Low quality stuff with pathetic customer service. Many things are stale and expired & unfortunately they wouldn’t return it. Please be aware that even the unopened items which bought by mistake or so will not be returned as it states on their receipt. Stay away from this store. Hygiene is another issue. There are plenty of very nice and clean stores near by. I won’t be shopping here and make sure to share this with my friends.

I was specifically looking for paneer (Indian "cottage cheese ", don't be fooled. This cheese is nothing like the stuff in tubs at the grocery stores!). I could have gone to Whole Foods or Wegmans, but then I would miss out on the huge variety of other Indian offerings, not to mention spending too much. Bibi's may be added to my regular shopping. I really enjoy the flavors and cooking, having this shop in the area is wonderful!

This place is the worst. The people who own it are rude in just about every way imaginable. Last time I was there all the Indian snacks were expired. Check the dates at this place. I’m sad it’s the closest store.

When we moved into this area, we had to travel some distance to MacArthur Street for supplies. Babies grocery store and catering service was a godsend and we often get fresh samosas from her and shop here. Certainly recommend it for you Indian cuisine fix.

Fresh groceries, fresh vegetables, samosas, both frozen and fresh. Good selection of spices and seasonings, prices are very reasonable. And they keep adding new products. I'm so glad they are in the neighborhood now. The owners are very nice, always helpful Feels a bit like home, walking around the store, smelling the spices and seeing things from your childhood. I love this store and I will continue to shop here.

I have been looking for an Indian grocery store in the area forever and I am so happy I found this place. They have a great selection of all the Indian spices, herbs, peppers, and curries that you need. Last time I went I got a bunch of spices and some samosas. The prices are great and the owners are super friendly. Come here to add some spice to your life! 🌶

This is not your typical Asian/ Indian grocery store- it outdoes any other one I have ever been to (been to many). Not only are their products all fresh but they offer numerous organic options for beans lentils etc. and they make it so easy to do curbside pick up- huge convenience especially these days! Sonia went above and beyond to make sure my order was complete and ready on time. As a mom, it was a huge life saver for me. Hands down the best in the Lehigh Valley!

Finally my area has an "Indian grocery store." Not sure that's an official title, but sometimes it is. It's not huge, but has a great selection of all the common items. Why go here? Spices here are always cheaper than in big grocery @stores, and in larger volume. If you use a lot of cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, clove, coriander, fresh ginger, hot peppers, or tea, you will find good amounts (no small bottles or cans) at better prices. I hope this shop gets to expand one day as the convenience is understated.

Good selection for such a small shop. Homemade sweets & samosas are delicious. Community bulletin board is helpful too; that’s how I found out about other Indian run businesses in the area. Good location!edited to add: the curbside service is really helpful right now. Was able to send order via WhatsApp & get the things that I needed; Sonia let me know if anything was out of stock. Very convenient & necessary service while stay at home order is in place. Thanks.

Went in there during Dushera of 2022 and I had to purchase Laxmi’s statue which was small and cute and some few groceries. I was standing in a line when the owner call me and was trying to help me out with the purchase in another lane which I’ve never seen them using it. As I was trying to pay for my purchase, the wife of the owner started speaking in her language and pull the money out of my hand. I didn’t know that her husband didn’t ring Laxmi’s statue, I gave everything to him so I can check out. She could have just been little nice about it and it wasn’t even my fault. After that I visited today on January of 2023, they act so cold towards you. Taking my business somewhere else. I literally have to look around all the dates while shopping cuz most of them are expired but still stays on the shelves. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

This is by far the best Indian store in the entire Allentown, Bethlehem area. They have good fresh vegetables and the people working there are really good and helpful. The old uncle and aunty do a great job managing the shop and take good care of customers. I recently moved to nearby area and we go to this shop at least once in 10 days. Highly recommend this place.

Disappointed that items purchased on previous trip were not available. The freezers were practically empty of food. Will go back with the hope that were in the middle of re-stocking or maybe changing freezers out? Love the homemade samosa available there... very good. 🙂

Shop here about 1x per week for spices and speciality items that can't find or are too expensive in regular American grocery. They have fresh sweets and samosa at very reasonable price ($1 Somosa). Always friendly and as per the review about $ charged doesn't match sticker...I have never had problem and if it does come up wrong just tell them and they will adjust just as any other grocery store does.

The grocery options are fine but if some more varieties would be very great. Have fresh vegetables and frozen stuff too. There are food options like snacks samosa and kachoris. They even have nice tiffin options which are just 6.99 and 7.99 depending on veg and non veg options. Only one thing is like they are available from 4pm and need to pre order before 12pm on that day. It would be great if it can be available as lunch so that working singles can utilize that as lunch option. And the tiffin is for pick up only.

They have many expired products. Even veggies - For example, they mixed rotten Okras with newer ones. Most items do not have prices on them. Few Items had sale prices printed on the packet by the manufacturer and yet the store charged more than that price. They charge a lot more than other Indian stores in the Lehigh Valley. Thank god we have alternative places to buy Indian Groceries!

Great small grocery shop. Prices are a bit more than usual but still good. Just wish they had a lot more things but does the work with basic stuff! Love that’s its so close and at a good spot. Comes in handy.

There are a few things that shoppers should be aware of at Bibis1. They do not put prices on most items and then charge excessively for those items.2. They apparently have expired products. For example the Ashoka Kathi Roll package had a preprinted price on some of them, The ones I purchased did not have that preprinted price. The store clerk charged almost twice the price. When I asked him, he told me that the preprinted price is for the expired products and the one I am buying is not expired!!!3. They charge a lot more for milk than CVS, Walgreens, Giant etc.4. There freezers are not functioning properly. The frozen items we purchased seem to have been fully defrosted and then refrozen. Perhaps they shut off the freezers at night to save electric bill. You can see large amounts of frost/ice in the freezer, indicative of poor maintenance. Food spoils if you defrost and then refreeze, especially meat products.5. Their so called “restaurant” is filthy and unhygienic. This store is perhaps visited mainly by people who can’t travel to Whitehall or Bethlehem to get better and fresher Indian grocery. I would rather travel farther than buy substandard, expired, and overpriced items at Bibis.
