I was looking for a certain item that was out of stock at my local store. I was in the Pittsburgh area visiting and was able to locate the item at this store. This store was very well staffed and had plenty of inventory.I highly recommend this store for your home improvement needs.

I had the BEST experience dealing with Chris at the Bridgeville Home Depot. He went above and beyond from the time I ordered an extension for my outside fence until installation. The most knowledgeable, friendliest and professional gentleman EVER! Thank you Chris and team. My fence looks perfect!!

We had an appliance delivery scheduled for Saturday March 9th and were given a delivery window of 2:30-6:30PM. I called in the morning and was told this was the best delivery window they could provide and they assured me that it would be delivered. I then called again at 4PM to see if they could provide an update and they could not but again reassured me that I would receive that day. I then received a call from the driver around 4:30PM stating I should see it delivered right around 6:30PM. We got a call at 6:17PM from dispatch saying they had scheduled too many deliveries and that they would not be able to deliver and that we had to reschedule. They wasted 4 hours of our day that could have been used more productively. Very poor customer service.

Impressively incompetent staff. I shop here out of necessity when going to a real lumber yard (Liberty Lumber is preferred) is not a practicalOption. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but it took me 45 minutes to leave the store with 3 boxes of siding. Folks couldn’t find a fork truck operator, which is embarrassing enough. But after watching two grown men struggle to open the new pallet of siding for 10 minutes, I went to my truck and got my tools and opened it for them while they watched. The icing on the cake was that the cashier had to ask for help because they couldn’t figure out how to ring up a box of siding. Miserable training is a big factor. The employees are set up for failure, it it’s the pro contractors that suffer in wasted time and effort. If this is your go-to for materials, there are many better options in Pittsburgh. Only giving 2 stars because 1 star is already claimed by Lowe’s.

I had (3) great experiences dealing with Ray in the flooring department. Ray was super knowledgeable and professional with the products Home Depot could offer for the remodeling of my new home. I came back (2) different times specifically for Ray to ensure my orders were placed correctly and everything was perfect -given the amount of money I was spending. I also signed up for the credit card with him. He was excellent to deal with, quick with technology and always followed up with the many questions I did have. Home Depot is lucky to have him!!!!

It's the home depot. Any employee over 25 yrs old is super helpful, anyone under 25 (employee or not) is completely useless.Bidenomics has made everything outrageously priced, but that's not The Home Depots fault.

They have the worst rental department there is. I rented a snake here. It was broken. They refunded me which was cool. I rented a machine which I will never do again. There are plenty of other rental places that do a way better job with way better customer service. Let me explain: I rented a machine from them. I rented it for a week. I finished early so I called them to come pick it up. The driver shows up and leaves the machine. They never even called me to let me know. I had to call them and ask why it wasn't picked up. One, it was dirty. Two it was on a hill so he wouldn't move it down the hill. Let me emphasize this was not a hill. Less dangerous than getting it on and off the trailer. I didn't even complain about that. I said ok. I had to pressure wash it until it was spotless then drive it up the road ( which is illegal) and put it in another driveway so they could pick it up. Called them a dozen times. No one ever showed. I even gave them the new address two drives away from the original drive. Finally had to call and really complain to get a driver to pick it up. This was five days after I started calling asking for a pick up time. I had to leave this in my customers driveway promising they would be there. They never came and made me look very unprofessional. Finally someone came to get it Sunday. A day after my rental was supposed to be up. Only because I complained so much. Today they call me and tell me they're charging a cleaning fee after making me pressure wash it for 2.5 hours! I really think they're just trying to get back at me for complaining so much but it's not my fault they have horrific customer service. I posted photos to show exactly what a dirty machine is in their opinion. I will never even shop here again. If I can't get it at the supply house or Lowe's, I will buy it online. I even have a video of it in the driveway AT NIGHT because I spent so much time pressure washing it. You can even see the pressure washer in the background. The manager, of course, refuses to speak with me because they say there are no time stamps on my photos? It's an iphone. They all have time stamps on them. If that's not clean enough for them, then I don't know what is. $1600 for this aggravation. Never again. I will NOT shop at Home Depot and I rescind my Home Depot Pro status. This is how they treat their customers.

Today is Thursday. On October 30th my husband and I went to home Depot in bridgeville. We wanted to get carpet for the bedroom. we found out that to have them lay the carpet that they need to come out and measure the carpet. My Brother-in-law was coming into town and I needed it done within a week and a half. The lady from flooring that was helping me couldn't figure out how to do the billing from her computer but she could put me in for November third. she took me up to the customer service desk and they were able to take our payment for the carpet measure. Well November 3rd came and gone and nobody called to tell me we're coming or not . Nothing so I called them Monday evening and the woman in flooring dept. said your payment didn't go through and that's why nobody came. Why someone didn't call me is a mystery. So the next day Tuesday I went down to find out what could be done. They did find that I did pay. I mean we had information that I paid. I got the receipt and we looked up the credit card was paid out. The manager said that he could not have anyone come out the following day which by this point was the 8th but he said that they'll make it out sometime on the 9th. Well today is the 9th and I still have not heard anything from the home Depot company. I am beyond upset.

