We love mutt Manor! Been taking our dog since she was a pup. She always comes home tired. When we say daycare she sits by the door as she looks forward to going.. they do fun theme for the dogs from Halloween parties, holiday white elephant, birthday parties and more. We have board her for a long trip and she had the best time. We love mutt manor and recommend it to everyone. Even take her to get her nails and baths done.

I have been taking my dog there for over a year now and I absolutely love it! For starters I am a nurse and this daycare always send him home tired because they have the dogs play all day! He also accommodate with me and my work schedule by letting me drop him off before my shift which is super helpful! I know my dog is always having fun and not put a crate! Prices are reasonable!

Don’t let the lower rating fool you. People who don’t like living next to a dog park… this place should have. 5.0! Great people. Super kind. Very knowledgeable owners. This is a real family owned place. Not a chain! The individualized care and love shows comparatively to the chains. They plan fun activities and I’ve never seen my dog happier. Also cheapest in the area. But also hands down best one out here!

I absolutely love this daycare! My dogs love going. The staff is incredible and my dogs absolutely adore them. They do such fun activities with the dogs! Not your typical dog daycare. My dogs always have fun, always come home tired and happy. This is a safe, fun and clean place and I love it here. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Picture below of my dog enjoying a party!

I came to Mutt Manor with my 2 ½ year old German Shepherd Dog, Kyah. And my 10 year old Yorkie, Hydie. When I first saw the kennel, they gave me a tour of the entire facility. I walked into the lobby and did not even smell dog. I was very impressed with the entire facility. It smelled and looked clean. I know they are always cleaning to make sure no one gets sick. Everytime I come to drop off or pick up someone is always cleaning something. While Kyah was boarding I got ample updates on her including pictures, videos, and even facetime calls with her. Kyah got so much exercise and had so much fun with the other dogs that were there for boarding or daycare. They care so much about all the dogs that come in and you can tell from the moment you walk into the building. You can see it in how they handle the dogs and how the dogs react to them. I will go nowhere but here for boarding, daycare, or grooming. They really go above and beyond for the animals. They even explained to me that they have a schedule for when the dogs go out so everyone gets a chance to go out and enjoy the day and get some exercise so it’s a constant rotation on dogs being outside. My yorkie has a lot of anxiety as well and she was SO comfortable there! She usually HATES going places but she fit right in and had so much fun with the smaller dogs and the staff. They treated her like she was their own and spoiled her with pets and cuddles. I was amazed when I got the pictures of her and how comfortable she was with them. Also I’d love to apologize to all the people who complained about dogs barking. It’s probably my dog. She barks when she plays, she barks when she’s bored, she just barks to bark. I requested that staff leave her outside as much as possible, if I wanted her stuck inside all day she could stay home.

We left our dog at Mutt Manor while on vacation and they told us we could check Facebook for some picture updates. On the first day I could tell my baby was nervous and I felt guilty, but the next day was a whole different story. The pictures showed her smiling, sitting pretty and playing with her new friends. When we came home she was bathed and happy. I would recommend to friends

I can’t say enough good about this place! They have been taking care of my dogs for years. My dogs are so excited and happy as soon as we get the bag we put the dog food in, they know where they are going &They can’t get inside fast enough! They come home smelling clean and their nails are always done perfect. It’s nice to have someone who takes care of your dogs just like their own!! ❤️

First time but never again!!! My baby looked worse after than before. I’m absolutely certain that one of the girls there is not trained in grooming (what a horrible job) but still allowed to groom.

Avoid Mutt Manor! We took our dog Charlie to Mutt Manor in Bridgeville while we went out of town for a few days. On the third day, they called to say that Charlie had scratched his paw on a door at the facility. When Mutt Manor first reported this to us, we were led to believe that the injury was minor but that they thought it would be best to take him to the vet. However, when we subsequently talked to the vet and they provided us with photos of his injury before they stitched him, it was evident to us that his injury was not minor but rather a severe laceration requiring several stitches and would not heal easily. Mutt Manor did not contact us to take him to the vet until the day after his injury. As a result, he spent an entire day/night bleeding and free to pick on his injury which likely worsened the initial injury in the process. When we picked him up, he did not have his wound bandaged despite explicit instructions from the vet that it was very important that he stayed bandaged. We took him back to the vet and they had to reclose the wound with staples. At this point, I was very upset and I posted on this site asking for advice. It was only after this post that Mutt Manor called us. They told us it was Charlie’s fault that he had hurt himself and it was our vet’s fault the bandages came off because they must not have done it right, i.e., they put the blame on everyone except themselves.First of all, my dog never should have been placed in a situation where he could hurt himself like that. Second, every bandage that our vet put on our dog since then has stayed on perfectly so we can only assume that his initial bandage came off due to additional negligence on Mutt Manor’s part. Thirdly, Mutt Manor didn’t show any interest in how Charlie was recovering – we only heard from them after my post asking for advice. It took Charlie 3.5 weeks to recover from this injury. During this time, he was not allowed to go on walks and had to wear a cone the entire time. As you can imagine, this was very hard on Charlie, who is normally very active dog. We had to take Charlie to the vet every couple of days to get a clean bandage put on and ensure he was healing properly, and ended up paying over $1,300 in veterinarian bills. On April 18th, we sent Mutt Manor our veterinary bills and asked them to reimburse us. They did not respond.I feel we have a responsibility to warn our neighbors about this place and their treatment of Charlie. If it could happen to our baby Charlie, I feel like it could happen to your pet. I rate this business 0 stars and warn all of you to beware. There are plenty of other reputable dog boarders in our area to choose from. Avoid this one.

