Kind of dingy and run down like many 7-Elevens. I try to avoid them. Bathroom was kind of a disgrace. Music inside was way too loud. I didn’t see anyone behind the counter while I was there. In fact I did not see an employee anywhere. But it’s 4 Stars because I had to go to the bathroom and it’s 1AM Christmas Day and this place was actually open.

I wanted a fountain drink. They had four sizes with prices listed at $1.29, 1.39, 1.39, and 1.59. There were four people/workers doing something there too. I chose the 3rd size since it was the same price as the second size. I filled my cup but then discovered that there was no lid that size. So I poured it into the second size smaller cup that did have lids that fit. I waited at the counter for a couple minutes since all those other workers disappeared except one other customer. Finally, the person who I thought was a customer turned out to be a worker. He rang me up and said $1.58. That means the price for that second size was $1.49. I mentioned that to him, that the sign says 1.39. He said that’s a management thing. It’s only 10 cents but it made me mad so that’s why I’m giving them this bad review.I went back and took a picture of the prices. They have since changed the prices (removed the $1.39 on the second size), but the third size still says $1.39. What more can I elaborate on? That’s the story, as lackluster as it is.

I called and someone answered the phone and then hung up. I called back and a girl said, “yeah what’s up?” I said “hello?” She said again “yeah what’s up?” I mean you have to know how you come off when you answer like that. I’ve come here several times in person but I would never hire someone who treats their customers like that. Extremely rude and unfriendly. As a manager or business owner, it pays to invest in friendly employees. I won’t be back there. But I hope this feedback helps you.

Absolutely ridiculous service. My sisters and I placed an order thru the 7/11 app and one of us went to 7/11 and the guy behind the counter would not give her the order, he even hassled her after the sister who placed the order called in. Very embarrassing and unnecessary behavior on his part.

Worst 711 I have ever been to. If this was my first 711 experience i would never return. This place has bad customer service. No coffee or anything avail. Clerk was on phone never once acknowledged us And when you bring it up they ignore you like you aren't even a person. Wont be spending money here ever and 711 should take they name off of this one they are ruining it and they are bad for business. Thanks to the one near home like I said or I'd never shop 711 again after that experience

Place was clean, gotta admit that. The slurpee machine doesn’t work as it is watery and doesn’t taste like Coke. Very out of stock. Corporate or a better franchisee should take this store. Tilghman is much better and so is Speedway.

If you want a place to find expired food this is the place. I don’t think this place throws anything out. I accidentally grabbed items months out of date before. I’ve seen milk ten days out of expiration.
