Absolutely incredible! My birthday party/gender reveal party was a hit! Lol mainly because of the pretzels. They were incredibly fresh and the best tasting pretzels around. 5 stars isn't enough!

This place is great! Not sure about the brand as a whole, but this location is stealer. The employees are courteous and easy going; helpful, patient, and not condescending when you aren’t as familiar with their menu as someone who spends 8 hours a day making the items!The prices are great! They just raised them recently, but they are still Very competitive even compared to frozen pretzels from the store!And the dips - specifically the variety - are amazing! And totally reasonably priced!I try to find reasons to drop it and grab something new, everything I’ve ever gotten was great, even at the end of the day when they only have a few items left they are still fresh - or taste fresh!Drive through only, if that’s a problem for you, I guess that’s just something to be aware of, but it works well and I don’t imagine they would turn you away if you walked up to the window as long as there was no one in the drive through line?

These guys are always great. The pretzel dogs are my go to and they are always fresh. The pretzels are cooked to perfection. The office loves them. I’ve been taking them to see my customers as a treat. Great business and very good service.

So after reading some negative reviews online, I am going to have to disagree…This place had fresh, very good pretzels for a great price!! I could not finish the rest. So after leaving sat for 3 hours, I reheated them and they were still fresh and tasted so good!! They also have your choice of different sizes for cheeses separately, so for you heavy cheese eaters, this is the place to go!! I will be back for more 100%

Always love getting Philly pretzels for parties, get togethers, or just whenever you are craving a soft pretzel. They are always trying new menu options, you really can't beat their prices for the trays. Dipping sauces are delicious, never had a bad experience at this location.

Always yummy! Friendly service. The older woman working the window today was my absolute favorite interaction I’ve had at a business in a long time! She had the best vibes and left me wondering if she was in need of a granddaughter because I would totally volunteer! But that aside good delicious as always!

I have never truly had a bad product or service here but things are not perfect anywhere and when something has come up they have worked with me resolve it. I consider their product to be good and the prices to be reasonable. Every place I have gotten pretzels has been different so I don't try to compare places products but respect each place has their variation of their product. Like all bread based items they will harden some when left out whether under a warming lamp or on a table at a function or just overnight because I bought more than we could finish but I have found them to be just fine after warming. People have enjoyed them when I have gotten them for different functions we've had based not only on comments made but how much has been eaten. I have been a repeat customer and will continue to be unless something drastically changes.

I'm half and half on the pretzels.They are large pretzels, definitely fairly priced.The only downside was that in Philly,we buttered the pretzels so they weren't so hard.Other than some over cooked ones,this place is pretty spot on with price, taste and size.

Sitting in long line waiting for order. I understand they are busy and that’s not the issue. I was in line for 25 minutes sign says drive through only. However if you want to be a Karen and go in they let you skip their line and serve walk ins even though sign says differently. Frustrating!!

Great pretzels, great price! We had a random hankering for hot pretzels we live near Carson Street so we usually go to the pretzel place down there, but they weren't open so we googled and found Philly Pretzel Factory. We got a pretzel wrapped hot sausage and the five for $5 pretzel deal with nacho cheese for dipping. It was more than enough for three people, we had two pretzels leftover initially, but they got eaten within another hour lol. The pretzels were warm and plump and very good. Well salted and they come attached to each other as a long multi-pretzel tower thing, it was pretty sweet. The ones we got were super fresh, and the cheese sauce was good; basic nacho cheese sauce.The sausage roll was good, little dry so definitely was enhanced by dipping in the cheese sauce or a little ketchup or something.Will definitely come back and try some of the other things, especially with the prices and quality of our last order!

Always clean. Can't beat the prices. My co-workers love when I surprise them with a box of hot rivets. The staff is friendly. I'm particularly fond of the white haired lady who works during the day. She greets everyone like she has known them all their life.

