Love this little pet store! I've been going here for as long as I can remember! They genuinely care about the animals. It's not all about sales, unlike alot of other Corp companies we all know today.Definitely recommend going here for your pets needs! Prices are appropriate, just depends on what you're there for..They have a great big selection of pet food & treats, along w other animal "homes" (tanks, cages, accessories, etc.)

As a previous employee of Burton's Total Pet I can attest to the level of care given to their animals. There was never at time where an animal went with out food or water. It was the FIRST THING to do in the morning. They were always checked at the end of the night as well. If an animal is sick, it is taken away from the stress and commotion of the public eye and given a warm quiet area to recover while getting the appropriate medial care.There is NO BETTER place than Burton's when you are looking to adjust your pet's diet. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about their brands and are always ready to assist their customers. The prices at Burton's CANNOT be beat! It is the only place I can find reasonable prices for the best quality of pet foods.

By far the best pet shop I have ever been to. I don't know why people are saying the shelves are dirty and the people are uneducated. Everybody there is nice and they are very well educated!! I went to another pet store and got a Guinea pig they didn't even know what gender it was, but Burtons knew exactly what gender it was!!

Working here was the worst experience ever. I was fired because the new cashier wanted my position as a supervisor so he told my manager I was talking about her and the company. Cindy says I was looking for trouble in the fish room, but I was only pointing out everything that is wrong because the fish person Ken doesn't know what he is doing. Also the reptiles aren't taken care. The red footed tortoise hasn't had her substrate changed ever since I started working there so for 1 year and 8 months. She is sick too. Doing the B&B's I always come across them not being taken of either. A lot of the time the animals have no water and they are sitting in their own poop. Cindy doesn't care about the animals. What she doesn't understand is she is dragging the company to the ground. She is so rude and is always disrespecting customers unless you know her well. She is always insulting employees in front of customers. She even called my anorexic to a few customers. Do Not work here. It is so corrupt! So if anyone is wondering were the girl with red hair went now you know the truth!

I spend about 100.00$ a month on my dogs. I bought a muzzle for my dog that was way too small. Tried to exchange it for a larger size, and was told in a nasty tone by the manager, "there's a sign over there that says no returns or exchanges on muzzles!" I hope that 12.00$ muzzle is worth a lifetime of business....no business sense at all.

Great little pet store! I called ahead for charcoal bones for my dog and they had them waiting at the counter for me. Great employees!

Very rude, racist, uneducated staff I asked a simple question got yelled at, and then asked if they had any hand sanitizer after touching a pet and they said "your brown, hand sanitizer won't make you cleaner" and told me a lot of other terrible things, horrible place I go to take my son to look at pets and get racist slurs instead
