I recently placed an online order for balloons at Party City Bridgeville and was charged for them. When I arrived at the designated pick-up time, unfortunately, the store had no record of my order. The staff seemed confused and weren't able to locate it in their system.They forced me to pay again (twice) when I had confirmation of my original order because they couldn’t find it in their system for some unknown reason.This left me frustrated and without the balloons I needed for my event. It would be helpful if Party City Bridgeville could improve their online ordering system to ensure smoother transactions and avoid such confusion in the future- and train their employees. Three employees who helped me had no clue what they were doing - including the “manager”.

I went in on my 5 year old granddaughters birthday to pick up 2 balloons for her. At the register they said I would’nt get them for 2hours because of other orders they had to fill. I said can’t you take 15 seconds to fill 2 balloons for this little girls birthday we’re here now they said no. I left the store with my grand daughter in tears on her birthday. On another occasion I was waiting in checkout line 15 minutes. While in line 5 other shoppers came into the store and got behind me in line. When I ordered 2 balloons and paid for them I was told to go wait because the cashier said she had to checkout the whole line before she could blow up my balloons. More people came into the line and I asked did I have to wait for everyone else coming to check out and they didn’t answer. I had to wait 30 minutes to get two balloons blown up. Make sure you have a lot of time to wait if you shop at party city.

Our friend ordered the balloons ahead of time and we went to go pick them up. Even tho it was NYE and they were so busy, the staff was so helpful, gave us extra string and recommended weights for the helium balloons. We snuck in our friends house while they were at dinner and set it up for them. Balloons were really nice. So cute, I know I did such a great job designing this. Too bad she said no. Haha just kidding she said yes. Yay.Also, i need to remember to go to parry city during Halloween time, I never remember. They have aisle after aisle of costumes. Plus wedding stuff. Everything you need for a party, it's there.

I went into store to order balloons ahead of event. It was a Wednesday and early afternoon. The clerk seemed frustrated and overwhelmed with customers and lack of support. I left the store frustrated and not ordering. A couple days later called into store and young man incredibly helpful. I actually ordered online which was extremely easy and very clear. My order was PERFECT and ready at designated time. Staff just needs more staff in-store.

Someone in charge here decided it would be a great idea to put a creepy animatronic scarecrow right at the entrance of the store so that you cannot walk in without triggering it. We went in with our 4 year old obviously not knowing about it and when it was triggered it TERRIFIED my child. I will be following up with the corporate office as this is unacceptable.

Do not order balloons from here. Expensive to begin with. Went in store to purchase, hand picked the balloons and showed them how I wanted them bundled. The balloons that showed up were NOT the ones I chose. First they tried to blame me by saying "are you sure you clicked the correct colors online?" Uh... Yes, I'm sure...I picked them in store and handed them to the cashier. Then they tried blaming it on the delivery guy "well we source it out to a second party and sometimes they get the colors mixed up." The colors weren't even similar, and that shouldn't even be an excuse. If someone goes to your store and purchases a specific product, that specific product should be delivered. Spoke with multiple people at the store. Continuously try to place the blame on me or the delivery driver. Zero accountability or care.

I was just in there a little bit ago. I asked the cashier if I can get 2 balloons for my daughter’s 5th birthday today. She told me no they can’t because they were swap. I said it’s ok can I just get one unicorn and that’s it. Again she told me no. I understand that they were busy with filling other balloons but it literally takes what….10 seconds to fill up ONE dang balloon?!?! I didn’t call ahead because again…it was only two balloons that I wanted and didn’t think it would have been a big deal. I called last year the same day for my sons party for three and they had NO PROBLEM doing it and they also were swamped on filling balloons. I hope they’re happy for upsetting a 5yr old girl on her birthday by not taking extra 10SECS to fill ONE unicorn balloon!!

Every year I decide to visit at least 3 times for special occasions and am always leaving disappointed.Never have items in stock as advertised on line. When they do, quality has gone down and prices up.Have to stop visiting this store.

