My fiance is super picky and will only use Hyde tobacco flavor vapes. Cigarettes for less was out. Called three other stores before finding this one. They had plenty in stock and Dave at the counter was extremely friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend this place based on my experience. Only downside is finding somewhere to park.

Awful customer service. The old man working told me that if the customer in before me wasn’t not in there, he was not going to let me in. Highly recommend don’t going to this place. There are better options.

I should have read the reviews before stopping by 🙃Guy was rude, as you can tell from other reviews AND replies from the ownerPrices are INSANE. You literally pay double/triple of any vape shop nearby (and in pittsburgh..)$50 for 100ML?! I pay $20-$30 every store I’ve ever been to, and $10-$20 online.$50..Lol add that to the cost of parking, which is $2.50 around here. Premium price for a premium store? Oh wait no, the store is small, old, and trashy. Convenience? Oh no, vape store with FREE parking and a wider selection literally down the street. The guy must be staying afloat from people who don’t know their prices. Scummy.

Stopped in as a first time customer and walked out in less than a minute. I just needed replacement coils and some liquid. It should have been an easy sale. Number 1.. The guy working had no mask or face covering on. Number 2.. They're opening sealed product to sell individual components at a ridiculous markup. And when I asked if he was sure about the price, he told me to go somewhere else if I didn't want to pay that much. I wouldn't go back or recommend this place. There's a lot of competition out there and your store was empty. I wonder why.

I have mixed feelings about my experiences here. It's always different depending on who's working. Generally my experience is great! Not today. I originally bought a smaller pen for $10.99 plus $3.99 charger.I had trouble with it leaking. No biggie for the price...so I threw it away. I decided to buy another one. So I bought the pen for $16.99 plus the charger. I've had it for about a month. For the last 2 weeks I've had trouble with it. I had time to go into the shop today. I had my receipt. I told her my issues with it. She took it to the back for about 5 minutes or less. Came out & said she wasn't having any issues with it & sent me on my way. She didn't try to rectify it or make me leave feeling like a happy customer. She actually made me leave there feeling like she thought I was lying. I had the receipt & I never even came in to complain about the first one I bought. We were going to buy another pen from me here but I don't think that's a good idea! She didn't seem to care if I came back or not. However my boyfriend Loves this place & will continue to go. So if you go your experience will be different depending on who's working. Also if you buy something & there's an issue just expect to eat the cost & move on. Even with a receipt. Other than that it's a good shop for Vap Juice.

This place is great. Never had been there before, and I’m not that much of an aficionado, but all I know is that what I got here was the best tasting stuff I’ve ever had. The guy was quite friendly and I wish it was closer to where I live in the city because I would definitely make it my go-to vape shop if it was nearby. I don’t know if getting the liquid made-to-order is a common feature or not, but I certainly have never been to a shop that did that besides this place. I was pleasantly surprised by the service all around. The names of the blends are kinda over the top, but I’m a very satisfied customer with my “Oathkeeper” juice. 😋

I have been going to Alex for quite some time now to get my juices and vapes. I ALWAYS have a great experience. He is so knowledgeable and always helps me find the perfect juice even when I have no idea what I want!! He is always so welcoming and we always have great conversations!! When it comes to my vaping products, I have never been more pleased. I bought a Mag Mod, recently. The associates went above, and beyond to make sure all my needs were filled. They were knowledgeable about the product. Even, in recommending other similar products that were comparable to what I wanted. 5 stars for me.

This is a fantastic shop. It has a great selection, from beginners to experienced vapers. The manager is a very polite guy who is willing to help with just about anything you need. And they can make you just about any flavor you can think of. This store has a great atmosphere and i will surely be returning soon.

If you want knowledge and friendliness then look no further than Alex. He knows what he's talking about, and is very personable. I come back religiously because of how he makes my juice every time. I've tried factory juices and I've tried mixed, and he has my #1 spot with Bloodless.

