It's cool, it's a store. It's not an incredible amazing enchanted adventure, but there isn't anything wrong with it, other than the regular stuff that's already wrong with everything, like the fact that it's just one more temple of the endless sprawl of unnecessary consumer fodder intended to generate ceaseless commerce for its own sake with little to no regard for quality, value, utility, or even relevance, of course. They sometimes have some cool stuff, and the people at the checkout were nice, friendly, etc. I found a neat stretchy avocado container thing that sounds like a hand drum. Sounds good! Like a djimbe or a slightly loose doumbek... No complaints...

I went in to buy a blender and look at the couches and they start accusing me of trying to steal the blender when I was just looking at the couches. The people in this store are very stereotypical. SMH😑

I buy my single serve brew cups here because I can get a box of 80 for a good price. About $24. Good Friday they were $6 cheaper so I got 2 boxes.

Big Lots is a great a store with many options at a substantially lower price than Walmart. I am thankful for an affordable place to get the daily needs.They do not sell cereal, bread or milk, or baby supplies though.The staff was helpful but not to enthusiastic to be there.

If I could I would not give it any stars. I went to buy a matching couch and love seat. Only one left of each. I told them to hold them and that I’d be back in an hour or two to purchase it. They said that was fine that they would hold it for me. They never mentioned anything about a fee or anything to hold them. When I went back to buy it the guy there told me they already sold both of them to someone else and walked away. I was pretty upset and found a different worker who wasn’t much help at all either if any other stores have the matching set. He gave me a list of stores that only have the couch. I wanted both the couch and love seat though he wasn’t much help at all. I wouldn’t recommend buying furniture here or shopping at this store at all. The staff is rude and incompetent and they aren’t much help at all. Will not be going back.

Big Lots is a great place to shop. They have really good deals & if you join their Rewards Program, it's even better. Coupons delivered right to your Email. Workers are very friendly and do their best to help you if you should need it.

Always find that there is something off when I go in here. I bought a zero gravity chair from this store last summer and there was a part missing from it. I had to go back and tell the manager about the missing part. We went back and looked at the other chairs and I found the missing part. They didn't even so much as apologize about this. Also the employees here are usually mouthy and impolite. I've never had an encounter here with an employee, who wasn't a manager, that wasn't rude.

Had the item I was looking for as I purchased online for store pick up.Great deals on their after Christmas sale.Store was unorganized as they are moving items around to prepare for Valentine's decorations and candy.Salespeople weren't the friendliest.

A store with a little bit of everything. I'll admit I dislike Christmas music, Big Lots doesn't force it on you song after song on the in-store radio. Great product selection, amazing and friendly staff. Great ambiance. Family-oriented shopping for everyone!

Well stocked, good employees who helped which was appreciated. The delivery option provided was a disapointment. No response to voice mail. Did respond to text, but needed 2 days to deliver a futon locally when I was told next morning. Contentious back and forth to set it up had me cancelling and doing it myself, which saved me $70.Rather than just handing the customer the delivery guys card, it might be a better call for the store to facilitate the delivery process

Washington was very nasty with us! If Rob was there I'm sure our experience would have been alot better as well as the other customers that were there as well. Bridgeville employees were a little better but the boss Big Ed was fantastic! He helped us the best! Also why is furniture so hard to come by? Why must you wait 6-8 weeks just to get what you want?

Best big lots that I've ever been in. Besides the mckees rocks store that is now closed. The Bridgeville store is way more organized and cleaner than the Ross township store. They also have bigger and better stock than Ross township.

Big Lots in Heidelburg can be a great store if you catch it on the right day. It's generally an 'Ok' store moat of the time. This Big Lots has a good selection of food, toys, furniture, and seasonal items. There is a smaller electronics section, as well as some auto items, cleaning supplies, storage bins, etc.The store is generally pretty clean and well stocked with the items that I'd consider 'standard'. The staff is helpful and friendly, though at times, I've noticed that they can be slightly understaffed at times, leading to some long lines at times or some long waits if you're buying furniture.The only issue I have with the store is that sometimes if you're looking for something specific, you'd better buy it, because it may not be there the next time. That can be rather frustrating with certain items...Atkins bars come to mind as something they have really good prices on, but don't necessarily always have them in stock.All in all, a good store for what it is. You're not going to find Macy's quality clothes, or jewelry from Tiffanys, but a decent store overall.

Thanks for such great associates, online adds, products and services! Although online is how I found exactly what I was searching for,  your site led me to the Bridgeville store where I could  pick it up without having to order it online.I called to make sure they had it. Although the young woman who answered the phone didn't know me, she held this gift for me and I am so grateful!!Thanks so much for hiring such a nice person!! Also, thank goodness you still have  brick and mortar stores for easy going or fast, last minute purchases which satisfy customers like myself!!Bridgeville was 30 miles away,  but worth the  time and effort in the snow/rain mixture to buy this King Size Burgundy Sherpa Comforter Set. The Brideville associate's are so nice and the store is immaculate. Everything had it's place, yes, it was amazing to see such organization.I purchased this comforter set to  make sure my bestest friend stays warm in their new home beyond Christmas. I gave the gift yesterday, as weather conditions change daily. My friend loved the color and feel of the set. I am so happy with your Living Colors Sherpa bedding selections. They are made for comfort and will last for years.Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all Big Lots  personnel in Bridgeville, anyone who reads this... and beyond.
