curious to the T and I enjoy interacting with them.

usually nice associates. this one visit one associate (the rest were nice) had an attitude with me because i questioned why my medicine was put back when i just told them over the phone that i would be there in 5 mins. it was a simple misunderstanding that she didn't find it necessary to explain... i had to figure it out for myself.

The store is clean, well organised, and they actually had my medication (the rite aid near me shut down sadly)! I probably called about 5 different places today just trying to get my prescription filled before my trip. The pharmacy staff and cashier were super helpful and very nice! I look forward to returning.

This is my local Rite Aid. I cannot speak to the Pharmacy part, but the store itself is clean, stocked and is in general a really nice shopping experience. Anita and Jada are my favorite employees there. Everyone is very pleasant, friendly and they take an active interest in making sure that you get a good experience.

This is a typical mismanaged inefficient store that owes customers money for gas. Customer’s shouldn’t have to make special trips back to the store because management is dishonest and disorganized and they are not civilized enough to go the extra mile for the elderly and except responsibility and punishment, elder abuse is unfortunately the fad these days. It’s not the fault of the bottom ranking staff. The bottom ranking staff are innocent and professional. Store managers and CEOs need to except responsibility for incompetence.

I mean after dealing with cvs pharmacy and having horrific experience with them this rite aid is totally different story I love coming here. Store is extremely clean and nicely stocked up organized and pharmacy staff is always so professional, friendly and willing to help. I’m so glad I switched! Definitely 5 stars and huge recommendations from one happy costumer!

I have a prescription for amphetamine salts, which is generic for Adderall. Unfortunately, I can get this prescription here only with some pharmacists. A young man who works today (8/24/2023) doesn't know what it is and refuses to sell me the medication. He insists on an exact name like adderall, which will make my son's treatment a few times more expensive. This is very disappointing because not all the pharmacies carry it, and I'll have to come back the other day to pick up the prescription. I don't know if he's doing his best to sell more expensive drugs or if he missed this class at the college.

We drove 1.5 hours there this evening for Vaccines for my in-laws. I cannot say enough good things about how organized they were, how friendly the entire staff was, and the pharmacist who was so kind. By the time the appointments came up, she had done over 200. I would have been run ragged, but she was upbeat, thorough and so friendly. Kudos to the entire staff at that store. We appreciate all the hard work you are doing.

This store I clean. They had everything I needed. I only gave it 3 stars because the store associate kept following me in every aisle I went looking at different things as if I was gunna steal something. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I STOLEN ANYTHING. Nor did I show signs that I was looking to do that. I was simply shopping for things I needed to do my hair and nails for a wedding. Then when I was ready to check out the associate was on cell phone coming out of an aisle.

Rite Aid Pharmacy in Brodheadsville is always so friendly and efficient. It's convenient and I love that they text you when your prescription is ready for pick up. They always answer the phone when you call, which is rare.

Brodheadsville Thanks for years of Great Service. Today the pharmacist saved me by being great at her job. We are in process to moving to Norriton Pennsylvania. No store down there had my RX. She filled it and we are driving 3hours round trip to pick it up. It was not a good experience dealing with 3 stores by my new home. To put it frankly all 3 were rude and no help. They told me it would take a week that I require every 6 hours. I have no clue what drugstore we will end up with. I will miss everyone in Brodheadsville.

Rite Aid has been my pharmacy for over 25 years, that all changed today when went in to fill my monthly medications and was informed that they didn’t have a very important medication in stock and wouldn’t have it to Monday after 4pm. I explained that it was an important heart medicine, and that it can not wait until Monday after 4pm. The Pharmacy tech in a very condescending tone said quote” we don’t get pharmaceutical deliveries on the weekend and it would just have to wait until Monday, I further inquired as to if another rite aid nearby would have the prescription in stock, she stated that I could call the other stores to check. She further stated that they have no way of checking inventory of another store , and it was up to me to find another location and resolve the matter.I will be filling a complaint with Rite Aid corporate offices.I will also start to look for a local independent pharmacy that knows how to treat their loyal customers

Rite Aid of Brodheadsville is always a very friendly place to shop.. they always have great sales going on like half price Halloween candy..The pharmacy also has a Great team behind the counter. Run by Jen & Joe the Pharmacist, they have a great crew behind them making things run smoothly...And they get your needs met and you out of the store as quickly as possible. Making for a fast visit and they wasted non of my time...Great job there Guys...

I switched to this Rite Aid from the Effort CVS and will never go back! Techs are always friendly and I've never waited more than 15 minutes for a prescription. Very fast and efficient

Five freaking stars for this rite aid! In my whole 30 years of living I’ve always just gone to CVS for my prescription pick up if I need to… After going next-door to the CVS in brodheadsville time after time and being utterly disgusted each time I got fed up and took my business to Rite Aid and I literally said to myself out loud I can’t believe we haven’t ever come here before thank you so much for being professional and wonderful !

Don’t waste your time here ~ its a spacious new store but I have never seen the shelves even half stocked! & if they sell out of an item is is very common for it to remain out of stock for a month or more! Unless they don’t want to make money it makes little sense to me!

Wait! What? People are driving 1.5 hours to the Rite Aid that is 10 minutes from my house and are getting the vaccine BEFORE ME? This is outrageous! I’ve been eligible for weeks and can’t even get in line to get in a line to get an appointment at ANY Rite Aid within 50 miles of here. Every day I check. This rollout is a disaster. Rite Aid, you need to take names and put them on a list and contact them in order that they signed up, giving preference to locals and your regular customers. This hit and miss approach is actually putting people’s lives at risk. The vaccine rollout is no better than it was when “that other guy” was running things.

The people here are amazing! Absokutely wonderful with helping me find some liquid benadryl and getting a syringe. Wonderful customer service and the price was 3 dollars cheaper than the cvs next door !

They are a patient base, but do not know how to handle people with disabilities. Stay away go to CVS. Watch out may see a news article on the disgrace of the store.