I never write bad reviews, because I think everyone has a bad day every once in awhile and I try to be understanding. But, the manager at the Bridgeville store was beyond incompetent. She was rude, insulting and of no help what so ever. They lost my business for good.

Just had a really nice experience with a manager, bobby, and the associate at the register. They were both genuinely concerned about helping their customers. I ordered online and picked up in store, which makes everything so much easier! With the coupon I used, prices were very comparable to the big competitors, but the selection is better here and it’s all in one place. I do you tend to shop here first for parties!

They had everything I was looking for for a grad party. I also bought balloons from somewhere other than party city and they can fill them for a fee. They didn't have many people working but I didn't have to wait in line long. The employees were busy but took time to answer all my questions.

Good place for a variety of options. They are doing free balloon delivery. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is that the line takes a long time. They do balloon orders and regular checkout at the same time. Very nice staff that are doing their best.

We took a long time deciding and had a large order. Ordered 12 colored balloons, 2 larger and 2 number balloons. We got 8 balloons, the numbered and 1 larger balloon. I called four times and was put on hold for much too long. No results yet. I wanted all the balloons but the party has started. 😖

Rude service. Went in for one balloon and refused to help and told me to come back in 3 hours. I understand pre orders and wasn’t arguing that point but how the handled the situation and spoke to someone was ridiculous. Customer service doesn’t exist anymore. Wouldn’t go back there ever again.

Beware: this location does NOT take walk ins on Saturdays or Sundays for balloons before 2pm. Went yesterday at 8am (the posted time for opening- didn't open on time) to get three simple latex balloons filled, I was refused. I was told that on Saturdays and Sundays they don't take walk ins before 2pm for balloons. The party city staff member had such a bad attitude!! Her way or the high way type attitude! I was shocked! I left and drove to the party city location in cranberry who was more than happy to take care of me. (See review for cranberry)(Note: after I left the bridgeville location I went on there website to see if I could find any information a out this 2pm ballon policy and was surprised to find that if I ordered my 3 latex balloons online they would've been ready in 2 hours, which would of been 1030am, in the for the party at noon, and contradicts the 2pm policy i was informed by staff at bridgeville) I will never return to the bridgeville location. Cranberry is further away but the customer service was outstanding there! Cranberry also confirmed they never heard of a 2pm balloons policy for Saturdays and Sundays.

This store is nothing less then amazing! You can find everything under the sun! even different colored M&M's, Sixlets, items you think that you can only find online! 🙌🏽 🙌🏽 And most importantly my daughter found a roaring 20s costume for a special event and look how gorgeous she looks! She even won best costume!!! 🤩

I'm not one to leave a negative review but... I brought in balloons for my son's 1st birthday party to be filled up that I had purchased from a different party city in the area and I was told I had to schedule them 2 weeks out to be filled (which is not what the website or phone recording indicates). We also called earlier in the day just to double check that we could get the balloons filled that night and the employee on the phone said that would be no problem. The employee and manager proceeded to then get an attitude with me about it when I mentioned all of this saying that they don't do walk-ins for balloons on Fridays and Saturdays. Luckily I called the party city in Cranberry and they told me to bring them up so I could get them filled that same night. They had them all blown up in less than 10 minutes. I was more upset I had to drive all over just to get 10 balloons filled up!

This place is awful. I needed 4 little balloons and gave a 24hr notice and they wouldn’t do it! That’s what they do! How can you not blow up 4 little balloons with a days notice? Then she was rude about it. Just go to Giant Eagle or Shop N Save, they had no problem and were very nice about it

I ordered an item which was shown as in stock. To be picked up at store. Shortly after I was sent an email to tell me It wasn’t in stock n order was canceled. I would not be charged..I was charged then told it would be 3 to 5 days for refund. 😡

After driving an hour to our closest location, we had 5 minutes to shop because they decided to close at 4:00 instead of 6:00. They failed to post this change anywhere which is inconsiderate to their customers. Shelves were pretty bare from what we saw in the little time we had.
