Great store with a pretty wide selection of items and very helpful employees. I love the DIY bath area which really saves my back from washing my dog at home! This store now collects empty pet food bags which keeps them out of the landfill. Another great bonus for shopping here!

Wonderful place for grooming. Called in and spoke with the grooming associate I told her what I needed done. She is very accommodating to my dog’s needs and was astounded with the work she did. Will definitely go back to her again.

Way overpriced, but usually match the other stores price. You just have to show proof of the other price. Depends on who checks you out, but some get really annoyed. They never have Friskies Lil Soups in stock and if they do they are WAY overpriced! $1.38 per container. I can get 10 for 10 at Shop N Save and they are always in stock. Great variety at SNS too!😄 Some of the people are nice, especially the young girls, but the manager and male staff are curt and not very understanding. I get the feeling some of the girls are intimidated by their boss at Pet Supplies Plus.I wouldn't work there. The only reason I go in there at all is because my cat likes the Friskies picnic treats, which I can't find anywhere else.

The workers there are so nice. They offer help if you need it. The store is so clean and organized, easy to find everything you want plus more. I have 4 grandpups and 1 grand bunny so I spend a lot on them and this store makes it easy.

Got a female Betta from this place, but it passed away just a few days later. Some of the fish looked a little under the weather, but Bettas are lazy. The selection on animal food isn't that great. I had to go to Wal-Mart because this pet store did not have Betta food. Not a bad store at all, I think I got there before they got a truck or something and that's likely why selection wasn't fantastic. Don't let my one bad experience scare you away though just because I personally had a bad experience. It is a nice store. Not hard to find. Friendly staff, and decent sized selection. Not very expensive either. Fairly priced. Word of advice: Male Bettas tend to be more vivid and bright while the females tend to be duller, with less shiny hues.

Was there yesterday- the living conditions the ferrets were in was appalling. Feces covered the cage everywhere. The toys and bedding for the ferrets were filthy. Disgusting. Feel terrible for the birds as well.Staff not friendly or helpful.Will not be back to support this business.

I love this place for the selection but they don’t treat their ferrets properly. The cage has no hammocks or nesting places and no hiding spots. Just a bare cage with a horrible corner pan. Ferrets are photosensitive animals that need hiding spots to rest/hide. Last time I was there, two ferrets both had their faces covered by their own paws to try to sleep. The florescent lights are extremely bright. They want $400+ for a single ferret but can’t afford to put a $12 hammock or sleeping bag in the cage for them? Ferrets sleep 14-18 hours a day. They NEED dark areas. Come on guys! Do better for those poor little babies. I have fish, dogs and 5 ferrets. I want to continue to support you guys but you NEED to give your ferret cages some TLC!

Still poorly kept… the shelves are disorganized and most items have no price on them. I’m very confused by the good reviews. The line was extremely long and there was only one young girl checking people out because they middle aged woman who was supposed to be couldn’t log in to her system (finally figured out she was putting cap locks on). The younger girl offered multiple times to log her into hers so that she could help with checking out and the other woman said “no they’ll just have to wait, it’s a line, it’s not the end of the world. It’s COVID, everyone’s understaffed.” Which really, it wasn’t understaffing, she just wouldn’t let the girl sign her in.

We just adopted our new family member, an older pit mix, a couple weeks ago. And while he's not my girlfriend's first dog, he's my first pet ever. So I've been doing tons of feverish research and bookmarking things like toys and vitamins and foods and all that. I ordered a bunch on Amazon, of course, but then we realized that this place is right by the fresh thyme we always go to.I was so excited when we walked in - there's so much stuff here I want to get for my little buddy. I double checked the food price against Amazon's, it's actually cheaper here at the store, which is shocking to me. And they have a bunch of different options for "healthy" treats (at least, ones without wheat/grain and with added nutrients for his skin and joints), plus tons of different toys and better leashes/collars than what I'd found online. There's also a lot that's on sale, including the treats and the hard chewable toy-treats that dogs usually like to bite at all day. There's even several coolers right at the front with that super fresh food stuff some people prefer (I don't know enough about it yet, I may test it out at some point) that needs to be refrigerated.The only gripe I have are that there's frequently lots of people there with their pets (which DUH, but our dog is really nervous around other pets because of his background, so we don't usually bring him in because he's just scared, which is a bummer).Either way, great store, and we'll for sure be back plenty. There's a nice sale on dog beds right now, we're thinking of buying like three or four for just every major room of the house and my office lol. Then he'll have his own spot everywhere, just for him. We actually bought him a giant version of his favorite toy here about a week ago, he was super into that!UPDATEWe ended up buying the extra beds, so now he has one in our bedroom, each of our offices, the living room, and the dining room. If anyone's curious, he's an older pup and he really loves the round orthopedic beds, we got them on sale for about $30 apiece. He also loves the $2 meat sticks that are up front near the registers, he's especially partial to the lamb and liver ones. So if you're not super sure what to get your dog to lay on or munch on, try those things!

