Their bike section was half of one aisle, they only had two bicycle tires on the shelf and they were enormous sizes that are basically useless (too big for a full size mountain bike or anything smaller). On my way out the door all the employees were standing at the registers loudly trash-talking another customer and how they "should've went to Walmart" well that's exactly where I'm going because they actually stock bike tires unlike this "sporting good store".

They don't sell ammo in bulk and do not have 5.7x 28mm bullets other than that store was ok the firearms are wayyyyy over priced ... But there are different strokes for different folks...

Store charged my bank card, then refunded and charged again because the register messed up. One day later they charged my card for a third time. Seemingly uninterested in doing anything to fix this on any level and have to deal with the bank affidavit for fraudulent charge to get my money back. From employees statements their POS system is old, slow and buggy so it happens and they don't care to make it right themselves. I would recommend if you shop here to pay in cash.

Seemed like the prices were high and the inventory small… stood around at the firearms counter for 10min in view of a couple of staff who were unpacking boxes nearby…. but nobody acknowledged me, except to walk around me into the back. So I left. :/Online the site said they had a pistol I wanted in-stock and would have purchased it, but didn’t feel important enough after being ignored. Didn’t see the optic I wanted, but nobody to ask.

The personnel were helpful, their discount jeans are a good value... I hope. I wandered around the store while waiting for an appointment nearby and my impression is that the store is a bit cluttered with merchandise, though with Christmas around the corner having a lot of stock on could be a good thing. What I did find that was annoying was the lighting, the store is dim. The shelving to the right of the gun counter, the location of hunting etc supplies, NEEDS more light. Overall the store needs to rethink its lighting, it is poorly lit and made me reluctant to look closely at their stock.

Shopped in the firearms department Friday 2022Rather knowledgeable & friendly staff.Purchased a handgun there got a very reasonable price on it.Got home started reading the manual, it was after all a Friday late afternoon so I had a really long day at work decided to finish reading the manual Saturday morning.Finished reading the manual for my new handgun.Which I recommend everybody do, before you use any firearm.So I want to learn my new firearm inside and out.I keep the manual handy in front of me at my workstation and I start to field strip my new handgun.I got to the part where you remove the Crimson Trace laser.Unfortunately after following the instructions reading them over and over again I could not free the laser from inside the frame.They're also was another issue with the laser shutting off with a sudden movement.I was very disappointed.It is very unfortunate to purchase something new and it does not work correctly.Most people would blame covid.I contacted Dunham's to see what could be done.Unfortunately some of the staff was not there and the ones that were, did not have enough knowledge with the lasers in cased in the frame.I called the manufacturer Monday morning and explain the situation.They do believe that there is a possible defect.(This is the type of luck I do have.)(If it was not for bad luck, I would not have any luck at all.)To sum this up I had to send my new firearm back to the manufacturer so that they could rectify the situation.I cannot blame Dunham's for a defective item from the manufacturer.

I had shopped at this Dunham’s location twice in the past two weeks. My first experience was not the best, they were short staffed, but doing the best they could with the number of customers and limited employees. As I waited in the store for help I wrote a bad review in the moment. After reading my review, after the experience I had. I decided that it was unfair and they deserved a second chance. I went last night to buy some sports equipment for my children’s activities, they were very personable, helpful, professional and on task. They helped me with all my needs and wants and had me in and out the store in a very timely manner with all they items I needed. I will continue to go to this location to buy all my sporting good needs.

Awesome product selection from all of my favorite local teams and the brands we have grown to associate with the top of their line. I could spend days just browsing so the hours I actually do spend in the store is nothing even close. If ur a sports lover or player as well as hunter or just target shooter then they have the things you want and need in your lives. Can't wait to go back again soon!

On one hand, it's a chain store. You s3 one, you've seen them all. On the other hand, is the people that make the difference. I don't want to be weird and calm anyone out by name, but part of what keeps me coming to this branch is the familiar friendly faces when I go in. I've gotten to know, to some extent, a handful of the people here and they make it worth the drive.Overall it's decently well stocked and the process are good to great, especially if you watch the sales and have coupons.Get their app!

I came in here Tuesday March 19 2019 to purchase my first gun ever. I thought it was gonna be a great experience but it was far from great. First all when I walked in no one greeted me until I was already waiting and looking 5 mins into walking thru the whole store, secondly they just treated me like a criminal asking if I had felonies several times I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t walk in to purchase a fire arm being a felon. The service was in professional and they have some kid who looks like he is in high school still selling the firearms. I’m sure he knows a little bit of what he is talking about but for some of the weapons there I think someone a little bit more older with more knowledge would have been more appropriate

Pretty awful. Not clean, smells, nothing is in the right place and clothes are just scattered everywhere. When I was there is was pretty young kids running the place and they didn't even know how to unlock the fitting room door. I'm sure with the other sports stores near by it is struggling, but it definitely needs a make over to stay alive!

I’m from out of town and had to stop in for some golf balls today. The guy running the register (and seemed to be running the whole place) was awesome. Super friendly and the pricing was great. Highly recommend this place!!

A little pricey, but overall they have a good selection, from clothes, shoes, kids apparel, sporting goods, guns, ammo, etc, the staff is friendly and helpful...Dunhams has been a neighborhood favorite for over 30 years.

Management randomly decides what they should place out in the store in season or not. I have been told they did not put out fishing gear because it was out of season, it was middle of fall season which is best time to catch trout, fishing season does not end. They keep other sporting apparel out all year around, assuming to much hassle to take down and out back up. I have to go to other dunhams locations to get what i am looking for, which know when seasons start and end.

I love this place to death. They always have sales going on and the service is impeccable. Very good sporting goods store. Place they have almost any ammo that you would be looking for and it's really really cheap.

Great store with better prices than its competitors. I believe the store could use an updated interior design, However, its basic store design is still the same as when it opened. A facelift would do the store some good.

The cashier was very rude to me. She would not even try to coupon I had. She just said it wouldn't work then she was on her phone the whole transaction. The sale signs there are also misleading.

Didn't have my husbands shoe size in stock for the shoes he wanted. But ther than that, the store is clean.

The only place that has youth size baseball cleats at a very reasonable price and the staff was extremely nice. Definitely coming back.