Ate here for the first time a few weeks ago. I was really excited to try here, but sadly the food did not live up to my expectations. Very average pretzels; nothing special. The pretzel dog tasted like it was cooked a while ago and kept in a warmer for a whiel and just was very average and not that good. The regular pretzels were pretty good, but were nothing special and were on the smalle side. The cheese dip was just your average cheese wiz/stadium fake pretzel cheese. They also only have a few flavors of pretzels to choose from. I would think a place specializing in pretzels offer more flavors and higher quality food and dips with their own unique recipe instead of just your standard pretzels and cheese. The one good thing was the price was right for this place and was very affordable. I probably won't come back here often, but maybe I will next time I just want an average big pretzel.

Great selection of pretzels & dips for the pretzels. Also have pretzel dogs. Party platters with various items in them & only need 15 minutes notice to have a platter ready for pick up. That was impressive.... Plus the prices are better then other pretzel franchises. So i would definatly recommend this place.

Usually get a rivet and pretzel dog tray for new years. We go more often for pretzel dogs...they're so good! The last few times have been exceptionally good...better than normal. Keep it up!

I absolutely Love Philly Pretzel Factory. Great pretzels. Even better prices. Great for ordering a large quantity of soft pretzels r the office or shop. Most co-workers will love you for it. Go get you some delicious pretzels. Seriously, what are you waiting for? C'mon get your car keys, get the kids in the car and go. You'll thank me later for sure. Enjoy...

Anytime I'm in the area, I pickup pretzels. The last time however, the cashier was not very nice. My wife and I were trying to get her opinion on quantity and she had no input. Isn't that what she is there for? Pretzels are always good. I tried the cheese steak pretzel. It was ok. Better off just getting the croud pleaser with a family of 6. They are open early which is what we enjoy, and there is never a wait.

Google User (16/09/2017 04:02)Tried getting a refund because associate cam out of the store and yelled at me for a mistake I'd made and was COMPLETELY unprofessional. She grabbed my car door as I was trying to close and said "no you're not closing it". Which is harassment and I could basically sue. I went inside and returned my items (which weren't touched nor eaten) as she gave me a huge problem and said never to come back and that I will never be served again. Her name was Alyssa B. The associate Brooke was contributing by saying we can't get a refund when I specifically know that I can and I won't be treated that way so I'm not buying their products. Super unprofessional and the owner wouldn't do a thing about it as he is unprofessional as well. Poorly run business and associate actions. Would NEVER recommend to anyone plus they serve cold and hard pretzels with no remorse!! ZERO STARS (This is a review I made when I was 17, Scott threatened to take me to court for it, but everyone should know what this owner is like. He texted me after I posted it, and being 17 I was very scared and deleted it because I worked for this man and he said I signed a waiver when I was 15 saying I wouldn't post about Philly pretzel factory on social media, but again this is not that scenario as this is my experience I am allowed to share. Anyways, freedom of speech is my first amendment right. This is an opinion as my time as a customer and no one has the right to take that away from me. )Edit; you'd think wouldn't ya;) but it was in my archives and I thought hmmm, no one should get away with the way I was treated SAWWY ;p

Not the best service & menu selection is limited compared to other Philly Pretzel stores.What a condensending response from this business! I was being honest about your business so you could take the feedback and maybe make improvements to be on par with other Franchisees in the market.I won't be back and hope others read this review and make the same decision.

We were looking for something to stem the hunger tide while waiting for an antique store to open. We had never been here and it sounded unique. It wasn't. Auntie Anne's in most malls is better. The young lady that served us was wearing a t-shirt and gym shorts. The atmosphere was not inviting. The pretzel was average. This place could be so much more. Big disappointment.

I haven't been here in a few years, but I use to work here. Honestly, I am surprised they are still around. There really wasn't much offerings. Really all you could get are pretzels. And you have pay for the mustard dip, which seems really cheap to me. The pretzels in my opinion are only good if you eat them right away from coming out of the oven, which I could do since I worked there. There is no area for people to sit down and enjoy. The plus side is that they are fast and inexpensive.
