They deleted my bad review!! How embarrassing!! There’s a review system for a reason. I had a horrible experience here trying to return my pair of pants. The old lady got aggressive with me and yelled at me. Super rude staff. She claimed I washed them and literally threw the pants back at me. I didn’t. They were literally a gift, and they still had the tag. Weird. Maybe she was just too lazy to return them. Why are all the old ladies at this store so cranky and rude?Will never be shopping here again. Count me out!

Had some gift cards to spend from last Christmas. This is a great store, lots of stuff to choose from. Found what I needed to get and got some presents for people for Christmas and has lots of great seasonal decor and even found some things for myself. My only complaint is when you get up to the registers. The employees very annoyingly nag you to try to open a tjmaxx reward credit card and they’ll nag you until you finally say yes. Don’t fall for it.

Really good options on travel bags! Had great coffee options. Bought discounted Hannukah products. Excellent home good sections. Prices were very fair and enjoyed it. A combined TJ Maxx and Homegoods offer a lot more. It’s in a strip mall so be mindful of that.

Good store with lot of selection for men women and kids dresses.. They do have household and kitchen needs along with jewels and other useful items.. Location is near to other stores like Big lots , Fresh Thyme and restaurants.. So you could have your complete shopping with your family and friends..TJ Maxx do have some good deals for branded dresses..

Wanted to do some quick shopping before work and the place was PACKED on a Saturday. Fortunately there were 6 cashiers and the lines moved pretty fast. So I definitely appreciated that.

Short staff as I was told by one of the cashiers.There were actually 6 counters opened but no one assisting on the stores floor.Cashiers were all very nice and pleasant.The store was surprisingly uncluttered. Shoe area was a bit in disarray but normally customers don't place items back on shelves where they got them from.Merchandise prices have gone up on items. That's a shame as their competitors have better bargains.

Hands down the best finds of any TJ maxx. Their men’s tshirt section and kitchen ware are always particularly good. Checkout lines are very efficient and staff is friendly.

This store must have decided after the merge to keep the tjm quality products, listed at Home Goods prices. I used to love shopping here, growing up on the stores clothes and other products. I visited yesterday and it seemed like the second run, slightly damaged, or just somewhat cheaper quality is still their hallmark, but that they've lost the "at a really affordable price" hook that went with it. Maybe as a busy parent of 4 that had limited time I just didn't dig enough for deals, but I felt like there just wasn't anything that stood out as a strong deal here anymore. I really was disappointed to feel that i would be able to get a higher quality experience elsewhere for the same or lower prices.

Prices have gone way up on clothes items. The ones on sale only dropped a couple dollars.Staff are friendly and helpful.Store shelves are still messy/cluttered.

Customer serviceI asked a staff where to use the restroom, she looked at me up and down and scoffed. She told me rudely ,” Back there.” I asked where again because she wasn’t specific enough. She got more irritated and said ,”Behind YOU.” So I had to find the restroom myself. 3 for unpleasant customer service and no specific directions to the restroom.

We always find something new. This Bridgeville location has a great blend of clothing and home goods. I wish more of the TJ Maxx stores were a combo TJ Maxx / Home Goods. Employees are always friendly. The store is busy but the check out lines move quickly.

I loved this place. They had a good collection in the dressing. The pricing were decent and not too high. The kids section had good collection too. I would say they have the best collection in the home decor starting from 5$ and up. The Rugs were starting from 69$ up-to 150$ which would typically cost double with the competitors. The staffs are friendly and approachable. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

This TJ Maxx has a pretty good selection. Of everything and their inventory changes constantly. They always stay a few months ahead of time when it comes to changing seasons which is nice so you can get a head start. The employees are also super friendly.

Great selection, helpful staff, fast checkouts though cashiers leave a little to be desired. Many clearance items but a lot of the markdowns were really not clearance prices. Overall nice store!

this store is a complete dump! i will never be wasting my gas travelling to this store ever again. the store was a wreck. it looked as if a bull had ran through the entire store and then set a bomb off afterward. i couldn’t get through aisles without having to step over merchandise. AND WORST OF ALL, there was an aisle with lotion smeared all over the floor causing me to slip and fall on the floor. oh thank god they had the wet floor sign down to cover an entire aisle. the floor was not wet by any means, the oils were smeared on the floor leaving a slippery residue causing me to slip and fall on my shoulder and have troubles getting up. that’s all. close the store forever. please and thank you:)

I find the neatest stuff in this store. They carry a lot of fine gourmet food finds. Love the sheets an linens. I have bought nice clothes good quality. Shoes an slippers are good selections. Furniture finds are great. Good quality bed pillows and lots of kitchen gadgets. They offer a rewards card. I really enjoy shopping here.

The store was easy to maneuver through as well as neat. I went shopping with grandchildren, they were able to find something for their mom for Mother's day. I found myself a nice dress for Mother's day as well, using a gift certificate my daughter had given me. They have lots of different types of things from clothes to home goods as well as being reasonably priced. I definitely will make my way back their when I am on that side of town.

There is a lot going on in this store. The staff is super super friendly, there seems to be a lot more products than there is at the TJ Maxx in McMurray. I checked out at the jewelry counter, so I didn't even have to wait in line. I didn't have to ask for anyone to help me, they helped me right away with assistance with seeing some jewelry that I was inquisitive about. The store seems clean, with hand sanitizers optional located throughout the store. Music was not too loud. Staff abundance scattered throughout the store. I didn't go into the dressing room but I would think they would be like normal.

I used to go to T.J. Maxx all the time and find bargains and was able to move through the store efficiently. I absolutely do not enjoy the merger with HomeGoods as now most of the store is HomeGoods items. The T.J. Maxx part still has sales and bargains, but I find it less appealing than before. The HomeGoods part is overpriced and generic. I walk through it but have never bought anything on that part of the store. The store overall is easily accessible and there is abundant parking. The store is clean and there is a public bathroom. The workers are generally pleasant and efficient.