Don’t bother coming here! I’ve booked grooming appointment online and when I reach, they were surprised to know about the appointment, there is NO groomer on Saturday! Waste of my time and effort driving all the way and the customer service was so bad, they were just confused to know about the appointment, not even sorry! What’s the point of booking online! Robinson branch is sooooo much better, always welcoming and never had any issues there!

I love Pet Supplies plus and shop there all the time. My last few visits I wasn’t pleased that the prices in the shelf aren’t the prices that are being rung up. Everything is scattered all over the place. The employees have always been so nice and friendly until I encountered Renee yesterday. She was so rude and unprofessional and because of the way she treated me makes me want to go back to one of the other large pet food chains. It’s a shame, but if I have to drive farther and pay a bit more at least I will be treated with kindness and respect!!

I had a negative experience purchasing a hamster at this location. Since the hamster was sleeping, I didn't examine him myself. We noticed upon getting home, that he had a dirty behind. I didn't think that much of it, until it was clear over time that he was extremely lethargic and sick. I googled it and it was clear they sold me a hamster with wet tail, which is a serious hamster condition that needs treatment. The fact that they sold him to me, never checked his health, is not a good sign of a good establishment. On top of that, when I returned the hamster (because they said they can treat him), no one ever apologized that they sold me a visibly sick hamster. I also felt horrible for the hamster itself and it was sad to witness. I would not recommend purchasing live animals from this establishment.

Made the process of purchasing fish very uncomfortable and awkward. Hounded me and my family about the dimensions of my 25 gal tank, and the 6 exact species of fish living inside of it. Would not take the first step in initiating anything, they would simply stand in silence or not answer questions. Process took over 20 minutes, just to have 2 different employees become stagnant and refusing to help. Worse shopping experience I ever had in my life, they repeatedly said I couldn’t add even 1 more fish inside the fish tank while standing next to 25+ fish tanks all with dead fish on the bottom and 20 to 50 fish in each tank. Such hypocrisy, never experienced anything like that in my life.

Over priced bath cards now… 40 dollars for 5 baths and they didn’t change anything. Still the cheap shampoo, the dryers aren’t strong enough, the nozzle flys off on one, and the other dryer the hose is cracked. No updates at all and they wanna overcharge a crazy amount. I’ll be bathing at home now since I bought a better dryer and a better quality shampoo than the cheapest one on groomers choice.

I am usually not one to complain and I have given this location multiple opportunities, however; I used to work at this location many years ago. And lately I have been absolutely appalled by the state of this store. The store is never appropriately stocked, shelves are always empty, things are constantly disorganized, the animals for sale are extremely poor kept (I’m also a licensed vet tech). Not to mention that the staff is extremely unprofessional. Yesterday I ran in to grab a few things, (of course they didn’t have what I actually needed) and as I was walking up to the register, an older gentleman who worked there practically ran into me, stopped, stared at me appalled like it was my fault, never apologized and them proceeded to go to the open register and completely ignore the fact that I was waiting in line at the other register and never offered to help me. Not to mention that the young at the register who actually did help me hand a young puppy NOT ON A LEASH, just wondering around the front of the store, not only is that beyond dangerous to just let your puppy walk up to random people and dogs, plus the puppy is most definitely too young to be fully vaccinated. Again coming from someone who used to work at this store when the managers and staff actually cared about the work they were doing, I am so saddened by the state things are in and I will from now on be traveling out of my way to a different store as I can no longer give money to somewhere that cares so little for what they do.

Not usually one to give reviews but when it comes to my pets I will, If I could give negative stars I would. There are empty shelves all throughout the store, dog food bags placed randomly on the floor. Minimal leash selections (only accommodating very small dogs and puppies) Absolutely horrible grooming service which started on the phone before I even arrived. Did not fully complete any services. The woman said I was not going to be fully charged but then I was with no explanation as to why. My dog was visibly scared and stressed when I picked him up. I will NEVER EVER be a customer to any pet supplies plus ever again