My best experience ever at a Depot. I entered at the Garden Shop in aim for Indoor Potting Soil. I walked through the store to the unbusy return desk and asked, "Where is the closest location to obtain a cart?" The Staff Attendant exclaimed, "Let me get you one." She walked from behind the desk, out the returns vestibule, and brought me a cart from the many that was hidden behind the wall and down the hall. I said, "Thank you, that was very nice. You could have told me they were there, I wouldn't have mind." She joyfully remarked, "I just want you to enjoy your shopping at the Home Depot--ENJOY!!!That was sweet and made my experience most rewarding. I collected two large bags of 'Indoor Soil' where another worker stood, and we had the conversation that Lowe's, her competitor, don't know what the item is--in two locations! She apoligize!! I said, "No apology needed. That's what brings me/us to you/Home Depot." She laughed, agreed, and said,"THANK YOU!".I went through the Garden Shop to check out, and the sweetest, most sincere young lady checked me out with pleasant conversation and thanked me for shopping Home Depot!I haven't had total friendly service, ANYEHERE, since moving to Carnegie from DC ten months ago. This was the best! They will be my first stop at my next need... THANK YOU HOME DEPOT!!!

This location offers tool rental, which is very useful. Also, I had spoken to a member of the staff. I believe he was named Jim. He was very knowledgeable and help me select the proper light bulbs I was looking for. Very awesome service!

The selection at this location is much better than Washington. The plants seemed cared for and healthy. Shawn at the garden center checkout made my day. He was friendly, helpful and put a smile on my face!

Very helpful workers assisted me with my deer fencing. I was disappointed to see several shoppers sail out of the garden area with carts loaded with dirt and plants without paying(!) Probably need someone checking for receipts at the exit.

Very bad experience in this store and HD overall.Home Depot carpet installation is terrible. They're not telling your sq ft after the measurements. Even an "expert" in the store doesn't have it in the computer :) Just wasted my time. After that they CALLED ME (!!!) and offer to stay on the line for 6 minutes for the representative. Make things simple. Never again.Also they cancelled my online order without any reason. Another order containing only available in store items wasn't ready in 3 days!

I highly recommend Home Depot. I Purchased a Vanity for my Bathroom the I was able to find sales associate Justin less in a minute He was so helpful & knowledgeable...The process was quick & easy. The Vanity was delivered a few days earlier than scheduled.So I called the spoke to the Manager Josh. He sent two young men out Dallion & Alex. They carried the huge Vanity up to my second floor carefully & gently with no problems. Took the huge box & all the packing paper away with them. They were so kind & patience. Then I notice a crack after unwrapping it from shipping. So I call & spoke to The Manager Brandon again he was so helpful & Extremely apologetic. So I went to the store The Manager Brandon & another Manager Josh came over gave me adjustment on my Bill. I’m so grateful & thankful. For everyone that help me at Home Depot. I would definitely Highly recommend Home Depot to all my family & friends...Thanks Again so much, Diane

I went to this Home Depot looking for the clips for the lash tile floor leveling system and I couldn't find the ones I had(the floor was already halfway done) and Terry in the tile department was so kind and took time out to make sure that I found exactly what I needed even though it didn't look like what I had at home great job Home Depot! Every time I come here I have a good experience

The Customer Service department at this location is outstanding. The two people that helped me were very friendly and helpful. Both times I’ve been in to pick up items ordered online they have offered to take the items to the parking lot and load my car. These folks really do provide excellent “customer service”.

TRUCK RENTALS - They did not let me rent the "first come first serve" truck that was sitting in the parking lot "reserved" - even though they tell you they do not do truck reservations when you call them on the phone.... Details below.The morning of 9/21/2022 I called the Bridgeville Home Depot to see if there were any rental trucks available. The truck/tool rental employee told me there was 1 available. I asked if I could reserve it and they said they do not do trucks reservations and the trucks are first come first serve. So I went to the store and saw that the truck was in the parking lot. I got what I needed and went to the truck/tool rental area to rent the truck. The truck was still in the parking lot. I let them know I wanted to rent the truck and they told me it was reserved... I said I called that morning and they told me they do not do reservations and that it is first come first serve. They did not rent me the "first come first serve" truck that was sitting in the parking lot "reserved" - even though you "can't reserve" a truck... If you need to reserve a truck to rent from here and they tell you you can't, then you need to insist on reserving it. They can reserve it somehow. They might favor some people over others though. I'm not sure how they decide who they reserve trucks for.

Bought a fridge on July 3rd. First delivery attempt we were told they cant install because of our water line, and the fridge was broken and scratched. We refused it. Had a plumber come in and we paid $480 for new line much to the confused plumbers admittance that this shouldnt be necessary.Told we would be called witin 4 days to reschedule a delivery. We left for vacation, kept our phones with us. When we returned 7 days later no call. We called and were told it was scheduled the following Thursday. That was yesterday. Was told it'd be here today, no call for appointment nor anyone at the store or 1800 number has any answers as to why its still not here or where it is. Complete clown show. Fridge was paid in full July 3rd.

Cannot beat Home Depot return policy....unlimited return time. Get refund with receipt or in-store credit without. Friendly knowledgeable staff .....they aim to please! Floors hard....can't shop long. Lots of good stuff you need...at some point...for your Crib...

Nick and his team did a great job when the hot tub was delivered on my driveway. They put in the extra effort to come to my home and took care of it happily and placed the hot tub in our desired location. They acted immediately without any questions... Home Depot customer service was so easy and hassle free

The store is a disaster.. items everywhere but where they should be.. garbage and trip hazards everywhere you look.. pro desk doors were almost completely blocked by lumber carts when I left.. definitely made it hard to take my order out to my truck after shopping... Manager needs to step up his game for sure..

I'm a professional truck driver. I pick up a load with 9 stops and drove from Richmond Michigan. This store only had 4 items on 2 pallets. Daryl the manager had a completely empty dock area refused to take his pallets.I had to spend the night on the dock of home depot.Completely ridiculous 🙄 I fully intend on getting layover pay and I will never accept a load coming to this store again.
