I wish negative stars was an option. Zero is not even worthy. Stopped by late at night with no one there but the clerk behind the cash register. I got a beverage from the self serve area and only had cash in my pocket so I could not use self checkout. The clerk refused to check me out. When I asked, she said she could refuse service to any one for any reason. I wish I could say this is the first time I have had problems at this location, but this was the last time. Sheetz really needs to improve the training of their expectations when dealing with the public and the policies & procedures that employees are required to adhere. There is a GetGo less than a mile. Access to management is much easier to contact and the employees seem to follow a code. This new year will include that my employees skip that specific Sheetz completely as we consider a whole new refueling routine. So disappointing.

Had the worst experience tonight at this sheetz. Whoever was working the register tonight was rude and unwelcoming. Up until tonight, I always had nice interactions and convos with the cashiers but after this interaction I will not be back. Went to GetGo down the street and had an amazing experience. The cashier was so sweet and kind. GetGo is my new spot.

Placed an order here and when we got the order it was completely wrong. When we asked about the order the woman said she “aSkED Us iF tHaT waS wHaT wE waNtEd” which never happened. Was EXTREMELY RUDE about the whole situation AND wouldn’t fix the mistake. We ordered a waffle breakfast sandwich and gave us a chicken mozzarella sandwich.

This Sheetz is top notch. Always clean and organized. Special shoutout to the cashier Emily. She is always so friendly with a big smile on her face. I wish there was an employee recognition program because she is going to go places!

Calvin, at the front register is awesome! Clearly they should make him a manager if he is already not one. Great customer service and always has a smile on his face. Hard to find people like this out there.

I ordered buffalo boneless wings here twice, and both times they were great. The store is super clean and it is understandable why they are so packed with groups at night.While I got one at another sheetz location, you can also order an absolutely GIGANTIC burrito and I couldn’t even eat the whole thing. Sheetz food selection in general is wild.You’d think a place like this ( or these) would be too good to be true, but no. I love this place and their crazy menu.

I'm new to the state of PA and I've been to many establishments, but this Sheetz was absolutely great. Kind staff, great service, lots of beautiful smiles and friendly faces. Made me think about applying for a part-time job here at this location. Keep rocking hard and thanks Sheetz.

Do not use the drive thru around dinner time. It has been slow before but yesterday I waited over 15 minutes while sitting in the drive thru window. No acknowledgement by the staff the entire time. I appreciate the quick apology afterwards, but I do not recommend it at all. Unfortunately I have to use it because of two small kids in car seats but will definitely find another option cause that's insanely unacceptable.

Probably one of the worst Sheetz I've been too. Place is usually a mess and the food take forever to get made. Anytime I order food here it takes way longer than the average Sheetz, and the average Sheetz is generally pretty slow.

Everyone was so sweet and nice. I got my sandwich and it was the best sandwich i ever had. The staff is just so cute and my smol beans. Honestly probably one of the best experiences of my life.

I was a sheetz employee for two years. Best job I’ve ever had! I’ve considered coming back part time to this location even! Unfortunately, today I paid for my meal and stood waiting (while no other orders were in queue) for over five minutes watching my bag get cold while making eye contact with five employees. I know Travis, whom I have had the absolute pleasure of working under at a different store, would not stand for this kind of customer service. I left without saying a word, but I needed to put something somewhere. I’m 25. I’m patient. I don’t have time to be a Karen, but I do have time to say I expect better from this usually fabulous location.

I placed my order of two chicken sliders and a milkshake. I got my food about 6 mins later, no problem. 15 mins after I got my food I finally for my drink. I get out to the car and take a bite of one of my sliders, and the chicken was so hard and dry that I couldn't physically bite through it, even holding my sandwich with two hands and pulling while biting. It was like the chicken for my sliders was cooked yesterday and left out all day. Would not recommend.

Location is great easy in and out but beer prices don’t match what they have in the cooler to checkout consistently only a few bucks but still happens time and time again. I also got money out of the ATM it said no surcharge but was charged a transaction fee so about $5 extra between a couple things need to accurately mark items and services.

I ordered hot dogs for myself and husband. The "toppings" ordered were chili, mustard and onions. When I got home, the toppings weren't toppings. They placed the chili , no mustard and onions on the BOTTOM with a plain hot dog sitting on the top. This was a first. The chili had just soaked into the bun , so it didn't seem like a chili dog. Need to retrain to match all the other sheetz I have been to for quality. I see by other reviews we are not the first to have issues with the food. I was happy to see a sheetz in our area and hope they will strive to improve as time goes on.Also all other facilities are mandating masks.... several customers seen in the store wore no masks.

I absolutely love this place! I no longer live in PA and I always make sure I stop here when I'm home... Usually for a late night snack. This place is a must have if you live in a state that doesn't offer food service like this!

Go to the getgo and I hardly ever go to a getgo I'm on the road a lot and stop at a Sheetz for gas drinks or food daily my Sheetz points I would bet are in top 25% this one here always seems to be an issue every time I stop here when I'm in this area I'll be using the getgo for now on

Usually have a good experience here, but this is the FOURTH TIME my food order was either wrong or missing something. I live about 15-20 minutes from any sheetz location so it's really not worth me going back to have them fix it. Just irritating that even when im the only person waiting in an otherwise empty store, my order is STILL wrong in some way.

Usually a good experience here, however for the second time now I've placed a Grubhub order for small items following my shift at work only to have it canceled. Now last time I placed the SAME order about 5 hours later for a different shift and it was made no issues. So what changed in that 5 hours other than the crew? Classless.

The service is terrible and the food is horrible. The african american supervisor does not care about how fast you get the food. Does not offer good service at all. Avoid this sheetz at all costs

Smallest Sheetz location- not horrible selection.. just not everything I want there. I still like it but not as much as others.
