Horrible store. Little gremlins attack you when you walk in, and there is a portal to hell open in the back. From it emerge all kinds of supernatural creatures. The bread also grows wings and flies around the store, screaming blasphemies in many tongues.

Great grocery store to come to, I come here for a lot of different things. The only downside I think is their prices are just a little higher than some other places, good quality food but just a little higher than normal I think.

What a great experience. Ordered 2 sandwich rings for a party. The young man that took care of taking my order was absolutely wonderful. He explained the difference of each ring, servings per each ring, (large or small) and repeated all my info before hanging up. He was polite and very professional. The sandwich rings were ready on time, very fresh, looked awesome, and tasted great. Over all a great experience!! Thank you Jason!!!

No the greatest. It didn't appear to be too clean, it did have everything I needed.

This is right next to my work so it’s very convenient. I do have to walk around a lot to find what I’m looking for, I feel as if it’s not in the same layout as most Giant Eagles. The one thing that grinds my gears is the Starbucks. Every time I go, no matter the time, there is no employee there to make drinks. Always a sign that says “will be right back”. (It’s less convenient for me to drive down to the busy intersection where the other Starbucks is and find parking then drive out of that intersection.)

Some advertised specials not available. The store floor plan is bad. You have to walk all over the place to get your grocery items. I went home without a couple of things because I didn't want to walk back to the opposite end of the store to get them. I spoke with 3 different employees and although polite they were all disgruntled with their jobs. The store opens at 8AM but some departments are not open yet ie., the deli, meat department or bakery. A lot of 1/2 filled shelves. Very disappointing.

I found the items I intended to purchase, and a 'Sock It To Me Pecan Pudding Cake. The deliciousness of that cake alone invites my return. The check out operator--older woman--was a delightful gem--polite, friendly, helpful. The visit was on my first month anniversary of relocating from the DMV.Most surprising to me is local workers in the retail environments--IKEA, Shop and Save, Giant Eagle, Men's Warehouse, and Walmart don't acknowledge the customer. I've walked by department members and managers without a greeting or acknowledgement. Retail establishments in the Washington, DC area reign highly supreme to the businesses in Bridgeville, Heidelberg, Carnegie, and Robinson.Come on folks, the customer is the reason for your work!

Very bad experience. They didn't at 7am as posted. I had to wait for them to open and then their bakery didn't have any doughnuts in the case. What a waste

This is a smaller location but they have a lot. They don't have the scan and go scanners. It's an older store but clean and well kept.

I just had a birthday and turned 58. Apparently, my drivers license expired, so, based on this, Giant Eagle, refused to sell me two beers, citing they needed to protect themselves from underage drinkers.I have been a regular customer for 20 years. Do you ever get tired of bureaucracy, IT control, and poor common sense? Well, Giant Eagle has their policies but I do too. I am never shopping Giant Eagle again.Have you noticed the rough and rude service over the last few years? The worsening condition of the stores? And, the prices? I urge everyone to go to the better stores when they know how to treat their customers.Vote with your dollars.

This store is one of my favorite places to buy groceries. They have alot of items that other stores don't have. I especially like their Prepared Foods. Shrimp Alfredo, Baked Salmon, Rotisserie Chicken & Fried Chicken. So good !

Good selection, but a bit pricey, depending on what you buy. I mostly buy gallon jugs of bottled water at this Giant Eagle because it's only .75 cents. I'd give it 5 stars but there is no PA lottery available here.

This is one of the nicer Giant Eagle locations. The store is larger than some of the others and has a pretty good selection of products. It's not the biggest and nicest one I've been to, but is better than the other location nearby that is quite small. They often have good deals if you have a Giant Eagle rewards card.

I am SO sick and tired of getting meat that is no good. We purposely go and spend more money at the Market District because their quality of meat is better.Last time over the summer we bought pork chops at this Giant Eagle (because it's close to home) - got to camp the next day and the pork chops were bad. Less than 24 hours? Really? The manager refunded the money when we got home, but that's not the point. We tried again the other day and I go to make the roast - it's hard as a rock. Not only am I angry, but I'm hungry and angry we wasted more of our money at this Giant Eagle. Never again. They really need to look at the quality of the meat they're selling. The only reason I did not give a 1 star is because of their pharmacy team.

Good selection of food items, and it looks like they did some updating with their aisles. However, their check out lines and computer registers need updated. Hope to see this one updated like Brentwood Towne Center's GE.

This Giant Eagle should be better than it is. Obvious signs of being poorly managed. I don't like using the cashiers because they are more interested in chatting than checking out customers. They bag things the wrong way. Self checkouts flash a lot and receipts are often not readable. People don't come over to help for long periods. Employees in the store not wearing masks or wearing improperly during the pandemic. I use this store because of convenience only due to location. There are some good Giant Eagle stores, this isn't one of them.

This has long been a poorly managed store. They are frequently out of stock on popular items... I know its a pandemic, but it dates back well before that. Cans on the shelves are often dusty on top. Today the entire butcher shop was closed. The beer and wine sales procedure is ridiculous (I know that's because of the ridiculous state laws). Check out people, who have been there a number of years, often have trouble with simple tasks, like figuring out how to manage coupons. NO ONE ever smiles there (okay, there's one woman, but she's the exception). The happiest employee seems to be the security guard -- at least he's pleasant. One look at management to explain this type of systemic difficulty.

Not the nicest, nor the best stocked of the Giant Eagle locations.Older store, older parking lot, and less size make this GE a little less "fancy" than some of the newer ones. Oddly enough, it seems to take just as long to get in and out of here as it does the much larger one in Settler's Ridge. Part of that may be that the shopping center it sits in is oddly configured and usually busy.It does stock all the basics and then some with a decent deli and bakery section.

It’s become so difficult to shop here anymore, especially for a quick trips. They do not offer shopping baskets anymore, so you either have to deal with a large cart or juggle items by hand. When you get to the self check out, you can’t use the line because you can’t scan Advantage cards from phones and they won’t let you check out without using an advantage card. It’s not 1990, people don’t carry membership cards anymore! So you have to start all over again in a long line, but when you walk forward to scan your advantage card the person behind you blocks the credit card reader. For some reason they have moved the credit card readers to the beginning of the belt! With a cart, you have to walk forward to scan your advantage card, then asked the entire line to take five steps backwards so you can get to the card reader, then turn around and walk back to the other end to get your groceries. It’s stupid and no other store in the region does things this way.

I went to Giant Eagle to purchase a Western Union Money Transfer. The person that I did business with was very respectful and considerate. My sister is a cashier at a different Giant Eagle and is a very wonderful person.

I’ve been coming to this giant eagle for a while and today my son hit his head on the cart while running and the gentleman at the seafood department was so kind and gave him some ice to put on his head and gave me some advice to not let him take a nap for a little!

Good selection most of the time, usually clean. However, when it's busy, management apparently has no idea how to handle it. Everytime it gets a little busy, lines are backed up and shelves are bare.

Very clean and organized. The isles are wide. Most of the staff are friendly. They also have a very wide variety of products.
