I came in here for the first time and I was actually impressed with the set up and merchandise, ready to spend a good amount of money. I asked the woman at the counter if she had a certain charging part for my vape pen. She asked if I had the pen on me and I said no but I can go home and come back with it. As I was leaving, I asked if someone who used to be a good friend worked there as I thought I had heard they did. She replies "The only people who work here are the owner and myself, and the door is there" pointing to the door in front of a bunch of customers behind me....learn some manners maybe? Lost my business with your unnecessary rudeness.

Well I gave 1 star because I like the store, the variety. I come in and I also recommend the store to customer service in my lifetime. I was so mad because she was wrong I was right and I have been a DM for stores for 14 years. I can even explain it on here but I certainly will be the first thing in the morning to speak with the owner. She should written up and put it in her filefriends. BUT TODAY I had the worst

Sign says they close at 8pm on Friday nights. For the past several weeks every time my husband goes there they are closed at AT LEAST 10 MINUTES EARLY. He spends 50 bucks once a week there. You'd think they could at least follow proper business etiquette and stay open for customers until the said time posted. The weather was not bad and it wasn't a holiday as well. Just employees wanting to make their own hours. My husband has returned previously and questioned the employee the next day and she replied to him "well my clock said we were closed." Unbelievable.

I went here to find the CBD Oil that I use for my son's Tourette Syndrome. The store has a big variety of things to choose from. Pipes, Vape Pens and supplies, Vape Oils, and so much more! The worker was a really nice women who was very helpful in helping me choose the right CBD Oil for him. I mostly get mine online, but in a pinch I'd go here again to get my CBD Oil or my pens supplies if I run out again.

@ approx. 12:37 (4/22/18) I entered said establishmemt. I greeted an old blonde woman w/black acrylic nails (behind counter). NOTHING BUT A DISTAINED STARE. Ok, I proceeded to an aisle to make my purchase &upon retrieving items, I walked to the to the counter where there was an uncomfortable silence. This woman proceeded to ridicule my purchase with another patron that was more talkative than she was. This blonde hag swiped my card — holding a blank standoff-ish stare &that was the end of the transaction. Upon departure, the patron told me to "have a nice day'' and I said nothing in return as this whole unpleasant experience was awkward, silent & uncomfortable.*I'd like to make a mention of the laughter & happiness that was prevalent prior to my encounter with this woman behind the counter. It's like: I entered & all was at a stand still until I left.*I am Hispanic, btw.
