All the staff members were very friendly and eager to help me and answered all of my questions. They have a great selection of games, accessories, and pre-owned items for sale at cheaper prices. The highlight of my visit was that I bought the new COD for my son's Xbox S, which was marked as being $69.99. However,ihit ot the game for under $54 due to a sale going on. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because their pre-owned XBox controllers were only about $5 cheaper than a brand new controller, which was only $59.19. But the staff was great and helped out tremendously!!! I appreciate all of the help and dealing with my many questions with grace and patience. I highly recommend that kiddingl

Loved going to this branch because it’s so close to home. Pokémon Obsidian flames came out the other day and saved up some money to get a good bit of packs and was met with attitude because, apparently I grabbed too many. They need to have a sign limiting the amount you can get if it is a problem. I was made to feel stupid. Don’t go if you’re expecting to get a lot of packs.

Grate place for your kids. Most importantly you will enjoy a lot!! Foods are also available there. Go and play games and eat pizza, drink soft drinks. It’ll be a great family time.

I know what they say about GameStop...however, I've always had great experiences whenever I shopped there. Usually when I hear horror stories, it wasn't the person telling me the story who was wronged..instead it was a "friend of a friend" or "1 million views-per-clip YouTube streamer" whose video they happened to watch.Regardless, I've only seen the positive side. Just like any store, always make sure to check the receipt before leaving the store.Oh, and make sure to check out the awesome selection of pop culture toys and memorabilia. Best one you'll find in an actual store, period.

Bad in person support in 2019. But since 2022 I haven't even had to go to a store in person because I can get same day delivery of games and controllers to my house within a hour or two like Doordarsh or uber eats, and way quicker than amazon shipping. And If I really can't wait they have stores unlike amazon I can just show up if I need to.

My son and I love this store it also has good deals and for the majority a well informed staff. The place is well kept and organized. They employees always are polite and helpful even when my son wants to ask a million question.

While they did not have what I was looking for, the woman working was pleasant and helpful. She advised what store might have what I was looking for! I also liked to walk around and see the cool memorabilia that they sell now. APES STRONG 💪

I asked if they had the piece I needed. They said yes. I said cool, I'm lyfting, I'll be there soon. I show up, ask for it, and what do you know it's not available. Happened to be the fourth time they've let me down and considering I only go when it's absolutely important, it's totally devastating. I'll never go here again. Being in the restaurant industry, I hate rating other businesses but this is deserved 100 fold. This business has cost me over 250 dollars easily. If only I'd learned my lesson earlier but such is life.

Not a frequent gamer, stopped in to purchase a used game. Not only are the prices borderline offensive (used games 4 times the prices of new games from any online store, no joke!), the young staff were extremely rude. I witnessed one lash out at a young child over absolutely nothing, making him cry right in front of the parent rather than take appropriate action and speak to the one responsible for the kid. As for buying, it is clearly only worth purchasing anything if you are a member of its rewards system, but no one seemed to care to give any details about that. Overall, I'd recommend anywhere over this place- even the Washington Game Stop, for a friendlier (and more spacious) environment, and suggest that the Bridgevile staff take courses in how to appropriately handle its customers, especially ones with younger children.

How does it say “staffs get temperature checks”? Not true at all. I was once an employee there and the employees barely washed their hands let alone clean counters/door handles. What a pun!

The staff here is always friendly. Every time I come in they help me figure out exactly what I'm looking for and point me in the right direction. Even if I can't find what I'm looking for I can talk to them about future games that are coming out and have a full conversation with them. I feel very comfortable every time I come in and I feel like it's the best gamestop store I have ever visited

Would not honor trade in price from gamestop.com for xbox one. Website clearly states the trade in value and validity through 6/12. Store claims it must be a glitch in the website because store values it at half of the website value. Suggest calling the store before wasting a trip or considering a different store.

Walked in doing last minute Christmas shopping. Looking for a game I had been hunting for, for weeks. The staff checked and double checked until they found it. Now they have a customer in me always for taking the time to make sure my kid had what she wanted.

GameStop website site list multiple items that are for sale only at the store however the store buy their own admittance stated that GameStop's website is often wrong about their on par levels and they struggle to keep items in the store or to obtain them the order do yourself a favor don't go to the store go to another GameStop that's in Pittsburgh. GameStop only carries the top 100 used ps4 games. I liked being able to go in and see a selection of all the ps4 games and sometimes finding a gem that’s new to me.