I have visited times number and was assisted by a young man named Rich who has helped me twice and both times I got the best juice I have found to date. I stop smoking due to vocal cancer, so am new to vaping. I wanted a juice with no nicotine, light menthol and a tobacco , in other words I wanted it to taste like my cigarettes Rich nailed it. I have tried several other places as well as online stores and was disappointed in the e juice taste I got. Thank you Vape Crusades for making a Hand Brewed Juice to MY specs.

I don't recommend this vape shop. Small selection and the staff was not knowledgeable or helpful. When I asked questions he said "I don't know man, you'll have to read the box." I've been to many vape shops and never encountered such horrendous service.

At least they got rid of the kid that used to work there. The guy now is very helpful, but the E Liquid they mix is harsh! I’ve bought two bottles and the first was useable. The second bottle I got this past weekend was awful! It was only supposed to be a 3mg, but there’s no way it is. Tastes horrible and leaves a tingling feeling on your tongue. I would use this place for hardware, but not Eliquid.

Not only do they provide great hospitality service, but they also make delicious fresh flavors on the spot.I love this shop, and I can say it is my vape store. I love this place and I highly recomend it. Also, the manager there, Alex, is a great guy and never has a frown on his face. You can relax on the coach, play video games, or even build your coils with the ready to build kit they provide. Vape on.

Exceptional establishment. Doesn't look like much from the outside, and they don't stock the big name "premium liquids". But that's about the limitation of the cons. Selection is amazing, a variable range of mods and associated equipment for all budgets/experience levels. Relaxed atmosphere, you can go in, try out some juices, pick up a few things and just hang out in the store. They've even got a couch and a PlayStation set up. Easily the strongest aspect of the store is the customer service. Alex, the guy running the store, (I think he is the sole employee, I've never seen anyone else working there) is extremely knowledgeable. He will take as long as necessary to fit your needs, all you need to provide is a list of preferences as far as what you are looking for in your vaping experience and a budget. He will then rattle off recommendations along with their pros and cons. He also mixes all the juices sold at the store, and I have yet to come across a flavor that is anything short of exceptional. If he has time he will sit with you and show you how to build your own coils (although he will not do it for you, I assume that has something to do with liability which is understandable.) Aside from all that he's just a genuinely nice guy, easy to talk to and always happy to help. Seriously after dealing with all the child-run vape shops that seem to be cropping up around the area this place is everything you could ask for. Whether you're new or experienced, go in some time and talk to Alex, he'll set you up with whatever you need and you'll leave feeling like a valued customer.

Usually the service is good however today was different. I guess since I just turned 18 and am not a vaping expert that I can be treated differently. I went in to by liquid and I had previously written down what I wanted after browsing the website prior to going in. So I went in and asked for caramel apple which they didn't have so I politely excused my self by saying, "I'll be back" I walked out the door and told my friend they didn't have what I wanted and I guess it's time to leave. The guy working came out and said, " no liquid today it's way to obvious" then as he went back inside I was kind of confused because I'm a fairly regular coustomer. I was offended because the proprietor believed that I was trying to scam the system and decided to pressure me when I was off of store grounds. Since there was a fair today my friend just happened to be close and was simply waiting for me to make my purchase not bothering a soul.

Lost my vape so thought I would stop in and check this place out. The guy recommended a smok novo 2 I love it. The juices he made are great. I like it all I went with his suggestion for white knight and elder dragon they are both great. I don’t live close but will go out of my my way to get here!

I started my vaping journey at vape crusades and haven't looked back. The shop itself is inviting and very relaxed, fit with benches, couches, and tables. I could spend a whole day there if I wanted, talking to the incredibly nerdy, but experienced manager Alex about comic books and movies. highly recommend you venture in and purchase some home made liquids.

Amazing place. Only thing that keeps me from visiting more often is the parking...sometimes it can be tough to find a spot that's close by. As for their merchandise, A++. Same with customer service.
