My group of cigar buddies were on a road trip to PA to meet up with a member of our group. We are from Columbus ohio and this was the last cigar shop we hit on our trip and it should have been our only one. The atmosphere was amazing. Jimmy who works there is the best shop attendant I've had the honor of meeting. Very friendly, goes out of his way for the customers, and makes u feel like you're family before u leave. Casey & his wife Stephanie were good people. They take care of ya. I love this shop. The fellas and me will for sure be back to share more amazing stories and good times together. Thank u all so much for making the out of town boys feel like we were at home

The place is in a nice area off the highway. Everyone is so chill and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. Their walk-in humidor always has great choices.

Best place to grab a cigar and relax in Pittsburgh, better than Burn on the North Shore. This South Hills hide out is the gold standard of what a cigar lounge should be. The staff is amazing, set up is even better, the prices and selection can’t be beat.Just a few minutes off the interstate and 10-15 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh.

AWESOME place to drop in which I do. Great atmosphere and super comfortable. The selection is substantial and the pricing is reasonable and they always help you find something new to try.The best part though is the team. Jimmy and the guys are incredibly helpful and they make you feel welcome. You feel like they really enjoy hanging out with their customers.There are other cigar shops in Pittsburgh - just not better ones!

These guys happened to be open late on VD so it was a no brainer to stop in and burn a few sticks. Well stocked, friendly and great vibe. Though the Christmas decorations up on the balcony convinced my girlfriend that it was fine to leave up all our Christmas decorations 🤨

I came to Robinson to see my daughter. Usually the hotel has an outdoor lounge area. This one did not. I started a tradition with her. When we get together we have a cigar and a glass of bourbon. Well I looked around and found this place nearby. I called and spoke to Jimmy. He was friendly and welcoming. He had the stick I like Padron 1964 Anniversary. We went there and rhe lounge was excellent. Relaxing with a bunch of regulars sitting around. Jimmy said, hey you’re John and showed me what I was looking for. He was a friendly regular guy. We got our sticks, and he gave us glasses for my bourbon. I was relaxed and felt at home. I would highly recommend this cigar lounge to anyone, especially a newbie like me. When I come back to see my daughter again, will definitely come back here. THANKS JIMMY!!!

Great atmosphere, great staff. Knowledgeable and honest. They won't sell you anything they wouldn't smoke themselves. Main humidor is well stocked with many high end brands, Padron, LFD, Liga Privada, Fuente. Auxiliary humidors have Camachos, NBK and others. I drove quite a distance to check it out, and it was worth it. If you are in the area (or not) stop in and see their collection.

Awesome cigar lounge. The selection is amazing and the prices for cigars are more than fair. The staff is great they are friendly and knowledgeable.There is plenty of sitting to sit and enjoy a cigar and the regulars make you feel right at home. This is definitely a cigar shop worth visiting.

One of my favorite shops ever. Unsuspecting on the outside but phenomenal on the inside. Super classy and unique. The humidor is ridiculous. The staff is knowledgeable. Solid recipe for a top notch shop! I wish I lived closer. I stop here every trip to and from my parents in Indiana and my place in Philly. Worth the detour if you are driving by!!!!!🔥🍦🤙🤙🤙

Great shop and even better owners! Mame is fantastic and very knowledgeable. Very comfortable, clean and super friendly! A great selection of premium cigars that are kept in perfect condition. This was my first visit but definitely won't be my last. I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for top notch service and a great spot to enjoy cigars!

Definitely the best cigar shop in Pittsburgh. I started going in there a few times a week. Super nice staff and very knowledgeable! Brenden, you are the best man! They have a huge variety of cigars and a very comfortable atmosphere. I highly suggest making this your main stop for cigars.

A small professional cigar shop. They always have a good selection of cigars and pipe tobacco. The lounge is small but very cozy and comfortable. Prices are average for single cigars and the humidor is maintained well.

I wanted to buy a lighter as a gift for someone who has a very distinct sense of style - I looked at hundreds but I couldn't find one that reflected her personality. I eventually stopped in Smoke and found the perfect lighter. It practically jumped out of the case. It turned out to be a $165 Dupont - a lot more than I planned to spend, but it was perfect. The clerk (who was very nice) told me I had to refill it with Dupont fuel, so I grabbed a can. That was another $30. Unfortunately a week or so later when it needed fuel we discovered that the nozzle was not compatible with the lighter. She took them back to the store to find out what the problem was. While she was there one of the employees started poking around and broke the lighter. They replaced it, but they did not have the same one in stock so she picked out a different one. I appreciate that they replaced it - they did break it, after all - but frankly it wasn't my objective to buy a $165 Dupont lighter... I wanted THAT lighter, regardless of who made it, because it was reflective of her style. They also kept the can of fluid I bought, which annoyed me further (the clerk had in fact sold me the wrong one - I eventually learned that Dupont sells different types, color coded to be compatible with different styles of lighter, and Smoke apparently doesn't carry the one that fits this lighter). So ultimately I paid $200 for a $165 lighter, which wasn't the one I wanted.
