Located conveniently on Rt.209, it has a great variety of snack foods, beverages and general household items. The staff is very polite, friendly and will assist you if have a question. I have visited many other Dollar Tree locations, but this one is my favorite. At times there may be unpacked boxes in the aisle; waiting to be unpacked and placed onto shelves. This is a result of few workers, and high customer traffic... so be aware that these employees can't be everywhere... but they certainly try their best....( they deserve a raise!).

They have poor management. They do not have staff to stock shelves so EVERYTHING is on their gated racks along the isles and you can't pass with cart. You have to walk sideways and get what you need from those racks which is dangerous resulting in merchandise falling on you. Several times I have gone to this store and its closed with some employees waiting outside including Dollar General delivery trucks. Store manager has an alchohol dependency and shows up on occasion. The owner needs to sell this store to a more responsible person with responsible staff.

This Dollar General is one of the best. I was surprised how big and clean it is in there in the whole entire wall is nothing but cold section.

Great place to shop for stuff you may or may not need. Clean, organized, shelves and refrigerators are stocked, such a change from the mess in Snydersville and Saylorsburg. The staff is nice, friendly you won't find that in the other two stores the staff acts like you're bothering them if you ask a question.

What a pleasure to go to into a fully stocked Dollar General!! This store is clean and I found everything I needed!!! Even the manager was awesome, working his butt off making sure the shelves were stocked and all the time asking me if I need any help!! I live 25 miles away from this store but it’s certainly worth the trip!!

Always a great place to stop and grab things I need and get in and out. Store could be remodeled and floors done. They just rearranged their isles which makes it easy to find everything. I would suggest to keep on top of the pet isle and stock it more often. A lot of times I have to find a different cat food to replace my normal. Never any of the bigger bags anymore. Same with cat litter. These are the things are what I mainly go in for. The one in Effort is the same way.

Love this store! Wether I'm looking to save money on certain foods or snacks, as well as cleaning products, or seeking items for my crafting projects, this store has it 99.9% of the time! Stationary needs, greeting cards, kitchen items, you name it, they have it...and all for $1.00 ea! Holiday trinkets & chochkies! Employees are sweet and helpful! Love this store!

😛 Stopped in to this DG, cause I wanted to see their new remodel, and I'm glad I did. BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN & BRIGHT. Big difference in store setup, but NOTHING changed with the happy knowledgeable staff. Had to ask where some items were, but was greeted with a bright smile and an answer. Even the employees seem excited to be working in this clean new environment 👍 They also seem to carry more items than they did B4 😀 Keep up the good work DG

Employees are awesome but store is very small and crammed. It is a small store and they try to add too much stuff. Isles are very close together. Parking lot is small but not hard to get in and out of. Can see store right from road.

Dollar General in Brodheadsville is a very nice clean store, usually everything is in stock and it's a quick & out, But there's only one thing I have an issue with its the he/she that works there, way to flamboyant and really needs to tone it down, now don't get me wrong I know everyone needs to work but really this is a place of Business not a drag show Really Needs To TONE It DOWN, Thank You

Went in there this morning for one item which they didn't have but then again it is Dollar General. I decided to walk around but in every aisle there was items all over the floor metal plant hangers in the middle of the floor real nice for someone to trip and fall. There were huge carts in the middle of four different aisles you could not walk down those aisles. I tried asking one of the employees there an older woman if she had a little watering can and she didn't even answer me she was too busy talking to one of her friends. So after waiting there for almost 10 minutes for her to stop her conversation I figured the hell with this went up to the manager up at the checkout and asked him if he had a small plastic watering can, he was very nice and said yes we do but I'll have to get them down for you they were on the top of a an aisle cap. As we were walking up to the register this woman was still having a conversation with her friend LOL, and he actually stopped turned around and looked at me and says this place is a mess I said yeah it is maybe your employees should start cleaning it up instead of talking to friends of theirs. I don't think I'll be going to this store anymore just because it's dirty and very unorganized, I prefer the Dollar General in kresgeville the girls there are super nice they stop what they're doing and they help you find what you're looking for if you can't find it.

Truthfully their prices on some items are at a dollar whereas the local supermarket or Walmart have higher prices. Don't expect fresh produce or meats, anything like that would be canned or frozen. But in my experience, the emergency food items there are well provided and at or about the dollar mark without driving 10 or more miles to save pennies. Give DG a chance they have great prices when you need that necessary thing ...

Neat, lots of choice, and the cashiers are always vigilant- if you head up to the register, they see you pretty quickly and move to assist. It's nice :)

A good store for simple items and priced right. The isles are very tight and there are always endcaps and other promotion stands that make it a little hard to navigate, especially when it is crowded.

Let's open more stores and not just fill their stores with more employees. It's just crazy to see a new store open 5 miles away from a store with 3 employees. Most of the time there is only 1 employee. Makes sense on why after a few months that the stores look like a hot mess

You have to be careful of the prices in Dollar General, some things are much more than they would be in a supermarket, but for the most part not bad.

Come on seriously I get being short staffed but everytime I go to this Dollar General it is closed. Most of the time it's in the middle of the day. All the other stores are shorts staffed as well and never closed like this.

Tipical box store. Dirty floors. Long lines due to not enough people working at registers. Manager was outside smoking a cigarette. Parking lot and surrounding grass full of litter.