I have been taking my dogs there for several years for grooming. I have also boarded both dogs there and I have absolutely no complaints as fair as my dogs are concernedThey have been cared for as I can see, in a safe and clean environment. The lobby where some of the of the pups run free all seem to be happy.I have never found any suspicious marks, bites ot anything like that at any time. My babies have seen me when I pick them up always greet me in the same manner. If that behavior would change then I would have to check in further.

Absolutely positively no. If you are considering them at all, please take time to look in their outdoor areas also.Take your pet and spend your money somewhere else- there are much better options in the south hills.

Love canine club. The staff is friendly and my puppy loves it there. He gets to run and play all day while im at work. Easy drop off and pick up. Thankful they can accommodate earlier drop offs if need be. Had them give him a bath and cut his nails last week while he was there. Didn't have to go to another place after work to get his nails done saved so much time. Best nail cut and grind also. Thank you I've been raving about them he had those razor puppy nails and even after getting them cut at several places they were still bad. Not no more they are nicely cut and ground down to be perfection. Alexander loves coming to Canine Club.

Although it is an an odd area, the people there are exceptional! Our dog lives it! He needed to socialize and learn better behavior. He is showing improvement already. It is clean, there's only about a dozen dogs which is helpful. They also have training grooming, boarding etc.

The staff here has always been good to our dogs. The owner has a lot of pride and loves our dogs as if they were her own. Our three GSD come come tired from playing and if they board, they are bathed and freshened up when we pick them up.

We've been taking our three dogs to the Canine Club for awhile now and wouldn't go anywhere else! The place is very clean and they always treat our pups so well. There is an indoor/outdoor area with a garage so the dogs can go in and out as they please. It's always hit or miss when boarding your dogs, so we feel lucky to have found a place we can trust.

In light of recent news, things aren't always as they appear. This facility is top notch, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have always felt very comfortable about taking my Doberman there whether to play during the day or stay while on vacation for sometimes 10 days at a time. I have never had an issue and I highly recommend the Canine Club to anyone.

Been great to work with while getting my pup acclimated for a long stay. Pup has separation anxiety, and it's been a process to get him comfortable for both day care and boarding. Staff has been great through this process.

My girl comes here about 2 times a week for daycare and loves it! I've had problems in the past with Petco not being able to "control" her to cut her nails but they do it here no problems while she's in daycare. She comes home tired and happy. She knows when I go to put her harness on in the morning that she is going to daycare and is excited the whole way there. The staff always greets her and is happy to see her. I have never had any issues bringing her here and love that I can check in on the cameras during the day to see how she is.

I have had my dog stay here twice for 5+ days. I have nothing but good things to say about Theresa, Kayleigh and there team. Very responsive and able to accommodate my dogs specific needs and provide me with updates. Reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend for daycare or kenneling needs!

Absolutely horrible experience. Left our dog here for five days and come back and my golden retriever has white spots all over his mouth and a huge scab on his elbow. No one bothered to address either things when we checked out and we took him back to show the owner what had happened and she starts rubbing his scab( that was clearly a scab with partial pink skin showing) vigorously saying oh it’s just dirt. Then about 2 days later he starts having horrible diarrhea, took him to the vet and he tested positive for c-diff AND worms and parasites which the vet said was without a doubt from boarding and unsanitary conditions of the floors not being bleached. The owner apologized for nothing at all. Unless you want a $200 plus vet bill after boarding I suggest not going here

Excellent care. I have boarded my dogs there numerous times, when my wife and I go out of town. The staff is kind and caring. I know the dogs are happy there, as they get excited every time we drive to drop them off. And, they happily head off to the back, as I make the arrangements.

I have been a client of the Canine Club for over two years. They saved my dog's life. Bailey suffered from severe separation anxiety and could not be left alone. I started bringing Bailey to doggy daycare during the week while I was at work. The care and attention provided by the staff at the Canine Club has helped Bailey tremendously. Bailey loves going to daycare. Bailey is now a well-adjusted, happy dog. I am so thankful I found the Canine Club.

I have been going to this place for more than two years now . My dog Jack who is mastiff is been here since he was 12 weeks old and they have been taking care of him in a very gentle way . And of course he loves this place . My other dog who is a Great Dane who is not very comfortable with slightest change gets adjusted quite well . The staff makes sure she is comfortable . Highly recommend this place.

they leave the dogs out in 90 degree heat for way too long while the dogs beg at the door. blatant animal abuse do not bring your loved animals here. disgusting. if you try to tell them to let the dogs in for air and water they will ignore you and give attitude.

I currently work here and have for the past year. I treat every dog as if they were my own, I give each dog individual attention each day! You can see me and my other co workers on our cameras out in the yards, playing catch, blowing bubbles and making sure each dog is safe!

I looked at past reviews and am aware of the past incident that may have happened. We dropped off our dog Storm over a couple Thanksgiving days and she received amazing love, care and service and even a free bath to boot --- this is our new doggy care anytime we are in Pittsburgh. Ignore at your own expense.

I have been taking my dog here for years to get groomed. He has a lot of separation anxiety and is so scared if I ever had to take him any where. The groomer here is so sweet and patient with my dog and takes very good care of him.
