January 2022 I bought a 2009 Subaru Forester with about 85k miles on it. The initial purchasing process went very smoothly. Doug wasn’t too pushy and we eventually landed on what seemed to be a fair price. The paperwork was completed efficiently and I was quickly on my way with my new purchase which Doug assured me was in good condition. Just a few weeks later the problems began. As of January 2023, I have driven the car just under 7,000 miles and have had to replace the power steering pump, rack and pinion, lower control arm, rear brakes and calipers, tie rods, and spark plugs. I have put thousands of dollars worth of work into this car that I wasn’t expecting. Now I am looking to sell the car in an attempt to recover from what has turned out to be my biggest financial regret. Although the buying process was smooth I couldn’t recommend Cool Breeze Auto any less. Buyer beware

They made sure I was comfortable with the size of my SUV, the payment, and I didn't have to put any more down payment then what I originally planned to. I LOVE my new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee! I just purchased my BMW Z3 Roadster from Cool Breeze Auto and I could not be happier. Linsey and Jennifer and the staff were very friendly and supportive.The sales manager Doug Kemmer was extremely helpful and patient with us and allowed us ample time to look over the vehicle and to take it for a test drive 2 days in a row. There was a concern about the vehicle the day before and he took measures to clarify the issue when we came back the following day to purchase. Great hospitality and very knowledgeable and accommodating, he seems to really care that his customers are satisfied with the car and the offer. Doug was such a pleasure to work with, great to talk to and seems genuinely trustworthy. I believe I have a good car. It really is a Breeze to work with the folks at Cool Breeze Auto. Absolute 5 star experience, No gimmicks, Top notch service. After visiting many lots and spending hours on the internet I became discouraged. I then discovered Cool Breeze Auto. They are located over an hour away from me but I am so glad I took that ride to check out a truck. I bought that truck. Doug was not pushy. He was very patient, informative and honest. Bought a used Jeep at Cool Breeze Auto. Doug & his staff were very helpful and provided a Carfax to me. Following a no-pressure test drive, we were able to negotiate a deal that was good for both of us. A few very minor issues were quickly addressed and Doug was always prompt in any follow-ups. Would definitely recommend CBA to others.

Looked at 7 dealerships over two weeks to find a car for our son to take to college. This by far was the best car available in our budget and at the most reasonable price. Car had low miles, was clean, rust free and mechanically sound. Doug and Lynsey were responsive , fair and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend this dealership!

Cool Breeze Auto was not the first place I’d of thought to buy but we took a chance, and we are happy that we did. Although they didn’t have a huge selection I feel that they select solid vehicles to sell. They were very nice, and pleasant to work with. It rebuilds your faith on the “little dealerships”.I would absolutely buy from again and recommend to family/friends!!

I definitely recommend Cool Breeze Auto if you're looking for a quality used vehicle. I can't say enough about the fantastic customer service Lynsey, Jen and Doug provided. They weren't pushy but, very informative. I was interested in two vehicles and they answered all my questions. They had the Car Fax available for the vehicles which helped me make a decision. I researched the 2010 Mazda CX9 on line and discovered that year model had issues with the water pump. I came back a few days later and told Doug I wasn't interested in the Mazda because of the potential problems with the water pump. He said "Lucky for you we replaced the water pump in the Mazda a month ago" I returned from the test drive of the other vehicle which was my second choice. When I returned Doug showed me the repair bill from an independent service center. In addition to the water pump there were many other minor items replaced. Which brought the vehicle up to perfect working condition. That sealed the deal for me! I realized Cool Breeze Auto wanted to sell quality vehicles at a fair price. They didn't want to pass off a problem vehicle to their customers. Honestly, what else could you ask for when you're looking for a used vehicle. They didn't have a large selection (Just as most dealers are experiencing right now) but, all the vehicles were in very good condition. We use this place whenever we need a used car. We’ve always been treated fairly. The prices are always reasonable and usually better than most others. We always understand we are purchasing a used car so we ask for any records they have or inspections and they are quick to provide us this information.
