A small market with big choices. We reveled in the fresh fruits and veggies. The coffee bar had many choices and the meat and deli had great meat and cheese. Try the soap!!

The woman working in the sushi department this morning is the best! Great customer service, she is so sweet and saw me looking and offered me help and described the different options I had! I asked if she had the spicy salmon since it wasnt on the shelf and she had one already prepared ready to go. Wish I had asked for her name, I wasn't planning on getting anything but she sold me. Her arrangements also look SO beautiful!

I truly wish we lived closer. We always enjoy walking through here, it is an experience in and of itself. The employees are always helpful and the selection is nothing short of incredible. Pictures speak louder than words...so here is a ton.... You OWE it to yourself to go here... BTW management I think the employees should have off all day Thanksgiving... I know it is a business decision to cater to the customer but the employees deserve it off.

Nice store. Clean and the people that work here are very nice and helpful. Always willing to answer questions or help me find what I want. Decent prices and sales that can be better than other stores.would recommend.

First, start by saying that the store and the employees are great. However, due to lack of employees, the deli closes extremely early. I am leaving now at 4:55 PM on a Monday without deli meat. Yesterday I was here at 4:30 and the deli counter, was closed again also. So FYI, if you need deli meat, I would get here around noon during the week. Also, a posted sign with the current hours would be appreciated.

A terrific neighborhood store, always has what I am looking for. I was literally in and out in 2 min for a last minute item I needed for a recipe. The store is clean and well stocked..and their flowers were so nice I snapped a few pics.

A nice variety of organic the lettuce and in other greens often are wilted. The fruit is good so we're the meats. I've never found fresh romaine there yet

Cute store, healthy hard to find foods are found here! I feel it's a mix between Market District and Trader Joe's...I bought mushroom coffee, a bag for $9...been wanting to try it. Love it btw...they have multiple varieties of of it.Lots of fruit, produce! Lots of varities of fruits ...bought a sack of 12 apples for $1.To be honest, I googled Japanese Sweet Potatoes near me, bc I couldn't find them anywhere. This place popped up. They are here!!! Found some great ethics finds! Kimchi! Great place!As far as all the complainers^^ the day I went, had enough staff...there's was 1 person I'm front of me in line....many places are/ were short staffed since covid, this wasnt...this place was great.To also respond to another previous review:To say someone was rude at the deli and told the customer to write their order and come back, what did you want her to do? Grow 5 arms? Learn patience and compassion and empathy and then come back to write reviews on businesses.....Have a great day..Can't go wrong to come in the store and have a look around....

Not only has the deli been closed many times, but today was a less than pleasant experience despite someone working. The woman was very rude and told me “I’m just one person you have to write your order down and come back in 30 minutes.” I’m sorry this doesn’t work when you have limited time. I will go elsewhere. Please hire workers to staff your overpriced store. If you want to get high prices, you need to pair service with that.

Fresh fruits and vegetables..lot of groceries available specially for vegans...their bakery had good products along with organic produce..Best supplements also available in this store..Must visit store for good produce purchase for whole family

I had a wonderful time at this store. Store was very clean and neat and Employee Alea went above and beyond for my shopping experience at this store. I’m sure she was busy doing other things but she saw that I was looking around hopelessly and helped me find the items I was looking for! She even took the time to see if there was anything else I needed and really made my time at this store excellent. Usually when I’m at a store it takes employees ages to realize I need help but Alea came to my rescue right away! Amazing customer service experience here thanks to Alea! I will definitely continue to shop here!

Clean store, great weekly deals, helpful staff. $5 sushi Wednesdays are great for a quick lunch. I enjoy the range of products offered. The fresh produce is always a good selection. I have found that their flowers are one of the best compared to other stores in the area.

Fresh Thyme is my new favorite grocery store. I love this place! Shiny and pretty like Whole Foods, cheaper prices like Aldi. It's the best of both, really. My kids like the little carts and that they can pick a piece of fresh fruit from the bins in front.

Update Sept 23rd. Sigh. My rating has dropped from 5*, to 3*, to 1*. Open up registers, please. I don't want to weigh each of my produce items. Happy to update this when you hire workers. This is not the same Fresh Thyme that I grew to love. ---- I am a huge FT fan. However, if you aren't going to have registers open, you need to pay me to ring myself out. Pass the savings along to me for doing the job of an employee that you don't want to hire.

This store is nice. It is easy to find items and you can buy many fresh items.Pro tip: you can also buy alcohol here. Have your ID handy and make sure you are 21+. 🤟🏽

About a week ago, I encountered a cashier named Cheryl and Dana was when a woman in the line, just started ranting and raving, yelling and complaining and carrying on! It shocked everyone, but Cheryl handled things so professionally! Dana did as well.And then, this evening, I witnessed something I have never seen in my entire life… It was late, people were getting last minute items and the amazing cashier Joe V. was the kindest, congenial, professional, the brightest light I have ever seen in any store, in my entire life. He was serving each and everyone of his customers, as if we were royalty. I would go back and shop at the store, just to encounter him! The employees here, including Cheryl, Dana, and Joe. V. should be given raises and applauded by this corporation! If I would’ve saved my receipt., I would be doing something online for them through the store site. I hope they are compensated for being as they choose to be for this company.

Great Store, we love the deals on produce and the meat/seafood counter is fantastic. Hummus selection is the largest around. Beer and wine has a nice selection too.

Fresh Thyme used to be my "go to" place for fresh fruits and vegetables... but,sadly after today, no longer. There was little 'fresh' about their produce and many things were well past their 'prime thyme'. Many shelves were bare and I'm finding that the 'supply chain issues' excuse should no longer be seen as valid... c'mon, we're 3 years out now. I was also quite astonished by the miniature vegetables that were in stock. I've never seen squash that small before! It was pretty much suitable for my grand-daughter's Barbie house. I find it sad to see stores I've enjoyed so much in the past go downhill so far.

Love this store. Freshly baked breads and rolls are delicious. Meat department is exceptional. Best steaks at good prices. Love their ground beef for hamburgers. They make their own sausages and I think their hot sausage and breakfast sausage are very tasty. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and well priced with great deals on their weekly produce specials.

The products that fresh thyme market carries such as produce is hard to beat, is a bit expensive but great quality. The employees are really a hit or miss though, for example upon going to the deli I was told "we aren't open, we are way to busy" before I even asked for anything? It was 5pm on a Saturday and I felt that this was unusual. One another trip I had an employee aggressively bag my groceries, tossing bread and numerous soft vegetables/fruits. When paying a premium for this stores products I expect a great experience all around. I also on a separate occasion purchased two salt grinders (fresh thyme brand) and both completely broke open on two of my dinner dishes. After a third time of coming to the store and having a bad experience, I decided I won't return. For the money you pay to shop at a store such as fresh thyme you expect to be treated with respect and to be greeted by a friendly employee, also the quality of their house brand products such as both salt shakers breaking just doesn't live up to the price. Will defiantly take my business to Whole Foods or local groceries from here forth.
