Possibly the best small engine repair and tune up shop in the area. Very friendly, very reasonably priced. Excellent service. Avoid the big box stores and shop locally. These guys are top notch.

Had a snowblower there for repairs, never heard anything back from them for well over a year so I went to the store and met with the owner Jason, who told me that they scraped my snowblower, and that he called me many times, this is NOT TRUE he never called me. Mr. J.Sarasnick is a dishonest man. I have contacted him several times to come up with an amicable agreement as to how he’s going to reimburse me for the cost of the snowblower and he becomes extremely hostile and defensive, Obviously, I’ll have to take this to the justice system, but beware and NEVER trust this guy.After reading the other negative reviews, I can attest that the owner and his staff take great pride in being rude and hostile toward their customers, they don’t appreciate people supporting their local business.

Stay away from the repair shop. $100 on a weed Wacker repair . When at Wal Mart I could have gotten a new one for $110. They didn't even fix it, replaced a carburetor I already replaced . It does not run and they say another week ,after having it for a over a month. I Cannot support this small business.

Amazing selection and super helpful staff. I shopped for a replacement bag for my Stihl leaf vacuum and and couldn't find one under $50 online. They sold me the whole kit with replacement bag, vacuum tube, elbow for $42. These guys know what they're talking about.

Sarasnicks hardware has been one of the best locally owned and operated hardware stores anywhere around here and has been for the 60 plus years I've lived in the area.This is the place to go for anything hardware related from nuts and bolts to small engine repair and everything in between.Great owner/ staff. They were able to fix 3 window screens that were in rough shape and other hardware stores could not do. I had to drive a little bit further, but worth the drive. Service was reasonably priced as well

Knowledgeable staff but not friendly in the least bit. The older gentleman always has always had something negative to say towards me. I typically like to shop at small places rather than large corporations however I often drive past here to go to Home Depot.

An excellent hardware store even when hardware stores were common !! Now they're even better cuz they're still there!Old-fashioned hardware store, best around ! Don't go to Big Box-- go here price is the same service is 10 times better. Make one trip and get everything you need or make 10 trips and get it wrong. They'll help you do it right the first time with the right tools and products for the job!!!

Best little hardware store around. Has everything the big box stores would never think to carry. Need a specific, nit-picky nut, bolt, whatever? Sarasnick's will have it. So much better than Lowe's or Home Depot.

Had a problem with my Milwaukee 1" impact. Still under warranty, they took care of it for me. Very nice hardware. Lots of everything, and there a Stihl Dealer too.

Just got off the phone with one of their Staff who handles their Stihl repairs. I am making it a point to write this because this was the most unpleasant rude service I maybe have ever had. I will never give this store a penny of my money again. RUDE AS HELL and UNAPPRECIATED! Wanted to support a small local shop but I'll be taking my business elsewhere for cheaper prices and better service.

If i could give them 0 stars I would. Do NOT take your milwaukee tools here for repair. They never follow up with anything. They never called to let me know my tools were back from repair. Almost three months later i decided to call them. Not only that they lost my sawzaw that milwaukee repaired and sent back to them. They will not own up to any of it. I called serval times to have the issue resolved and each time i was told i will get a call back. I never once got a call back. Finally we had to go down there and they refused to replace the sawzaw they lost. Luckily Milwaukee is replacing it free of charge. This place lacks professionalism. We will use Thomas fastener in finleyville for all our repairs on Milwaukee tools from now on.
